I should have read all the bad reviews before I ordered

I place my order on March 5th it says free 2-day shipping. I can understand that with the covid-19 going on right now a lot of shipping was delayed but when I didn't receive my order by March 14th I called customer service they told me it would be there Tuesday March 17th. When I look up the tracking it said shipping label was created but USPS had never received it. On March 18th I I tried to call customer service many times and kept getting a voicemail I left a message nobody got back to me. On March 23rd I tried calling again still no answer I didn't leave a voice message this time I just decided to do the live chat. I asked them why my order has not been received through USPS they told me it was still processing and that right now they're experiencing high volume so it was taking a little longer however it's been almost 3 weeks at this point and it hasn't even left the warehouse. At this point I'm really frustrated I go online I look up the reviews I wasn't surprised to see so many bad reviews. So I went back one live chat and I told him to just cancel my order I want my money back I'm tired of waiting I'll order it from somewhere else. They said somebody would contact me through email within 24 to 48 hours I said if I did not get a response within 48 hours I would just dispute it with a credit card company that was on a Monday. On Wednesday I received my package however only two out of the seven items that I ordered I received. This company is a joke their customer service is awful when I complained to the live chat about my unsatisfactory service all they said was "I understand" no apologies no communication from this company don't waste your time. I contacted live chat again because you can't get through when the customer service line nobody ever answers and I told them that I just wanted a refund for the items that I did not receive. I guess I will see if I receive my refund. Stay away from this company order elsewhere you're wasting your time.

Be forewarned

I am writing this review in hopes of warning others. My experience with this company was time consuming and frustrating. I ordered protein powder on May 15th. Site said free shipping with arrival in 2-10 business days. I immediately received an e-mail from them confirming my order, but no subsequent e-mail regarding shipping and tracking. I e-mailed them on May 18th to inquire about the status. They e-mailed back on May 19th saying that my order had shipped and would arrive next week, but provided no tracking number. I called them 2 days later and asked for the tracking number. They said they would e-mail it but never did. On May 24th I called to cancel the order because I came across this site and became worried that the company was not legit. They told me I could not cancel the order because it shipped already. Once more I asked them to e-mail me the tracking information. They subsequently sent a FedEx number, but when I entered the number on the Fed Ex tracking site, it stated no record of that number. At this point I called the credit card company to open a dispute because I was concerned about the integrity of this company. I sent Supplementsgeeks an e-mail on May 25th telling them not to ship the order because I had canceled it and it was obvious that they had not been truthful (not once but twice) regarding the shipping status of the product. Later that day the tracking number they provided showed that the package had been picked up a couple of hours after I had e-mailed them. I received the package May 30th, but by this time was concerned that the product was not legit. I sent them an email telling them I was returning the product because I had canceled the order and had documentation that they shipped the product after I canceled the order. To their credit they immediately sent me a return authorization number, whereby I spent $13.00 out of my own pocket to send it back to them via USPS. Thus, I spent $50.00 for a product I did not trust enough to consume and in effort to get my refund I spent $13.00 out of my own pocket just to get rid of it. I often buy supplements online and this was positively the worst experience I have had to date. I am writing this to warn others of my bad experience with this company and hopefully to save them from having a similar experience. After several e-mails and phone calls, including one to the credit card company, I can only hope that there will be no further hassles regarding this transaction.

I HIGHLY AM WARNING YOU TO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SUPPLEMENTS GEEKS. COM. THEY ARE THIEVES, LIARS, CONS AND NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONE, EMAIL ETC.ITS GOING ON A MONTH NOW SINCE I PLACED A ORDER WITH THEM. I ORDERED STUFF ON 10-9-17 AND IT WAS TO BE TAKEN TO POST OFFICE ON 10-10-17.AS IT STOOD THEN AND NOW SAYS (STILL PENDING ACCEPTANCE)I CALLED THEM DID GET THROUGH AND THEY TRIED BLAMING THE USPS.SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND ANOTHER. WELL THEY NEVER SENT CONFIRMATION OR TRACKING SO HERE WENT ANOTHER CALL.NO ANSWER TRIED LIVE CHAT GAVE ME WHAT I FOUND OUT FROM USPS IT WAS A DUPLICATE TRACKING NUMBER. I LIVE IN ANOTHER TOWN THIS ONE ENDED UP IN LEWISTOWN, PA 5 HOURS AWAY. CALLED AGAIN NO ANSWER.LIVE CHAT GOT LUCKY AFTER 6 TRIES AND DIFFERENT PHONE CAUSE THEY WATCH FOR YOU AND GAVE ME ANOTHER #AND IT ENDED UP IN PHILADÈLPHIA, PA. THEY HAVE MY CORRECT INFO BUT WHY SEND IT ELSEWHERE. I WAS PATIENT WITH THEM. GAVE THEM MORE TIME AND STILL DIDN'T CORRECT IT.SO I WANTED A REFUND. GUESS WHAT HE SAID HE REFUNDED ME AND NOW IT'S 8 DAYS LATER AND GAVE ME A TRANSACTION I.D. THAT DON'T EXIST. I HAVE NOTIEFIED THE INSPECTOR GENERAL OFFICE, ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND AM NOW TRYING TO SEE IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED ON GETTING TOGETHER AND SUING THEM. THEY ARE CONS, LIARS, THIEVES AND ARE PICKING PEOPLE OUT RANDOMLY TO SCREW OVER. (DO NOT BUY FROM THEM)IF YOU GOT YOUR STUFF BEFORE YOU WERE LUCKY BUT SURELY IT TOOK PROBALY 18 DAYS OR SO. THEY NEED SHUT DOWN AND BE CHARGED WITH FRAUD, AMONG MANY OTHERS THINGS. A CLASS ACTION SUIT CAN BE BROUGHT UP BUT LET ME KNOW WHERE YOU STAND. BUT DO NOT ORĎER FROM THÈM. ALL I CAN DO IS WARN YOU. READ REVIEWS AND LOOK HOW MANY GOT RIPPED.ONE LADY IS STIĹL TRYING TO GET HER MÒNEY BACK AND I FEEL. SOON THÈRE GOING TO RUN AND DISAPPEAR.
