They screwed up my order continuously. It still is not resolved. They take forever to respond and when they do it is short and unapologetic! They do not fix the issue and just plain quit responding! I am still waiting over 6 weeks to get my order resolved. I just want a refund... Dude it is only 13 dollars... They are making no effort... I never received the correct supplement!
This was by far my worst experience with an online supplement portal. I ordered something on 4/14/20, as I write this I still don't have it. They promise 7-14 business days delivery. I went to their website and left a contact request. No response. I called them and a terrible voicemail was reached. (Please have a coherent voicemail! Pathetic!). I even left an email. I can understand that due to the Covid-19 restrictions they may have problems with speedy delivery. However, you have to at least have people online or on call to answer questions. As far as I know, my money seems to have disappeared. Scammers!
I have ordered twice from this company. First time, shipping took 10 days from the time I was notified the items had been "shipped". I placed my second order on 6/25 and received confirmation that it "shipped" on 6/25. I called on 7/8 asking if it had been shipped. The man said it had not gone out but would "expedite" shipping. I told him if I don't have it by 7/13 I will dispute the charge on my credit card. Order somewhere else.
This website is crap. I Never received my order. It said 1 to 10 business days. I tried to call him Tak the company it went straight to a voicemail. I'm actively going about trying to get my money back, but I'm not sure exactly how to do this since I can't talk to anyone. Probably going to go through my credit card company
Ordered never received product until I placed a dispute with PayPal. Then they actually sent the wrong product. No response from them on how I could return the wrong product and get a refund - I didn't want to send back $50 + worth of product and shipping costs with no guarantee of a refund.
In short they did not respond to PP dispute case I opened so I was eventually refunded. NOW this crazy company is saying I must pay for items or they will send me to collections! WTF? They are nuts! STAY AWAY!

I have sent e-mails, never answered. I have called and left messages. No replies. Stay away! Stay far, far away! Never order from these people.
Ordered 3 items 5 weeks ago. They were received 2 weeks later. 2 of the 3 Items were the wrong product. Had to hound them to get a return label but items were returned for exchange with 2 day return shipping. It has now been another 2 weeks and had to hound them to give me a tracking # for the shipment of the correct items. They sent me a tracking # that shows a label was created 5 days ago with no sign of movement. They state it's with their common carrier but can't say who that is or provide a tracking # for the common carrier. The product and original price are great, but the shipping time and headaches you'll have with customer service don't justify the amount of money you'd save. Do yourself a favor and find a better company to work with.
I ordered from this company in September, it has been a month today and I still haven't received a product. The account still says pending. When I called the company, the phone was answered and I was promised to get a return call the next day. The customer service worker did not call back. After several attempts to reach the company, my calls were not answered. The only way my call was answered, was when I decided to call with my number restricted and then my call was answered. This company is a joke and I do not understand why they are still in business. The have majority of negative reviews and ratings online.
I ordered a product from them, got a fake Fed Ex number, kept calling them back and got voicemail (they never returned my call once). I finally got a hold of someone who said they would re-ship my order and they would call me back with a Fed Ex number, never got a call back and haven't been able to get hold of anyone since. Their chat doesn't work, they don't return phone calls, and they don't ship out your order when they say they will. So far my experience has been horrible so far.
I ordered two containers of Tri-Pep BCAA unflavored, I received my order but BOTH containers had been opened and the product was completely rock hard. Its supposed to be powder and it looked like the contents of a badly neglected litter box! I called and they told me to email them pictures. After they received my email they said they would send me two more containers. I got the package today and once again both containers have been previously opened and the contents are nasty! Do not waist your time with these clowns, its obviously a scam!
I dont write usually reviews. But this time I will. I had an order and it was supposed to be deliver within 3-10 business days. They delivered it after 1 month. By that time I had canceled the order and disputed it within my credit card company. Later they send them the item and filed the claim to collections. They asked to return the shippment on my own expense and will not pay for the shipping fees. In summary u dont want to deal with those people worst service ever.
I ordered 4 different products, totaling 24 items. I recieved order shipment confirmation the next day, awesome huh?! A number of days later I received 1 of the products, totaling 6 of 24 items. I never heard another word... I called and was told.the rest would ship from different warehouses within the week, i also left a note through their online system. Nothing for weeks, numerous attempts to contact via email and phone, I hear nothing. They are a disaster, I will never order from them again! Oh, and something similar happened the year before but I had forgotten which site and it was resolved after 2 months.
I placed an order on 08-06-2020 and have not received my order as of yet. I tried to contact them twice via email and a phone call and no answer. I requested a refund and got the automated email with an RMA number. Today is 08-13-2020 so let's see what happens. The next thing will be to contact the BBB and file a complaint against this company... Buyers beware!
Two weeks, no products. Said it 'shipped', tracked the usps number, shows never shipping, a week ago. Took a week to get a tracking number, now the tracking number shows it not moving, another week later.
Stick with Amazon, Puritans Pride, or Swanson
I bought a supplement from this company on 3/20/20 because I thought I could help my family from covid19. They emailed that they shipped it on 3/23/20. I work for the USPS and can tell that the tracking never left their company. They did not respond to emails. I called them on 3/31/20 and I talked with someone who sounded like he was working out of his house. He said my package was shipped on 3/25/20 and I should receive it on 4/3/20 or on 4/6/20. My package never left their location. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
They shipped me toothpaste instead of silver gel. Then over the course of two weeks, I attempted to get my item shipped. Finally they sent me a return label (Really? They wanted the toothpaste back tp resell? An item that can be tampered with?) They told me that as soon as I returned the toothpaste they would ship me my item - that I had already paid for! I finally told them to cancel my order. Then they told me that they would refund me... as soon as I returned the toothpaste. OMG! What a horrible company! Avoid this company!
I ordered several items and received items that i didn't even order. I reached out to customer service and they didn't do anything about it. Do not order from this website! They take your money and you won't get what you ordered!
Thank you to those who were honest and took the time to write reviews on this HORRIBLE company. I was fixing to buy a product but something, the man up above, told me to look into this company a bit more. Its a shame that is company is scamming innocent hard working people from their $$.
Ordered from them almost three weeks ago, got a FedEx tracking number the next day... but they never shipped the order. No one answers when you call... they are the worst of the worst!

They don't ship when they say they will, they won't cancel an order they forgot to ship, their customer service is non-existent, their communication is terrible. Don't risk a terrible consumer experience by doing business with these idiots!
