Phytoextractum

Normally I don't need to contact their customer service, but when I did I always got very fast responses. One time I called their phone number -- and they picked up & spoke to me. I keep shopping with them because their prices are so low (e.g., $30 for 4 ounces) and they do ship same day. Everything's been very consistent in that regard.

I use kratom regularly, and I have a strong background in Chemistry & Biochemistry. Ok, but I still won't claim to be the end-all-know-all Great Sage of kratom. Yet I'll say that everything I've gotten from Phytoextractum -- which has been a lot -- has been good-to-very good. Certainly well worth the price I pay. I wouldn't keep going back for more if I wasn't satisfied.

I, too, was a longtime customer of Phytoextractum and spent thousands over several years. Then I receive an order in which the little glass vial of FST had shattered during transit. This is a $55 product. I politely sent Phytoextractum a message which was ignored, so I sent another message. Now it's another business day and no replacement was sent, no response to my messages. I've ordered this product a million times and they have always used a padded envelope. This time they didn't, and my order was subsequently ruined. I am appalled that they would treat a loyal customer in such a manner. I'm starting to think these reviews are from Phytoextractum themselves, as a simple Google search will show you they have an F on the BBB. I will gladly retract this review if they make it right, which I sincerely hope they do.

As for Phyto products, I can only speak to their kratom herbs. If that quality is the same as all other products, you can be assured of the best.

My experience with kratom orders is great; they offer reward points and you can usually find a coupon code to help with their already fair pricing. Extremely good quality product! The packaging is great -nice foil ziplock pouches keeps the freshness in. Shipping time is really fast, even with covid, I've had no problem with shipping to my state.

I remember buying kratom from them on another website in the mid 2000's. Good kratomq they had. I found them again online in Sept. 2019 and signed up for an account then and was delighted to find out not only do they have kratom but other ethnobotanicals, tonics candles and a full list of good alternative medicines, herbs, candles and more. Phytoextractum is the best online vendor for plants and extracts. The kratom is of the purest quality! I have shopped around and I can not find better quality or better prices. I had an issue with an order I placed and I wrote customer service Hoping they could help and they were all over it! They righted something that was not their fault and went above and beyond to make my order a positive experience. You simply cannot find a better place to do business with!

I have been a long time coustomer of another company, but when I noticed that the quality of their product started to decline I decided to give Phytoextractum a try.
