Don't Waste your Money

I purchased a Classic T-shirt Bra, everything fit the way it was supposed to BUT, the straps on this Bra constantly fall down. This wasn't a cheap bra not worth the money I spent. I hate it. Save your money. I unfortunately didn't return it in time to get my money back.

I ordered an 80.00 bra three weeks ago. I haven't received a confirmation email. A robot responds to my emails. I'm going to dispute the charge on my credit card. I wished I had read the reviews before I ordered.

Terrible Customer Service

If you dont get the fit right the first time, then you are on your own. They espouse getting the right fit then do nothing to assist if you do not. Customer service is a terrible AI bot, and if you manage to get a person they are just as bad.

The link to my tracking number was not working, every time I clicked it, it said to check back in few minutes. I did, same response on the website every time I checked for a few days. Finally contacted CS and got no response on line after waiting over 10 minutes, Called them, the wait was long there too, so entered the number 2 requesting a call back, no response to a call back request, ever. Later in the day checked my email and someone from ThirdLove had sent an email saying I was not responding, and blamed the internet, and said my package is on the way, said it was sent out on 12-2, SEVEN calendar days after my order was actually placed and credit card charged. Lying to customers is really not nice. Charging their credit card a good week before any activity happens and then 2 weeks to the date, still, no product delivered is what I call rotten service. Don't matter if the product is good, if you lie or fudge facts, you are rotten at customer service. (And this order is to replace a bra where the underwire broke while I was wearing it, seems a common problem when I read the reviews, and I guess I learned something today, Third Love's bras have a life span of one year or less, per Third Love. They should cost a lot less then, if they are gonna break so often.)

I purchased a gift card for my wife. Everywhere on the site it says "returns are always free within 60 days." Even the first question of the FAQ stated ll returns are free. After I gave the gift to my wife, she went to the site and found that thier were no bras in her size. She contacted customer support and they were no help in finding anything that fit. I then requested a refund of the fully unused giftcard. The customer service reps were very rude and told me gift cards were not refundable and I should have read the fine print on the gift card page. I showed them screen shots of the page where it clearly says refunds are alwyas free, but they refused to refund my purchase. I am very disapointed in the way I was treated by ThirdLove.

High Price low Quality

The bra cost more than the top quality bras in top quality department stores and the construction was not as good. The stitching was a bit uneven.

I was intrigued by the fitting quiz and I needed a new bra. When the bra arrived it did not fit. I was disappointed my shipping was.not refunded when I returned it.

I went to Dillard's and the sales clerk measured me and brought me dozens of different styles of bras that I could take my time trying on until I found several pretty styles that fit well. I did not ask for inexpensive bras, so she brought top quality brands. Every one was cheaper than third love and better made. I have had the same experience at Neimun Marcus so this so not just meant to promote a single department store.

Terrible Bra
May 11, 2021

I purchased a bra from Third Love. I usually purchase Prima Donna bras and am used to a high quality bra.
I am very unhappy with the bra from Third Love. The first was not right that and yes I absolutely do know my correct bra size. The straps also slip.
THE WORST PART is that the side metal wire (under my arm, not under the breast) sticks into my side and is quite painful. Because of this I cannot wear the bra

The sell your info to every lingerie company

Lowering this by two stars because my mailbox has been overflowing with bra and lingerie catalogs since I became a ThirdLove customer. Thanks, guys. It's not only a pain for me (and probably makes the mail carrier smirk) but it's really bad for the environment. It's puzzling because I always opt out of the "share your information with our partners" choice when I set up an account with a merchant. But it must beThirdLove that did this because they are the only new lingerie company I have signed up with in a few years. And the catalogs started coming about a quarter year after my first order. That's generally how often mailing lists are sold. It doesn't make me "love" the company.

I'm surprised that Third Love has so many negative reviews here (one of them hilariously prudish!). My first purchase of two bras worked out well enough for me that I placed a second order for two more. The bras are well made and comfortable. They are high priced, but I think the quality makes up for it. I get adequate support in their bras without the underwire I usually need. I think their claim that only they can fit women correctly is a bit much, though. Every bra manufacturer has a slightly different fit to their products. In the better quality bras, this fit will be consistent enough that you can order a bra in a new style and chances are high it will fit. This is true for Chantelle bras (another expensive brand). What Third Love has going for it is the extensive fitting information they provide online, and the fit assistants who are available for questions. They offer free exchanges and a generous return policy. I ended up exchanging my first purchase for a bra size that I have never worn in any other brand. That doesn't mean that I have been wearing the wrong bra size, as Third Love claims, but that Third Love has their own, unique fit. I think this company is worth a try. Might not work for you, but it did for me.

I ordered 2 sport bras and used their guidelines for fitting. These were sale items and it clearly stated all sales final. I received the bras and they were so small I couldn't possibly wear them. I contacted the company explaining that I did use their fitting guidelines and the guidelines were way off. All I wanted to do was exchange them for a better fitting size but they refused to work with me. I could see not wanting to exchange sale bras however the fault was with them for posting inaccurate fitting guidelines. Very disappointed with this company. Beware when using the fitting charts.

