Sent me the wrong product I sent it back. They already received the product a month ago stayed with the product and my money. Sad
I bought a supplement I paid double to arrive in 3 days in 6 days it did not arrive! They do not answer calls do not reply emails, terrible
Same as others. Supposedly, it's been shipped. That's it, stopped there. They do NOT respond to ANY messages. Makes me sick!
They don't have stock at all. They don't answer the phones, they don't reply Emails.

I ordered 2 bottles of DNPX capsules. On April 21st I received an envelope with 2 bottles marked on the outside but only "1" bottle inside. Knowing there was an error I took a photo of the envelope before I opened it, as it was obvious it only held 1 bottle. After emailing them and phoning several times with no response, I spoke to their online chat who advised me to email the photo I took. I did so and received an email on April 24th that they were still looking into it. I never received any more emails until yesterday, June 4th. In the meantime I contacted their online chat who were very rude and informed me that the package was delivered to me, and 2 bottles were marked on the envelope so I must be wrong. Obviously someone in their shipping department made a mistake and they did not want to bother acknowledging it. After some frustration I phoned my credit card company, told them what happened and they refunded me 1/2 the price I paid, as I only received 1/2 the order. Yesterday I received an email from supplementsgeeks which stated:
"Due to recent chargeback you filed $25 chargeback fee have been added and this order is past due. Contact us to make payment. Please note if unpaid account will be forward to collections and may result in additional fees."
I wrote back to them telling them the whole story once again to which they replied:
" I have reviewed previous communication regarding this order and see both bottles were shipped together. 50% Refund or chargeback is not valid. I would recommend you to make payment to avoid additional fees."
How could they "see" both bottles were shipped? Again they do not want to acknowledge their own mistake but want me to pay for it. It is impossible to deal with people like this.
In the past they offered competitive prices and reasonable shipping and I had no issues, but now, absolutley horrible!.
In October I had placed an order for the 100 servings of Amazing grass.
2 weeks later after I placed an order I received a message stating the order was delayed at Fed Ex in Michigan without proper explanation. I emailed the company regarding the situation and about one week later they responded to me oblivious to what was going on. I then requested a re-order of the product since it was already paid for and I asked they ship it out overnight via Fed Ex at their cost. Several days later, I received a confirmation on November 2, that the product will be sent out in 3 to 5 d via Fed Ex.
Today. November 8. I still have not received the product so I called and the explanation I received was " The manufacturer no longer makes the 100 servings."
When I questioned this and why I was not informed, his comment was he just found out 2 days ago without further explanation. He stated the company only now makes 60 sevings. So I asked due to the marked inconvenience I had to go through, if they could at least send me two 60 servings and call it even; he refused to do that for me as he did not want to pay the difference. He wanted me to pay more money for his poor business practices. I requested a refund instead and made him fully aware he will no longer receive my business.
FYI: This person lied to me as the manufacturer still makes the 100 servings upon my research but at an increased price. I found the product elsewhere for a similar price Supplemental Geeks offered.
I will no longer deal with this company. If the ratings allowed a ZERO. That's what they would truly deserve.
Terrible service, im in the process of doing a charge back. Im not gonna deal with these people nomore. A complete ripoff.
Haven't received my supplements and I ordered them in February and then I can't even track my package!
