It's great to have a regular vendor that you can always trust. Such is the case with Phytoextractum. I've been shopping elusively from them, and for good reason: (a.)The quality is good, (b.) the prices are THE lowest out there, (c.) they ship same-day & give Tracking #'s, and (d.) the customer service dept. is responsive. Only one time in all my dealings with them did I get a bad order. But guess what? They *quickly* made good for it -- I mean super-fast. That's the way to go. But I really like that I can reach their customer service easily and they respond literally right away. These are good folks who care.

I have been using Phytoextractum as a trusted vendor for CBD and kratom for over two years. I am thoroughly satisfied at the product choice, product prices, and most importantly to me, their top-notch customer service. They offer several secure ways to pay and the shipping is always fast and reliable given that you get your order in by the cut-off time. I do not have any hesitations in recommending Phyto and they are professional and courteous as well. In the past year, I had one issue with shipping and it was remedied quickly. As a repeat customer, I use the reward points and discounts and find them value-added as I use their website (resources tab) to provide information about the products they sell.

This business offers UPS Next Day Air shipping and here I am 4 day's later without my order and no indication that it has ever even left the warehouse. I'm disgusted with this and am now going to have to place ANOTHER order with a different company and hope their next day air delivery system is competent. Never again. I should've at least gotten a notification that my order has been lost or cancelled or whatever, even though I was charged the $100 for it.

I've been using kratom daily for the last year and a half. I've tried many online vendors-some are better than others but I've found Phytoextractum to be far superior as far as price and quality are concerned. Even with the free shipping option i get my packages at lightening speed. In addition they offer several different discounts at checkout so I save a ton of $ EVERY time I purchase. As far as quality, I sometimes dose several times a day with the plain Bali powder and I don't seem to reach a tolerance like I have with kratom from other vendors I've tried. And customer service is top notch. Very quick, courteous, and responsive. I'm glad I found them. Try them, you won't be disappointed. Will be my go-to vendor from now on!

I have only been a customer of Phytoextractum Plants & Extracts for a short time, but recently had an issue and one of the reps went OUT of their way to help me, more than any rep from any company in my lifetime. I owned my own business for only 8 years and I always tried to help my customers like this, and it is refreshing to see companies like this go above and beyond. I will be honest most of this was an error on my part and she did not have to really do anything, but, it made me feel like they wanted me as a customer. I can't say enough good things about Phytoextractum. Their products are great, their pricing is easy to understand, and they have amazing customer service. I greatly appreciate their many shipping options AND the fact that they don't overcharge you for shipping. They also ALWAYS fill orders in a timely manner. I placed an order on a Monday and received a tracking number and paid for priority shipping. Come Thursday no updates and tracking showed package had not been given to usps yet. I sent an email to support asking for free overnight Bc of the delay. I got a reply 2 hours later from Mia that she would look into it and upgrade the shipping. Pleasantly surprised, I got the product the next day. I will give the company another chance but if this is common, I will go back to my old supply company.

Early on in my kratom experiences, I was lucky enough to find Phytoextractum... and by lucky I mean very good quality products at exceptionally reasonable prices. The very fast and free shipping didn't leave me wanting nor chomping at the bit... and it's great they offer faster shipping for those with less patience. The product line is good (far better than most) and the quality is superb. Yeah, the product descriptions could be better and the payment options are a little limited, but overall it's a great place for your kratom needs. Definitely recommended.

I trust Phytoeextractum with all my business. I've been on pain meds since age 15 I am now 52. I broke my back young and have had many surgeries. I have tons of steel rods, screws, bolts and even a spinal simulator in my back. The daily pain is horrible. I found out about Kratom almost a year ago. I also take red vein at night. I don't like anything that tastes bad so I make my own pills. I get my order the next day at my door. I am always getting discounts in my email and they answer any question I have quickly. I truly feel they care about their customers. I placed a very large order for overnight fedex never got my shipment and when I try to contact them they don't respond to me at all. They stole a lot of money from me now I have to fight with my credit card company. This site is not worth it. SCAM
