I order my furniture at first April 28th they gave me a june shipping date so I canceled and wanted to order from someone else but paying 300 more for 2 week earlier delivery wasnt worth it so I ordered from them got a june 3rd delivery. I understand there is an epidemic so there was a strong possiblity of delays. I truly understand. It's just they didnt tell me about the delay until june 5th. So after that I kept asking are they checking up for delays so I can have a heads up. They gave me a june 18th shipping date and its june 21st still didnt ship and I have yet to hear about the delay even after asking them more then once to keep me informed. I'm NY strong so i totally understand we are all dealing with something but everyone else I'm dealing with for furniture, anything I'm purchasing online manages to keep me informed. I ordered a bunk bed and table from 2 different stores and each one either called me for the delay or emailed me before the date not 2 days after the table I ordered I coming tomorrow and I ordered that 2 weeks after this sofa. If they have no idea when they gonna get this furniture i had the right to know that because i I definately wouldve spent the $300 more. They ACTUALLY HAD IT IN STOCK. Now they dont. This was disrespectful. I wouldn't even be writing this review had they kept me informed
We bought a dining table from them and took about a month to deliver so their estimation was on point. But when their delivery service AM Transportation actually delivered the dining table and chairs is when we had issues. I paid $274 for what i thought was "white glove service". When I ordered I called to confirm a few things and this was one of them. I asked about it and they said its $149 to deliver to your curbside and then another $125 for in your room-of-choice. My order didn't have the assembly furniture option so I asked about it and they said the Room of Choice included brining into the room and assembling it. When the delivery workers came, first they were just going to leave it at the curbside and we had to say no - we paid for more than that. Then they look it into the living room and left it and said we are not putting it together and just left. We asked why they aren't putting it together and they said they don't do that.
So i called and was told that i paid the extra $125 to move it from curbside to the room. The unfortunate part is that even though someone "Confirmed" when I called that they would, the person I talked to this morning state that they were either misinformed or didn't hear me correct. But either way, that's what we paid for. So in essence they duped me to pay $125 for about 4 boxes that i could've moved on my own from the curb to the living room in less than 5 minutes. Since its my word vs the sales person I talked to there is nothing they will do so I'm basically SOL.
The only good thing is that we wanted to see the quality and their service because we still need to buy our buffet table, entryway tree and some other side tables. But we learned our lesson. Don't go cheap on thigs including service.

Almost 4 months for me was wayyyyy tooo long. Tried to cancel in June,
Then got hit with the "Oh sorry, you will be charged a $79.00 restocking fee, because your item is in route to our warehouse."
I used their own email statement in my email reply to state, I would not cancel because my order was in route to their warehouse and would expect NO FURTHER DELAYS. My product arrived 1 week later. It was like MAGIC!
Long story short with this company --- you do have to keep pushing, and pushing and pushing to receive your product(s). If you want to save some
Dough --- be patient /// like 4 months patient.
If you are in a hurry, shop somewhere else.

If I could give this company zero stars - or even negative stars - that would be my rating. I have dealt with multiple retail companies before and this company is BY FAR the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET! Please don't spend a dime with the company - avoid them AT ALL COSTS!
We purchased my 11 year old daughter's bedroom set from them back on 11/2/18 and was told that it would ship on 12/3/18. It was delayed several times and never arrived until 12/24/18. When we finally received the furniture, 2 of the 4 pieces were damaged. The 5 drawer dresser was actually so badly damaged that she couldn't even open or use 2 of the 5 drawers. They finally scheduled a repairman to come out on 1/16/19 and he told us that "he didn't believe he could fix it" and sent his report back to the company. We heard NOTHING for weeks and when we finally called them (they NEVER contacted us) they told us that the manufacturer would send out replacement slides and then WE could call THEM back to schedule the repair. A week has now gone by and when I called them today to tell them that the slides show as NEVER SHIPPING, I was put on hold for 15 minutes only to be told that the manufacturer had actually shipped the slides to them and they would ship them to me today or tomorrow. It has been nearly 3 MONTHS since we bought this furniture and my poor little girl has a piece of furniture with a gaping hole in it with no end in sight. Not only that, EVERY person that I have spoken to has been indifferent and many times indignant in speaking to me with no concern or care for what we have been going through or how poor their customer service has been. I would have rather paid 3x as much to work with a good company that cares about its customers. PLEASE don't give them any of your money!
