Purchased bedroom & dining room that came 2 weeks late after been living out of boxes for over a month. Received items in good condition, however wrong color. Description said "2 Acme Furniture Versailles Gray Arm Chairs". Their words exactly! The chairs are brown. Same thing with the bedroom set and the headboard is beige. I had my whole dining room and bedroom painted gray with silver rag roll before moving into our new home and the furniture is nothing close to gray! The bone white is yellow on most the wood and bone on only a couple of pieces so they obviously sent me furniture from 2 different lots! It took me hours to get a live person who had a scripted response that they are not responsible for the computer resolution or lighting in your room that may distort your picture. I didn't go by the picture, I went by the word "gray"! Gray is not brown or beige. I sent them pictures and now they want pictures of all the boxes which we have and kept the furniture in them. But what a hassle. The policy states 25% restocking fee plus cost of round trip shipping regardless of whether you paid for shipping or if it was discounted. They basically hold an out of state purchaser hostage to the sale! I asked to just exchange for the antique silver set in the bedroom and dining room and we would have a win win situation but instead they want to make it difficult and expensive. It will cost them more in bad ratings and reviews than if they would just accommodate the customer.
You can clearly see from the photos that the two nightstands are from different color lots as is the dresser and chest of drawers. The sideboard is clearly beige next to my gray walls. I will follow up on this site to post more after we take photos this weekend for them if the dining room set.
