I'm having the same experience as the other reviewers. I ordered April 21,2020. April 26 one shipment supposedly went out, May 3 the second one. Sent an email to Puzzle Village. Cole responded with the a tracking number that doesn't go anywhere. Tried contacting again on June 9. So far no reply and it's now June 23. Will file complaints with my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau.

Scam

Everything ships directly from China. It took us about two months to receive the puzzle that we ordered. Based on the current situation, we were ok with that. What is amazing is that we received a "mini puzzle" this would require a magnifying glass and tweezers to complete. The box was exactly the same as in their promotion except for the big word "Mini" that is on the actual box. Hilariously, when I questioned PV about this I received a reply that the person had just purchased the company and can't be held responsible for all of the problems from the previous owner.

Ordered in April received end of June. Quality is very poor. Picture quality fuzzy, puzzle not cut all the way through. Very dissatisfied and in this time cannot afford to just throw 40 dollars away. I get no response from emails that I've sent wanting my money refunded.

Don't buy
July 11, 2020

Ordered April 26,2020 after checking reviews that apparently were for the wrong Puzzle
Village company, and just like everyone else, received a run around. No puzzles and now no answers to emails. I will be filing a fraud claim with my credit card company.

Rip off

Don't order from this site. You'll be charged but will never receive what you order. I'm just lucky I used my Amex card and they refunded me after I opened a dispute. RIP OFF. I would give no stars if I could.

I ordered some puzzles and waited for tracking. 2 weeks went by and asked for it as they were past the date promised they would ship. I was told by, "Cole" I could input my order number into this website and get tracking. Well, it doesn't work. I said again later, I want a tracking number. I was given an app where I could put in my tracking number. I told them I never received a tracking number or other update, and to just cancel my order.

I never received any communication past those canned responses, not even confirmation of the cancel a month and a half later. I've yet to see a charge on my card so, hopefully they followed through. If they were just honest and actually communicated, I would've waited. 3 weeks with being told nothing and them not addressing my question doesn't cut it.

Purchased 2 puzzles and puzzle mat on may 13th and have not received order. Cole responded to my email with tracking site. Plugged in tracking number and stated unable to find number. Emailed numerous times with complaints as well as requests for refund, no response. Will never use this business again. Elaine

Ordered puzzle April 2. They sent me a code to check shipping which U.S. Post Office tells me is fake. Won't respond to my emails asking for a refund. They have my $25 and I have no puzzle.
Will be contacting U.S. Attorney General and Georgia Better Business Bureau.

I placed my order for a puzzle on April 20,2020. I new it would be a delay when I ordered so I waited until the end of May before contacting them. Only because the tracking number I got originally from them was not working and went to a China site. Once they responded they sent me the same tracking number and told me to expect my deliver within 10 days. So once again I waited longer than 10 days. And still have not received anything. And they quit replying to my questions after the second email. Nothing in their site states they are from China and not US. Although once I told them I needed a US address to contact people in charge I got an address for PO Box 168 Watkinsville GA *******. Which I haven't wrote to yet. Very odd. But they wouldn't give me a customer service #. Everyone needs to report them to the better business bureau.

I feel like a fool

I am having the same experience as other reviewers. On May 18th I ordered 3 large puzzles for $69.33. I even paid for expedited shipping!
They have only responded twice to my numerous emails to tell me to track the package with the tracking number which they did not send to me. It is beyond frustrating!

I ordered 4 puzzles totaling over $80 in April '20. Paid expedited shipping. They did not come when they were supposed to. Was promised by customer service that I'd received the shipping fees back. After weeks and weeks of waiting, finally got the 4 puzzles but they were MINI puzzles and not what I ordered. Finally received some word back from customer service and got the run around that there is new ownership and they were unable to help me but assured me it would be taken care of by the previous owner. I have not received one dime back. Good luck to you if you order from this site.

I finally received my puzzles after 2 months, (ordered April 22nd received June 23rd) but the quality is poor. The cardboard is very thin and several pieces were not cut all the way through. The piece on the right us from puzzlevillage.com the other is a springbok puzzle.

Never received puzzle
December 5, 2020

After many emails to this company to let them know my puzzle wasn't received they still refused to refund me, stating that if I sent the puzzle back they would issue a refund. I disputed the charge with my bank and was able to recover my money.

DON'T DO IT!

Mine as well just go throw your money right in the garbage can. So annoyed, waited 72 days for complete garbage. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my mother back in April and she received the puzzles July 15th. One didn't even come in a box! Seriously? It came in a ziplock back with a small photo, what is that?! She said the pieces are so thin that she won't even be able to build the puzzles, also a bunch of them are still stuck together because they weren't cut all the way through. What a complete waste of time and money.

Ordered a puzzle and mat on April 12,2020. I emailed on May 12th for a refund and was advised that my shipment was sent on April 26 so I could send the items back after I receive them. On June 12th, 2020 I received 1 item (the mat) only. My tracking that I was following shows "partially delivered ". I have emailed again on 6/14/20 and was told to plug in my tracking number on track17.net. I replied that I don't have a tracking number for the puzzle and the original tracking for the partial delivery didn't work. I have sent another email tonight requesting the tracking info on the puzzle. Next step is to report the charge to my bank. There is false info showing #1 puzzles in the US. They are not from the US!

Ordered in mid-May, received an email saying they were shipped a week later... now it's mid-June. Still no puzzles. When I contact them, they tell me to check a shipping website, which hasn't updated since May 18th. They won't respond to any other questions about the shipment.

They took my money on April 11th. It is now July 9th and no puzzles. This site is a scam. Don't buy anything from them. I will be reporting this site to the FTC.
