I ordered what ai thought was a patio dining sets. Took almost 4 weeks before delivery was scheduled. I figured out that the set I ordered was n really a set just the table that cost 617.00. I tried to reach to them to return the item. You can communicate thru email. State hit case and wait for a response.( What a joke). I was told if I wanted to return the table it would cost me full shopping fees from when I initially ordered Plus the shopping fees back 350.00 then a 25% restocking fee. I paid 627.00 they were going to charge me 673. To return the item. What fool would pay that kind of money to return anything. What a rip off. They make it very hard to return anything and with all of those fees whether you like the item or not you are forced to keep unless you want to pay the almost the same price you paid to get them to take it back. I will never an I mean never order anything from this company again. Did even give me the option to exchange the item. Buyers be aware.

I ordered coffee table and received a cocktail table (marked on the box). The look is totally different. I want to return it and they want me to pay shipping and and a restock fee.

The quality of the items are TERRIBLE! Not to mention the customer service ladies who answer the phone, súper rude. I bought 2 chairs my total was exactly $329.80. The chairs came in and they were super bad quality. They were peeled and some of the legs were broken. The only thing they would tell me is that they were gonna send me parts for the chairs which is just beyond ridiculous because they were BROKEN. There was no way they could be fixed. They refused to give me my money back and kept on going back and forth with them for a month. I emailed them 10 times with pictures and every time I would call the rude $#*! ladies at customer service would tell me to send them more picture because they "couldn't see where the chairs were broken". I will insert the pictures of the chairs. ***WARNING*** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR $#*! IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE QUALITY THEY GIVE YOU. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

I purchased a white and silver bedroom set. Its absolutely gorgeous and the quality is amazing. The only complaint I have is that it took almost 6 weeks to get. The delivery is too long.

This was the most extremely perplexing & unprofessional experience I have had with furniture delivery in my lifetime. I have previously dealt with Raymour & Flannigan, the Dump etc, directly. I will be returning to them going forward.
My delivery time was scheduled for 10:45-2:45. At 9:20 I receive a text stating they are on their way & will be 45 minutes or sooner. My minor, teenage daughter was home alone. My father was on his way, planning to arrive by 10:00.
I ended up speaking with the driver. He very rudely stated was not interested in hearing the fact that he was arriving 1 hour before the earliest delivery.
He stated he had other places to go & "I feel sorry for you because if someone is not there, we go with your furniture". I told him my father is on the way & my daughter will not allow you in. He wanted to leave the furniture with her. I explained she is a minor. All he kept repeating, was that he'll drop if someone is home. He then proceeded to hang up on me.
I called a neighbor who ran over to be there when they dropped the furniture in the middle of the room, all wrapped up, with all the shipping coverings screwed to it. Legs not put on the couch... And to boot, they had my minor daughter sign for it.
What an unacceptable and unprofessional experience. I will never use you again.

The buffet I ordered was just as expected, it's a beautiful piece and the delivery was on time and the item arrived with no damage. I will definately shop there again.
I was sent the incorrect hardware to assemble the table and trying to reach somebody to get this resolved is ridiculous. I am going to pack it up and send it back. They obviously don't care.

It came when promised. Assembly of one drawers in the chest did not fit properly. The runner that the drawer goes in and out with is uneven and does not close properly.

Ordered Makeup-Table August 7, for my daughter going away for school. Told on back order, over 4 weeks till delivered! Way Too long, canceled order for money back, told manufacturer will decide if they are going to return my money under their policy. They will charge you fees to cancel order, even though they have changed the shipment date from three weeks to five weeks I will not order from them again.

Please note that we don't keep stock of our furniture, we need to bring in the item from the manufacturer when our customer places an order. For most furniture it only takes a few days for us to receive it, however your furniture can take 6.5 weeks as you can see on the item page.
Our policy does mention that once an order ships from the manufacturer to our warehouse we can no longer cancel for a full refund.
Your order was already received and is now in route to you.
I do understand this is an inconveninece therefore our team offered compensation.

This was my first time dealing with this company. But, I really wanted new nightstands to match my champagne colored bed/headboard. I went ahead and ordered two champagne colored nightstands from the this site in OCTOBER. They did not process the order until late NOVEMBER. Then my nightstands were not shipped out until December and then delivered 10 days after shipping out email. Literally 2 months of waiting. I was then ready to disregard the delivery wait because I was so happy to receive it... I opened the boxes and they sent me two SILVER/ METALLIC colored noghtstands! Not at all matching my headboard. I'm LIVID! I contact them via email and they had the audacity to say the pictures I send was correct to what I ordered and that it's the lighting that's making it silver! Please everyone look at the pictures I sent them and tell me if I'm crazy! Completely different colors! I can't even ship it back because they are in NEW YORK! I was hoping with all this $#*! they put me through they would refund me, or give me another option. Horrible! Do not wasted your money!
Terrible! I will NEVER buy from these people again. Three items ordered, two were on back-order. The ship date kept getting moved further and further for the two back-ordered, so I called to see what was going on. They said they couldn't split the shipment and I would have to wait over a month for all my items to ship together. I told them to cancel the back-ordered items and ship the one in stock. Then, the in stock item was delayed a week for 'manufacturer' problems!
I told them to cancel the entire order and I would buy locally. It took them 6 days to process my order of the only item that was suppose to be in stock. It finally shipped, but it took AM Trucking an additional two days to get it! I contacted them a week ago to ask why it took them so long to pickup my item and still haven't heard anything.
Absolute garbage companies with no customer appreciation. I ordered over $1000 worth of items over two weeks ago and have absolutely no idea where my stuff is. NEVER AGAIN.
UPDATE: It has been over a month and I still have nothing. AM Trucking is an absolute joke, as is The Classy Home's customer service. Weak apology after apology with no solutions. I told them to cancel the order and they "upgraded" my delivery to putting the box inside the house; real customer service there!
We are extremely disappointed with the quality of this furniture. We hoped that this would be better that IKEA Furniture, but we were wrong. I guess that if you want great furniture, you have to spend millions of dollars to attain it. Some of the pieces that were sent were not for a queen sized bed frame. They were, too, long and perhaps for a king sized bed frame. If I wanted a DIY project where I would be have to cut the pieces to size, I would not have spent this much money doing so. I could have upholstered my own head board and gone to a lumber yard to buy all of the wood and put it together myself, but I chose to pay the money to have it done right, but it wasn't. The bed frame is, also, missing some paint on certain sides and you can see the wood underneath. We just unboxed the furniture today and it is way past the time that I can get a refund. I knew that I had to check the furniture right away, but I did not. I just trusted that the quality of this furniture would be at least good. I wasn't expecting great.
Purchased a Modarte Napoli Queen Platform Bed on February 14th, with an expected delivery date of March 14th, which was already a long time to wait for it just to be shipped, then the date got pushed back to the 29th, so I already waiting a while what's a couple more weeks, then I call back on April 5th wondering why it hasn't shipped STILL, then the operator tells me the new ship date is April 25th! What a JOKE! Whether it's on the supplier or Classy Home, classy home should monitor the timeliness of their vendors to keep up with orders, it only taints classy's reputation. Decided to cancel the order due to a 3 month wait time just for it to be shipped to me...
