You can't - you have to email - no number - its ridiculous
No and when you do they dont care to help at all. This is one of the worst companys I ran into

You cannot. Ever. Granted it's Covid Summer, but if they are currently selling furniture, someone should be available during business hours.
Phone Number is NO LONGER IN SERVICE, can not speak to anyone to get a refund.
Customer can't respond to emails sent by them. You have to create a ticket every time.