We thought it was very important to be as transparent as possible about the items being final sale, which is why we included this information on the product page for each item, as well as on the checkout page, and order confirmation email which you were sent after purchase. We also had several links on our website which linked to the terms and conditions for the sale.

We understand you did select your size based on the sizing chart provided, however, sizing is not an exact science, as all bodies are different, and we do try to make our size chart as accurate as possible. However, due to many sizing variables, it may not be perfect for all customers. We understand the disappointment you must feel by the items not fitting, and we will be passing your feedback along to our Leadership Team.

I visited the Thirdlove store in New York. After spending the time trying on bras to find the correct size I learned that not only did they not have all the bras I wanted to try on in my size but only one bra was available for purchase that day. Any other styles and colors had to be ordered. Basically you watch someone order the bras online for you - which they kept entering the wrong size. After correcting them 3 separate times the order was placed. I was told that I would receive a discount for ordering 3 bras but because they had to do separate transactions the discount was not applied. When I arrived home and opened the sealed box they had given of the bra I purchased in store - it was the wrong size (although my reciept reflects the correct size).

I've reached out via the email on the receipt twice. When I click the link to the chat it just goes to the website. I can't find anyone to help me solve this problem.

Empty Promises - Extremely Bad Fit!

I answered all their fit questions accurately. I specifically measured to be sure information was accurate. When I received the "Perfect Fit" bra I ordered it was laughable. The cup was way too small - I had stuff hanging out all over - looked like a roll of biscuits that was stuck in the can! FALSE CLAIMS OF PERFECT FIT! Their website states that you get a full refund within 30 days. I contacted them within 1 day of receiving and did not receive a full refund. Was told shipping is non-refundable. Their website does not state that - FALSE PROMISES!

Fits well BUT...

Loved the fit, I but found that after not very many wearings, the straps stretched out and lost support.
It may be that they work fine for smaller cup sizes, but not for the larger ones. The When will bra makers recognize and accommodate the obvious fact that straps that support a B or C simply will NOT support a G?

Had an excellent experience with ThirdLove. I don't normally write reviews (I mean, who does? - the only people that write reviews are when you want to complain about something obvi) but I needed to with this great company. My fit stylist Gloria went above and beyond. Let's be honest ladies, finding a bra that actually fits is nottt easy. I had high hopes for ThirdLove given all the hype, I mean the number of women in my mom's group raving about their bras is insane. Anyways, I tried one, it didn't fit right but it felt great that I was willing to give it another try. Gloria helped me and wow was she awessssome. Just so above and beyond, I'll never buy bras from another company! Thank you ThirdLove for making such wonderful products that have changed my life (my girls thank you too) and thank you Gloria.

I bought a bra in 2015. It didn't fit so I tried to post a review. They deleted my review and only kept the positive reviews. I asked them why they did that. So they banned me from their fb page.
I get so much daily spam mail from them with titles like "you will love this". I have tried unsubcribing, closing my account, contacting their customer service & tech department but to no avail. I get a spam email right after they said I have been unsubcribed. I tried logging in & got a alert saying no such account". So I tried registering & it said "account already exists". Then I created an entirely new account & it automatically showed my 2015 address in Oregon. I have never seen such a f*Ed up business or website in my life. It shows 2 bras ordered recently. Now I am wondering what kinda scam that is. Smh. What a buncha crooks. Never trust this business.

Returns are difficult

I used their fit tests. The bras I got had no support and were too small though labeled as the size I wear. I went and did a return. The label they sent me was a packing slip for inside of the box. No outside label for the box with a return address. I havectried live chat. I've tried email I just get a botvthatbis ignorant. The articles are no help. It says free shipping label bur then they don't email you one unless you want to resend it to your home address. No one has calback either. Either. Do not purchase from here. Also once you start the return process they only give you 2 weeks to get your refund otherwise they force a credit voucher on you

Do not buy these bras!

Bought two bras from Thirdlove in the hopes of finding a high quality, well made bra. Spent about $160, but I thought it would be worth it and they would last a long time. First one broke after a few months - the underwire completely came out of the armpit seam and began poking me in the ribcage and was painful and unwearable. I assumed it was a fluke and continued to wear my second bra, now the 2nd one has done the exact same thing. Wire has completely popped out in the same exact place. I have bras that are literally half the price of these bras and they have lasted me over two years. These are a complete waste of money and would not recommend purchasing them.

I wear size M in tops and used to buy 36A in other brands of bras, but the grip was still too tight. When I got my ThirdLove bra they still recommended the size 36A and was still too tight. When I let them know that they said I need size AA36 and they don't have it. So if you're a little heavier and have small breasts this company is not for you because apparently your breast are supposed to grow a size larger when you gain a little weight? Right.

I wanted to love it!

This bra was unfortunately not for me. When I first tried it on, it felt super tight around the band, so I actually wore an extender with it, but the real issue was the underwire and the stiff middle section of the bra-- was so uncomfortable I probably only wore this bra 4-5 times before buying another Victoria's Secret bra as a replacement. I have never worn a bra that I felt comfortable wearing unless it's a sports bra, but I was hoping for a "pretty" bra to finally fit me well. Super expensive-I don't mind paying a lot for something I love, but sadly I didn't love the Third Love bra :(
