Ordered a puzzle and mat on April 12,2020. I emailed on May 12th for a refund and was advised that my shipment was sent on April 26 so I could send the items back after I receive them. On June 12th, 2020 I received 1 item (the mat) only. My tracking that I was following shows "partially delivered ". I have emailed again on 6/14/20 and was told to plug in my tracking number on track17.net. I replied that I don't have a tracking number for the puzzle and the original tracking for the partial delivery didn't work. I have sent another email tonight requesting the tracking info on the puzzle. Next step is to report the charge to my bank. There is false info showing #1 puzzles in the US. They are not from the US!
