Ordered something from them they said was in stock. Got a back-ordered email a day later and canceled the transaction.
They said they canceled it, but it has shown processing at my bank for four days. The bank said the transaction was not canceled and is being processed as a charge.
Of course, when I contact this rip-off company, they said it was the bank's fault. Yeah, right. Now I have to dispute the charge.
Oh, and they told me what I ordered will be available in two weeks. However, I contacted the manufacturer and they said they would not have new stock until February 2016. Another lie from Entirely Pets.
