I give 4 stars, because in my opinion, the shipping is super slow! Every time I have ordered, it takes close to two weeks for my order to arrive. Other than that, everything is fabulous and I will continue to shop with swap. Great quality, great prices!

I am NOT new at second hand shopping per say. I love Goodwill, etc., but this second hand shopping online is even better! Nothing but GOOD to say about their service, and I have not gotten into the swapping mode yet. Just shopping so far. Not disappointed at all. The swapping mode sounds interesting. I am just happy to find a way to shop without leaving the house!
I say, in my opinion they have done well. I trust them and I will continue shopping here. I did read other reviewers that are not happy. That's too bad. Anyway! Enjoy!

I've bought several things from Swap.com and everything has looked exactly as pictured and arrived quickly. They also have frequent sales, and I got free shipping. The prices were as good as my local thrift stores, and it's nice to be able to browse through the items.
I actually like swap a lot, all items I bought have ALL been in great condition and they are dirt cheap! I have been shopping on their site for over a year and have probably placed at least 10 orders. In the beginning their shipping speed was super slow but in the past 6 months or so I get my stuff much faster. Thanks!
This is THE BEST internet company I have EVER come across. The website is so easy to navigate. Every product I have ever received was in immaculate used condition. And every item was at least 1/4 of the cost of anywhere else I can find a similar item/product! Shipping cost is very low and speed of shipping is lightning fast! I cannot say enough to properly promote swap.com! Please shop on Swap.com so I can for a long time. As a mother of 5 I will save, literally, thousands of dollars buying used items, that look new! All of my items were reviewed by several individuals including an experience seamstress they were freshly laundered and in great or new condition before I sent them to Swap.com! Swap.com sent me a stock email after 60 days and I emailed them to check the status of my shipment that some of my items were not acceptable. They do not state which items so I am definitely sure it was just a auto answer to my email. Many of their customers have received this same response with not explanation per their reviews on the web. I will definitely let others know via all social media and in person how unprofessional and impersonal my experience has been with this company.
Your stock email that I received that stated my items are not acceptable did not state what items were not acceptable. Was it all my items because your company can't keep up with the amount of business being sent to you?
Smooth transaction for both purchase and returns... Better than ThredUp for accuracy of the listing and the return process. The clothing condition was accurately described (and very good overall condition), but I wish the website had some measurements included for each item to improve the fit success rate (especially given the variance in sizing between different brands). Out of 7 items I ordered, only 2 fit. The only option for returns is to take store credit, but the return shipping was quick and the return transaction processed quickly. I will order again, but probably not frequently since you only receive store credit for returns.
I have ordered several times from Swap.com and each time the clothes have been nicely packaged and clean. The fit has always been good. Nice to see the buttons are always sewn tightly in place. Order process is good although sometimes a little long I still give it 5 stars.
Had my first experience with swap.com and was amazed at the proficiency of this site. All items I ordered arrived way before i expected it and was exactly as described on the site. Would highly recommend this site for anyone wishing to receive quality merchandise at a much reduced price.
Great clothes. Great prices. What more could you want? I really hate shopping in person and order everything online. One of the big things missing in my online shopping was a dependable place to get used clothes.

Ordered on Dec 6. Received email stating delivery Dec 13-16. No arrival. Customer Service said I need to allow 10-15 business days for an update to ready to ship. No update. No reply. They also said that shipping could take another 5-15 days to arrive after they are "ready to ship". I have shopped here for YEARS... continuously going down hill. They should not send emails w phony dates for delivery... also on their app you can add expedited shipping which I paid for last order, to complain about and they said they did away with expedited shipping last year asked me what kind of phone I use cuz the app had to be updated. I asked for a refund for that shipping. Never got it. Gave them one last chance. I could have walked to their warehouse and back by now.

One of my returns was lost, so I just never received a refund for it. I tried to track it down, but I eventually realized it was not worth my time. I e-mailed twice about another item I returned, no response. I sent a hand written letter- no response. I eventually had to file a clam with my credit card company in order to receive my refund. They did not even get a response from the seller. Several days later I finally heard from swap.com and they were only willing to give me a store credit as a refund. I called the company and after 30 minutes of being on hold and explaining things, I was told that all of the mix-ups and lack of communication and lost packages... it was all my fault and that they would only issue a store credit per their policy. Lots of excuses on their end but no real resolution. Needless to say, terrible customer service and I will not be using my store credit. This company is very backwards and I am surprised it is backed by so many reputable places. Stay away.
I have tried using Swap.com for a few months. My items were almost all accepted and sold at a decent rate. The fees are so high you never receive your payment. It is impossible to get out of the negative. I had/have over 50 items mens and womens, all great brands and styles. They sell but you never see the payment. All has gone to Swap for fees.
I have ordered boys clothes about 7 times from Swap.com over the past year and been very, very happy with the quality of the clothes and the quick shipping. One return was handled very quickly. The website is easy to navigate with filters to find exactly what I want. I can receive notifications when something I am looking for becomes available. I'm thrilled to have found this site.
I love going to thrift stores for those hidden treasures... I'm also an ebay seller. I order from Swap weekly to fill my store, and for a few things for myself. I've found things at unbelievably low prices. It's so easy to use.
I received my first order from Swap.com and was pleasantly surprised to find all the items neatly packaged, promptly shipped, and as they were described on the website.
I am very happy to find an alternative to paying full price for quality clothing.
I recently purchased a ton of infant girl and boy clothes as I am a foster mother with many babies coming in and out of my home. It was so great to be able to purchase beautiful quality clothing for so little money!
Everything I ordered looked exactly as described on the website. It arrived in a timely manner. A couple of things didn't fit just right, so I had to return them. The return process was hassle free and they even paid the return postage.
I was told about this site from a friend and I am grateful. I have ordered twice in less than 3 weeks and cannot believe the service. I receive the merchandise faster than any other mail order company and everything is wrapped individually and packed securely. Price are very reasonable and have had nothing but a fantastic experience.
Answer: I have only placed one order so far. I ordered 10 blouses. I returned 5, due to size issues. All 10 blouses were nice, but 5 did not fit quite right due to different manufacturer's. You need to get an RMA # for returns. I was promptly refunded my money for the 5 blouses. I would order again in the future. I am not aware of any return quantity restrictions. Hope this helps.
Answer: If you want to sell clothes, all the information is on their website. Basically, they get a percentage and then they pay you thru an existing PayPal account that you set up.

Answer: Same here, I sent a box in June and have received nothing nothing saying it was accepted or rejected absolutely nothing. I've sent 5 emails and nothing. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well.
Answer: I don't think so. I've sold and from my experience it varies. The things that I thought would sell first, haven't sold yet. It varies by what people are looking for at the time. I've bought all different seasons at random times. I buy by what's a great deal. When selling, group like items together. I've noticed multiple things sell first.

Answer: There's no way for them to go over prices. They have to see the items and determine from going over it, if it's acceptable, once it's accepted, then you have to determine the price you want to sell it for. You could try searching on their site for similar items and see what they are priced at. I did notice when pricing my items that I'd get a little notice with recommended prices, which was very helpful. I didn't have a good experience selling but many others have. Make sure you take pictures of your items, that's very important. I appreciated that their site is set up to allow you to take back your items if you changed your mind about selling them. I'm in the process of getting back my items. Hopefully it works out well and I get all my items back.
