I'm not aware of any other store that has a policy where you cannot return the merchandise and get it put back on your card. It has to be store credit only. Ok, so I don't want that? It wasn't disclosed before or at checkout. Not only that, I have to call or email and request a label and I need to have all tags and packaging? How am I supposed to reuse a flimsy polybag that tore so easily in transit to me? That's crazy!

Not to mention why your site says free returns when you have to pay some kind of processing fee and shipping. I never shop at Stein Mart and $130 just to try on a freaking dress is a steep price to pay for this lesson. I guess I'll have to do like other people and just go through my card issuer because they won't help.

I love shoes on a budget. I've always managed to score some amazing deals on things especially that are hard to find like wide calf boots with a regular width foot and heels that are cute for a young woman, but comfy enough with my arthritis. Always ships quickly, great customer service.

Yes, this site is prone to get some scammers or fakes. However, I've had a lot less issues here than other sites. I've managed to meet some great people and I've recommended it to friends. These people were educated, charming, and being a busy student then professional; I felt I wasn't just seeing the same jobless duds as on other sites. They get 4 starts because I wish there were ways to prohibit messages from people based on amount of words used. Getting,"hey, hi, sup" only is irritating. Also, i had issues with 1 guy creating 12(literally, 12) profiles to stalk me. If they could block based on IP address it wouldn't be so bad.

I've ordered 5 shirts over the past 2 years and every single one was great. No size or quality issues, and they arrived quickly.

I ordered some puzzles and waited for tracking. 2 weeks went by and asked for it as they were past the date promised they would ship. I was told by, "Cole" I could input my order number into this website and get tracking. Well, it doesn't work. I said again later, I want a tracking number. I was given an app where I could put in my tracking number. I told them I never received a tracking number or other update, and to just cancel my order.

I never received any communication past those canned responses, not even confirmation of the cancel a month and a half later. I've yet to see a charge on my card so, hopefully they followed through. If they were just honest and actually communicated, I would've waited. 3 weeks with being told nothing and them not addressing my question doesn't cut it.

You only create the profile for free. You can't message anyone unless you pay, and can't see who likes you unless it's mutual. Every question is so politically charged too. It's more about being a part of the far left agenda than a dating site.

I do feel like I get some amazing deals, but I've never had so many problems ordering online. Ebay and Swap make returns for seller issues so much easier. I've never received so many orders that smelled like smoke, not in the condition stated, or just up and cancelled. They really need to get some sort of system in place that punishes bad sellers. It's getting annoying having 4/10 orders with issues.

I've been the highest bidder on 3 lots. The seller, "accepted" my bid on one lot, but didn't add their bank information so that I could pay. The other two just let the bids time out. With this company, even if you win, the seller can refuse your offer without recourse. At least with ebay, they have to pay to list and relist which encourages them to list at a price they're willing to accept. I've wasted my time watching, bidding, and winning all for nothing. It's not like there's a reserve or anything, you're just ignored. I doubt I'll ever see the lot that was accepted.

Normally sellers add their bank info immediately after the order is accepted but this particular seller took an extra day. All our sellers do indicate an asking price on each lot. If you win the auction and exceed their asking price, you're guaranteed to get the lot. On BoxFox, the seller has the ability to reject offers that fall short of their asking price. This enables us to attract many more sellers to the platform and sellers often end up accepting offers that come close to their asking price. In the case of your two lots that timed out, both offers were well below the seller's asking price so they declined to respond to your offer. We understand that counteroffers would be a great addition to our platform and are currently working on adding that functionality. I love going to thrift stores for those hidden treasures... I'm also an ebay seller. I order from Swap weekly to fill my store, and for a few things for myself. I've found things at unbelievably low prices. It's so easy to use.

I've been selling on ebay for 5 years. I tried OLA for one year, and sold 1 item. I sell
40 items per month on ebay. The traffic is virtually non-existent. Their plan for marketing is, "tell your friends." The fees may be very low, and there may not be many rules, but I also find myself going into my account to delete many pages or merchandise I manage to sell on ebay that just sat there on OLA. Don't waste your time. The owners and managers troll every page trying to save and jumpstart their image; but it's just sad.
