They hounded me with marketing until I decided to try. They made impressive claims of comfort and fit. Not true.

I chose this company because their advertising was relentless and they actually carried my size.
I have a small band and a large cup and it's nearly impossible to find my size.
That being said, the bras I ended up with seemed to fit well at first, but I quickly noticed that the straps slipped (despite being advertised as non slip) and were not fully adjustable. In the weeks following, all the bras I ordered ( 4 of the same style) all began falling apart, from underwire popping out to seams completely falling out. My newest bras from thirdlove are only 8 mths old and barely wearable. I do not recommend this company.

I had bought my bras exclusively from Victoria's Secret for decades until my most recent purchase from them, which was not a quality bra, very unlike their previous high-quality bras that lasted me many years. I read very good reviews of Third Love in articles and from customers and thought they would be the best place for me to get a properly fitting bra without needing to go into a store. Unfortunately, their website fitting guide is terrible and gave me the absolutely wrong size, and their exchange process is just as terrible.

They market themselves as being able to provide a perfect fit. I have a large band/small cup size and optimistically thought I could find a great fitting bra. But their bras all run small in the band and large in the cup.

Heard so much about it from my moms group. The hype is REAL!

Super comfortable, well made, fairly priced, lots of hype but the hype is REAL!
