I placed an order for Honey Stinger Energy Chews. They charged my card and a few hours later I get an e-mail stating the order was canceled because the item was out of stock. I check back before calling them the next business day AND THE ITEMS ARE STILL AVAILABLE UP ON THEIR WEBSITE! They obviously are too stupid to manage their stock and represent what is available for sale. They give a rat's $#*! about how many other people that use their website and waste time like I did.
I ordered some supplements with a two-day shipping. After contacting them over 10 times, two and a half weeks later I received the wrong products. Terrible company!

I successfully filed a claim with my credit card company and they refunded the over $380 of NON DELIVERED PRODUCT.

I ORDER ANIMAL CUTS AND PROTEIN FOR ROUGHLY 90$ AND CHOOSE 6 TO 10 DAYS FREE DELIVERY. MY PACKAGE CAME 21 DAYS LATER AND IT WAS MISSING ANIMAL CUTS. WHEN I REACHED THEM THEY SAID PACKAGE HAD EXACTLY WEIGHT AS IT SHOULD BE FOR THESE 2 PRODUCTS. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER THROUGH THESE SCAMMERS
Placed my order July 3rd. Emailed them on the 11th to ask where the stuff I ordered was. They said it had been shipped. It got shipped the following day. I got the stuff on the 26th and it was the wrong flavor. I do not like chai, but it's what I got. They said I could send it back and they would send me the correct flavor, but I have not received the shipping label and that was almost a week ago. They are not what they advertise to be!
They lost our order and said it was shipped! Tracking showed it never left their facility. "Customer service" is NOT customer service! No people skills, no problem solving skills, just a really BAD attitude, especially since they screw up was theirs! The first time I called and ask for a supervisor, he hung up on me. Second time, a day or two later, she admitted they were getting our communication, but we certainly weren't getting any communication back from them. They probably didn't want written record that there was an actual problem. Long story short, two weeks later we finally got what we ordered, the pseudo savings was not worth the wasted time and frustration.

The company has great prices, and on bizratesurveys.com, they have a 7.8 rating (from 657 reviews). Not the greatest, but I thought I'd give it one try. Just placed my first order on Sunday Feb. 16. I sent a note w/ order requesting to please ship on Monday if at all possible - urgently needed items. Called Monday & was told orders processed & should go out that day. On Wed., tracking # still showed Fedex had not received package. Contacted company & was told "we shipped it by common carrier, who will give it to Fedex. You will receive your order next week." Chat agent was unfriendly, unapologetic and would not give name of "common carrier" (for which there was no tracking number or way to contact). Agent tried to make this my fault for choosing free shipping. Their website says that the free shipping option takes 3 to 10 business days. Since we are both on the east coast (MI and TN), that should mean 3 to 4 days for me, but they are telling me now that it will be 7+ business days. I'm writing this on Thursday, and the tracking # still shows that Fedex does not have the package. I have been ordering from a LOT of online companies for many years (I'm 65), and (with exception of one other company, who I seldom use) they all deliver within 3 to 4 days, EVEN WITH FREE SHIPPING. Because of this company's poor attitude and slow shipping, I do not recommend them at all.
They only seny me 1/2 my order and only after I complained. They claimed to have sent the other half but tracking number still says not sent. This has been going on about a month at least.
Don't get sucked in by the low prices or the handful of positive reviews. Maybe they actually fulfill some of their orders, but it seems like the majority of people had a similar experience as I did.
I placed the order 9/15/22. Had no updates from them about shipping, so I emailed them, on 10/4 asking what the shipping status was. They told me the item was out of stock and they would send me a tracking number when it came in. On 10/27 I emailed them again asking for an update and if it was going to ship soon because I was considering canceling my order. No reply. It is now Nov 2nd and I finally googled them and saw all the bad reviews. For some reason I thought since they had a contact number and chat and all that, they were a legit company. Maybe they are, maybe they aren't, but they shouldn't be running a business like this. So I called the number and it's just a recording telling you to email them through the contact form. No way to talk to a live person. There is no live chat as it appeared, that link just sends to to the contact form. So I contacted again telling them to cancel my order or I am going to file a complaint with BBB. Everyone else should also file a complaint if they had a bad experience. Maybe if there are enough complaints someone will look into it.
If you place an order iwith multiple items you will only receive one item and then NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION AFTER THAT - they don't even answer their phone! It's a scam and they've been reported several times on BBB and TrustPilot also - DO NOT ORDER and if you had be sure to follow through with filing a report and getting your money back through your credit card or paypal!
Ordered and paid on June 22,3 weeks later still no product received. Called and emailed to cancel order for refund. DENIED. Within a few hours I received noticed that my product just shipped so no refunds. 3 weeks later I received THE WRONG PRODUCT!

This company is such a load of crap! I placed an order on June 3rd, PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING, and got nothing. I called several times and was told I had to wait. I ENDED UP ORDERING THE SAME ITEMS FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE DUE TO THIS! And NOW I GET THE PACKAGE?! REALLY!? What kind of scam are they running?!
I ordered a 10lb bag of protein and the item never shipped. Contacted customer service and was told they would "look into it" and never heard anything else.
First time I ordered got my shipment late but it was within the 10 days they claim, this second time around I ordered on 3/07/2019 and was "Shipped" on 3/08/2019, i called on 3/25/2019 because I still haven't gotten the package and nothing was showing up through the tracking, contacted them through the live chat they offer on the site, they said that they were going to send the claim to upper management, and today 3/26/2019 i checked on the racking again and its barely in Texas, as you can calculate by days its been way over 10 days and still nothing, I will wait till the end of the week before filing a claim through my bank.
I purchase two proteins on the 16th of September and I checked and it says still processing after 2 weeks when the company clearly says it takes 7 to 10 days to get to you I tried calling the number on there but they don't pick up and I emailed them and still haven't heard from them
