I placed my order for a puzzle on April 20,2020. I new it would be a delay when I ordered so I waited until the end of May before contacting them. Only because the tracking number I got originally from them was not working and went to a China site. Once they responded they sent me the same tracking number and told me to expect my deliver within 10 days. So once again I waited longer than 10 days. And still have not received anything. And they quit replying to my questions after the second email. Nothing in their site states they are from China and not US. Although once I told them I needed a US address to contact people in charge I got an address for PO Box 168 Watkinsville GA *******. Which I haven't wrote to yet. Very odd. But they wouldn't give me a customer service #. Everyone needs to report them to the better business bureau.
