Quality products. Orders spotty on receiving. Online chat stalls. Auto Shipping label cut at order and shipment never gets to FedEx. Two months out from order and still not received; credit card charged immediately upon order.

Better Late than Never

I ordered some supplements from them and got an email saying that it was shipped with a tracking link. A couple of days later I checked the tracking link and found that a label had been made but no package had been delivered to the Post Office. This went on for about a week after which I emailed them letting them know the situation. Got an automatically generated email back with the same link. After about 10 days they got back to me saying they did not know what happened but would re-fill the order. Five or so days later it arrived in the mail. All is well that ends well. I was afraid that they were not honest, but I just think that they have more business than they can handle and sometimes things get dropped.

Lowest price by far

I found supplement geeks 2 years ago by accident t actually and couldn't believe I have heard of them before their prices literally beat amazon and when the shipping was free it was a no brainier I've been coming back since. Once the shipping took a ridiculously long time but all other shipments came FedEx super quick.

I placed an order for some WodPak Vitamins. I PAID EXTRA for faster shipping. They have me a BS tracking number. Over 5 business days later the tracking says it still did not ship it's still pending them to give it. Also they don't pick up their phone. My name is Daniel Anderson.

This company has taken my money with no product. They lie about shipping, giving false evidence of a label created but not shipped. If you have similar experiences it is time to take action. They have stolen enough of our hard-earned money.

I received my product, so that's a plus, but it took 18 days. I think that's a bit ridiculous, especially since they advertise 2 to 7 business days. There absolutely impossible to reach by phone, so I think that's kind of scandalous. Also they don't reply to emails. You can contact them by chat, but that's to robotic for my taste. They kept telling me the same thing it's delayed in transit, or giving me different dates when it would arrive. I feel bad for them, they need to work out the bugs in there system and get usps on there side more. The company is real, you will receive you item. Just when. Sadly I got 5 items from amazon before I got this. Unless by crossing on Google I see a product so cheap I want to wait a month to get it, I won't be returning, sorry

I never received my package of 3 bottles of Kirkland fish oil costing $48. When I call customer service later, the lady reassured me the package was insured and she will email me proof of delivery which she never did. When I called back a couple of days later, a very rude guy on the phone basically told me there is nothing they can do and hung up. After that, I got only answering machine again and again when I called. I would have been better off buying from Amazon Prime because their 48 hours shipping is much more reliable than this crazy flight by night operation ran by a bunch of Filipinos.

After I placed an order, I received an email stating my order would be delivered within 2 days. Almost 3 weeks later I had not received my order. I emailed them asking what was going on. They simply replied a couple days later "It should be there soon". They didn't care or try to make it right. There are many places to buy the same supplements that actually know how to treat their customers. Save yourself the frustration and buy somewhere else.

If you order from here buyer beware! My order took weeks and when it finally did arrive the products I purchased were not all there. Made multiple attempts to contact thru email and phone and not receiving any attempt to contact me. Never again! Supplement Geek more like supplement freak. Figure it out your an embarrassment!

Bad company, bad service
November 7, 2018

Ordered some protein powder, got an email confirmation that the order was processed, and the order was charged to my credit card.

Waited 10 days for confirmation of shipping. Nothing. Called and got some customer service rep that sounded like I just woke him up. He checked on the order and said the powder was back-ordered. Asked why no one informed me, he just said I can issue you a refund.

I got an email right then and there saying they were processing a refund. No idea how long before it shows up on my card.

They are basically taking orders and holding onto the money until you call. Almost a scam. I recommend not using and finding a better site.

Seven weeks after I ordered, a package arrived that only contained a small part of my order. No invoice or packing slip. Called and got a recorded message and then disconnected. Live chat instructed me to take photo and email to customer service which resulted only in automated response. That was a week ago. Filing a dispute with my CC bank.

Do not believe them when they say 2 day shipping. And their customer service is garbage. I have contacted them 3+ times inquiring about my order and after 2 days I got a generated email my order had finally shipped, which at this point is now a week later. The best part is I was given a tracking number for a package that doesn't exist apparently.

Should not be a business. I ordered two bottle of vitamins a week ago, with a two day delivery guarantee. Don't have the vitamins, sent two emails, left several messages, now I have to call my credit card company and get a credit.
Maybe they are just a business that gathers emails and personal info and then sells it on the black market. Quite sure that's where they make their money.
Wish I would have read all the other reviews before I went to this circus.

Placed several orders and was promised delivery within 10 business days. I sent several emails, called the wrong # listed, tried to chat live (but never works) and was repeatedly lied to. My orders sat around for 3 weeks with their thumbs up their asses before they even shipped it. I will be disputing the charges with my bank,

Placed an order 10 days ago, but never received an email from them about tracking info. I finally contact them today only to find that they've placed my order on hold without notifying me. Furthermore, when I asked why it was placed on hold, the representative says because I need to verify my address. I check the shipping address and it's correct. Ugh, I should have heeded the warnings of all of the 1-star ratings for this business.

They will take your money and run! Ordered protein shakes and never received them and it's been over three weeks now. They said after you place your order it would take 7 to 14 days... for an order that usually takes 3-5 business days anywhere else. This place is a joke and a scam! Don't buy here! Stay away from this place! They need to be put in prison for all the money they stolen from others!

I ordered a supplement on 03/19/2020 and paid an extra $8.00 fee for expedited shipping. It is now 04/15/2020 and I have still not received my shipment. They were very prompt in charging my Visa card for the entire purchase. They have been unresponsive to my email inquiries.

I have called, emailed, used the site email, and site chat all without any response. Ridiculous. I would not ever use this site again. Calling my credit card company to stop the payment.
