I've placed four orders with this company. I did have a problem with an incorrect product shipped to me once, but the issue was fixed in a timely manner. They have some hard to find products and very fast shipping. I've been satisfied.

Highest recommendation. This company is reasonably priced, very efficient, & has exceptional customer service. I've always been impressed by their service, & wide array of products. Best kava-kava anywhere. And teas, & supplements.

I've been buying Kratom from Phytoextractum for years now and have always been happy with the quality of the Kratom and the customer service. I love their rewards system so much. Getting discounts for signing up for the newsletter is so helpful. Plus the newsletter only goes out twice a week and has discount codes and info on new products. I would recommend this site to anyone looking to buy good Kratom in several strains or many other natural substances like kava kava. 5 plus years as a loyal customer. They really care about their consumers and don't price gouge by any means. Quite the opposite. They always have weekly deals and discounts and the delivery time is always punctual. Best in the business for sure.

I have been purchasing product from Phytoextractum for several years. What first attracted me to this site was the analysis they posted of one of their Kratom products where they list the mg of mitragynine and the mcg 7-hydroxymitragynine in each capsule. Their product has been very consistent over the years. The 2 times I needed customer service I contacted them via e-mail and got a response same day with a resolution to my issue immediately.

Phytoextractum is the best customer service experience I have had, not only in the natural health arena, but any other business as well! They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Their products are some of the best on the market as well, and I've tried many other companies as well.

Gets my best vendor award. Consistent, good products and excellent customer service. I know their products are safe too, since they will close to sterilize their operation if a bug gets in and have done so once that I know of a couple years ago. Who does that anymore?

I have been shopping online with Phytoextractum for over 3 years now and the service and quality of the products has been exceptional. I've responded many times to their survey letting them know this but what compels me to write a review here is a recent experience I had. As usual I ordered the product from them that I have used for years but they unfortunately sent me the wrong one (a very similar product, but nonetheless, not exactly what I ordered). I contacted them online letting them know this and that I was traveling on business soon and would like the 'right' product before I left. Without hesitation they apologized and jumped on filling my order and expedited it so that it arrived in time for my trip. In addition to this, they didn't make a fuss about me sending back the 'wrong' product (i. E., they let me keep it).

Again, I've been very happy with their products and services and that's why I continue to come back. I think you'll find many reviews like this online but I thought this deserved some additional feedback in a forum like this. I'll continue to shop here for sure.

I absolutely love this company. Everything they ship arrives timely, sometimes faster than their original predicted time, and I am all the way across the country from them. Their customer service is incredible. Whenever I have a question, I am helped right the first time and their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always pleasant. They're always checking in with their customers to see how they can be more efficient. I would highly recommend this site and their products to anyone interested in them.

I have ordered through this company for a few years now... product is always available and shipped in the time frame promised... I unfortunately had an order placed on 2/18 that took WAY longer expected to arrive... contacted the USPS as that was the method of shipping used... they had me waiting another week to receive the item PAST the week I had already waited...(and the item was shipped Priority... contacted Phytoextractum directly and not only were they quick to respond, but they also went into detail about what may have been the issue in the first place...(weather related)... they were spot on about what had happened and I received the order the next day... very polite... very thorough... no surprise I continue to order from them...

Excellent business. I've ordered products probably almost 10 times by now, without any issues. I always get exactly what I order, and processing time is super-fast. Their prices are very competitive but their products are nonetheless of the highest quality, with a transparent sourcing process and high standards on purity. In short, you can trust that you're getting good, safe products, which is extremely important for supplements.

Support is also top-notch. After having an issue with a package accidentally being returned with USPS, Phytoextractum quickly responded to my inquiry. I would've been happy paying for shipping again, but they sent it out priority again the same day. This kind of service is increasingly rare these days, and has made me an even happier customer. Prior to this interaction, I would have been hesitant to shop anywhere else, but now I'm absolutely dedicated to Phytoextractum!
