WOW, what a great experience. We just entered our sizes (Long & Tall), and went for the goal. Our shipment arrived in about four days and the clothes were as advertised. In our shipment of about 18 pieces, 3 had to be returned and that process was made so easy that we can't wait to do a second round of shopping at Swap!
1. They will take a month to put your items on the site.
2. They'll sell your "rejects" out the back door by the pound.
3. They'll say they pay you rebates but never do, or claim it's your bank's fault.
4. They'll gladly take your money for items that don't match the description, then reject them when you try sell the clothes back.
5. They'll cheat you in any way they can.
Save your time and money.
I'm a new shopper at Swap and was surprised how quickly shipment arrived and how each item was wrapped and tagged just like a department store. I am planning to create an account for selling my gently used items.
I'm obsessed with swap.com, it is amazing! It's so easy and convenient and I get so excited everytime I get new items for my kids in the mail. Everything is in perfect condition and is always folded and packaged nicely. I have so far sent two boxes full of my children's things and have swapped almost all of them and am getting ready to send two more boxes so I can start swapping more. My favorite part is that when I'm ready to ship my acquired items to myself it's only 4.99 to ship as many items as I want, not to mention that I can usually find a promo code to either get free shipping or a discount. I think all Mothers should try swap.com atleast once, I know it's made getting new clothes for my ever growing children a lot easier and less expensive :) The only complaint I have is that the website itself is sometimes temperamental. I think some glitches could use to be fixed.
The clothes I got were in great shape, exactly as seen on the website, they were here shortly after ordering them and packaging was great no plastic, just a cute cardboard box and some craft paper inside. Great value!
This is one of the best websites to shop for quality clothing and other items at fabulous prices. I definitely recommend using this website for nice clothing you need, but do not want to spend enormous amounts of money.
I have been using Swap for about a year to both buy and sell clothes. It is simply the best online consignment shop I have found. The $4.99 shipping and free returns make shopping here a breeze. The selection is wide and they always have something in my size. Returns are quick and easy as is the selling process. The staff are quick to respond should you have any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend.
I have found this site to be very trustworthy with it's descriptions of items for sale. The variety is very good and I can usually find just what I am looking for, with other things closely related. The prices are so reasonable that many of my friends are using Swap.com also. I am quite pleased with my experiences with this site and would recommend it to others who seek a safe environment to buy and sell.
I love this site. Finally a decent online second hand store. All the items I've ordered arrived quickly and were clean and fit perfectly. If you want some nice clothes at a good price this is the way to go not to mention it helps recycle the items as well. I highly recommend this store.
I love shopping this site. It makes changing my wardrobe very affordable. I have bought a lot of pants and tops and when items arrived not as they were described on the website they make it right immediately with a refund or credit. I will continue to shop Swap.com as they have much to offer.
This is a great website filled with every type of clothing, in great shape and at great prices! I needed two dresses for two functions and found them both at awesome prices. I've shopped there twice since and have been very happy with each order. I'll be back again.
Before you shop at Swap.com, you need to know that each individual article is wrapped in plastic. This company does not care about their environmental impact. You can find other online second hand sites that use tissue paper in their packaging or, even better, no individual packaging at all.
EXCELLENT... in every way! Highly recommend! Friend is expecting first grandchild- he's had a difficult time lately so I wanted to help a bit. AMAZED what I managed to find! Great value, care, quality and service! All items were brand new with tags. I had no idea what to expect as I had never heard of this place. AWESOME find!
We sent a large box to swap.com and the box was filled with lovely clothing, several items were in like new condition. We paid fees on top of fees from the beginning and received several emails indicating sales but we have a few dollars. The sad reality is that the clothing belongs to our teenager who sees a bad example here. Do not, do not send anything to them!

I am having a terrible time using your updated website. The images of the clothing never load and it is super frustrating because I have full internet signal. Also, maybe you should use models for the pants because it just looks so unprofessional to lay out a pair of wrinkled pants. I have purchased several times from your site but honestly just find it too frustrating to use now.
I have been selling and buying on Swap.com for over a year. I am so happy with how quickly they answer questions and the prices they give for there sure sell buys. The site is extremely easy to use and I absolutely love the amazon feature for checking out. All items I have received from them have been in wonderful condition. I love shopping on swap.com. I feel that the photographs do not do justice for the actual items. I am always pleasantly surprised and anxiously await My arrival. They always resolve your issues immediately. I have never had to return anything although I had items that were a little tight small for me my girlfriends were eager to purchase them from me. Answer: I have only placed one order so far. I ordered 10 blouses. I returned 5, due to size issues. All 10 blouses were nice, but 5 did not fit quite right due to different manufacturer's. You need to get an RMA # for returns. I was promptly refunded my money for the 5 blouses. I would order again in the future. I am not aware of any return quantity restrictions. Hope this helps.
Answer: If you want to sell clothes, all the information is on their website. Basically, they get a percentage and then they pay you thru an existing PayPal account that you set up.

Answer: Same here, I sent a box in June and have received nothing nothing saying it was accepted or rejected absolutely nothing. I've sent 5 emails and nothing. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well.
Answer: I don't think so. I've sold and from my experience it varies. The things that I thought would sell first, haven't sold yet. It varies by what people are looking for at the time. I've bought all different seasons at random times. I buy by what's a great deal. When selling, group like items together. I've noticed multiple things sell first.

Answer: There's no way for them to go over prices. They have to see the items and determine from going over it, if it's acceptable, once it's accepted, then you have to determine the price you want to sell it for. You could try searching on their site for similar items and see what they are priced at. I did notice when pricing my items that I'd get a little notice with recommended prices, which was very helpful. I didn't have a good experience selling but many others have. Make sure you take pictures of your items, that's very important. I appreciated that their site is set up to allow you to take back your items if you changed your mind about selling them. I'm in the process of getting back my items. Hopefully it works out well and I get all my items back.
