I have tried different vendors and Phytoextractum is the only one I use now. Their product is very excellent quality and their prices are better than anyone's. They have a lot of coupons and sales. The customer service is superior too. Every time I have emailed them they get back to me the same day and answer all my questions. I have no reason to shop elsewhere.
Phytoextractum is a great business that provides healthy, natural herbs that have a superior quality to most of what is on the market. They respond to requests within a few hours, and are always very helpful to the best extent that they can be. They have relatively fast shipping, 4-6 days usually. They also include samples occasionally in their parcels which is nice. The prices are good for the quality of product they have. The only thing that would be better is if they sold products in bulk. All in all, a great company who I will continue to do business with.

My first order was short 1 product. No notes, messages, or callls to let me know, just short. I called and was told it was out of stock and I would receive it in a couple of days. I have called, emailed, and messaged multiple times. I have ordered twice more since then and still not received my shortage. It's been 3 weeks and I've spent $400. The product is stellar but I'll have to move on if they don't make this right.

I'm rewriting my review with new updates. I have received a refund. It was a long time coming. Phyto has really good product and now they can guarantee safety. If I was new to kratom I would use phytoextractum. Thier customer services could be alittle better. But it's about quality. Don't worry with phytoextractum! Its safe now.
I am a newbie to their product but so far, in my experience, it seems to be a very good quality product. I ordered two different strains and I am very happy with both. I haven't researched other vendors to closely yet, but Phytoextractum's prices seem to be very reasonable and you can't beat the free priority shipping if you order over $75. If you email them with a question, you'll have an answer back by the next morning. Probably sooner if you email during the day and not at night like I did. And their customer service is EXCELLENT!

Phytoextractum has very high quality kratom (the only product I've tried from their site so far) that rivals many other sites I've tried, but the reason I keep returning to this specific site is because of their extremely helpful and quick costumer service! I had an issue where I attempted a purchase with my bank account but there was an error and the transaction was cancelled. I decided to use a different payment method and completed the purchase. A few days later I noticed that my bank account had actually been charged so I contacted customer service and within an hour I got a response with multiple methods to either get in store credit or a full refund. I chose the in store credit and received the order very quickly. This company has exceeded my expectations and I look forward to many more years purchasing from them!

This company has good products but unethical business behavior. In September 2016 in a panic I bought a lot of one kind of kratom without experiencing the effect. I sent back about $160 worth of kratom and asked for an exchange. All Jesse had to do was tell me that they were too busy now to do exchanges and send back my envelope, which I described in detail. I suggested putting Return to Sender on the envelope and that would have been the end of it. I would still be a customer. I use kratom daily, so I bought a lot of kratom from this company and the sister company, Kraken. But no, I was uncustomered for having too many returns (2 exchanges, including one that was not the product I ordered). He did not return the kratom and blacklisted me so I couldnt buy from at least 2 other sellers.
