I have been waiting for the dresser I ordered for over 2 weeks. Finally, on 01/16, I received a delivery window of 1030-230 the following day. I confirmed the window four times, twice by email and twice by text. Just prior to the end of the day, I received a NEW delivery window of 9am-1pm. Knowing I had a doctor's appointment at 8am, I called immediately and the customer service associate assured me that she would notate my account and advise the drivers that I would not be available before 10am. The following day, while I was at the doctor, I received a message that the drivers were 30 minutes out. I called back immediately only to be told there was nothing to be done. The associate asked if they could leave the dresser unattended or elsewhere; the associate was so rude and didn't seem to have any awareness of my account or what I had ordered. It is clear that the furniture seller has no relationship with the shipper and it does not appear that the shipper has a relationship with the customer service associates. I have put in a ticket with the Classy Home but have received no updated delivery and no response to my request for a refund. It's a wild disappointment. Next time, I'm buying local.
(Edit) After 3 days of silence, Rachel reached out to me yesterday to set up a new delivery window for today (01/21/25) between 130-530. I decided to give it one more shot. At 508pm, I received a delivery update, stating a window of 530-930pm. After taking a half day off work to accommodate the original window (not to mention the previously bungled window), I am beyond angry. I will NEVER recommend this company.
I ordered my item beginning of December 2023, and I still did not received it. This company customer service is terrible, and AM trucking they work with to deliver merchandise is the worse… they are giving me wrong information, and running me in circle. This is the worst experience. I already paid them, and not having my order after over 3 1/2 months… please, please do not buy anything from this company. You will be in my situation for sure… they are absolutely terrible. Even they did not deliver my order. They send me email that if merchandise is damaged. I am not allowed to reject it! What kind of company will treat the customer like this except " the classy home" I am very upset, worry that my money is gone, and still waiting to maybe see a light at end of the tunnel before I claim an action against them.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from The Classy Home. Not only did they keep me informed every step, but the delivery company delivered on time and was very polite and professional. One piece of hardware was missing, but I informed them and it came in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for all furnishing needs.

We had a Nesting Table delivered on December 21,2023, with no hardware to put it together. It is now Jan. 2,2024 and we still have not gotten the hardware. We have called at least five times and have gotten the same run-around. They say they are going to send the Fed Ex tracking number. It has never happened. I would never purchase anything from this company, again. They have used the excuse that it has been the holidays. How long does it take to get the hardware and get it to Fed Ex. They took my money and now I am left with a table that I can not put together. No one at their company seems to care. Very poor customer service!
I ordered twice and unfortunately there was an issue with both orders. I will say Classy Home worked with me until I was completely satisfied and this works for me. They don't make the furniture but they sell it and took responsibility in that regard, thanks!

I purchased two dressers, silver and white. They look very pretty and shiny. However, one of the knobs was broken and they both rock, so I had to put something underneath one side but they do make a presentation.

One of the panels on the extended table had a corner that was lifted/damaged. The process of showing and speaking to someone within the company was easy. I was very impressed with how fast they resent new panels to us. I would highly recommend the company.

I ordered a dining table set for 4. Looks very different from picture. It can only fit 2 people for dinner and not 4, but i could take that. Items arrived cracked, unfinished, broken, overall extremely low quality and company refused to take accountability for it. No quality control obviously if a table and 4 chairs all arrived cracked with broken pieces despite a standard packaging. And the packaging was very decent. And they make you waste so much time to discourage you by asking you to identify each and every part in order to replace only those damaged parts. They wont give you back your money and offered $100 for a $400 purchase. DO NOT BUY THERE, it is horrible!

I was a little apprehensive regarding buying from here based on some of the other reviews, but decided to take my chances. I did not have any issues, but I do live in a major metropolitan area. It took about 7 - 10 days for me to get my sofa, and the company that delivered it was easy to work with. The sofa itself is as expected. All in all I would say a job well done. I would buy from the Classy Home again.

Do not buy from this company. My order arrived after more than 5 weeks. When it did it was damaged. The leg of my dresser was broken, rendering the furniture unsafe and unusable. The Classy Home offered me a discount of $100. Unreal!
If you want to pay for late, broken furniture then shop The Classy Home. If you want something you can use, and not waste your hard earned money on... go somewhere else.
Ordered a couch months ago because it was in stock and ready to ship. And No Delivery. I located the couch sitting in a distribution warehouse with no activity and certainly not being sent to me. The not-so Classy Homes, does not track deliveries and does not respond about my concerns of no delivery. After placing that order, we ordered "in stock" chairs, now we are finding out that they are backordered for 3 months. If they don't have an item, just state it, if you're not going to follow up on delivery, then get into another line of business.

I will never order from them again first and last also i have pictures of the table all broke up no chairs and i paid 300 dollars for this im pissed no one reached out or anything stuck with this mess wow
Well I was dumb enough to buy a table from them. The table came damaged, and this is not due to shipping reasons. The paint is literally peeling off the wood when I took it out the box. It looks horrible. I reached out and told the classy home about it but they never responded to me. This company has A LOT of negative reviews. I regret buying here and not doing my homework on them before submitting an order. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I initially went to a well known furniture store to purchase the same dining room set. Something told me to look online. I came across your website and was a little hesitant because I have never heard of it. There is also very few reviews online. I decided to take the risk and pay through Paypal. I called customer service, who was very professional and kept me updated, since my order was shipping from your store in New York to my home in Miami. I am happy to say that I am overall pleased with your service. The items were exactly as described and resembles that of the item in the "well know furniture store". Oh! And I can't forget the large savings; I paid 30% less than what I would have paid at As#:£¥. Thank you and I will purchase in the near future!

This is unbelievable... Placed order on 5/4/2020 and as of 9/8/2020, I have not received my two items. Received notification that order estimated ship on Thursday, Jul 30 2020, but order has not shipped! We're talking about 4 months of waiting. I only ordered a writing desk and file cabinet. I'm a Designer and will not order from this company again. Starting to believe it's a scam!
