It really is that bad

Unfortunately I too found this site after I ordered one bottle of super cissus. It's been 12 days and I still have no product. The tracking info says the post office in Michigan received my order 10 days ago and it is still there. I haven't even tried calling them yet because from the reviews it's pointless. I guess I'll be calling my cc company. Stay far away.

I ordered from this company on the 22nd of December and still waiting on my supplements! Website says 3-10 business days. Seems like a shady and unprofessional company, when I called customer service some woman picked up and was like, hello? I wasnt even sure I called the right place! She was unfriendly and not very helpful, answered my questions with an irritated one word answer. Never apologized for the delay or even explained why it is taking so long. So unprofessional. I would NEVER order from this site again!

Never got the product. I've been a faithful customer for some time but I won't be buying from them again. I ordered this product to be sent to me 3 weeks ago and it never even left their warehouse. I tried calling so many times, left emails and nobody answered until finally someone answered. They didn't give me an explanation as to what happened to my package and just lied that they were sending another shipment which again never left their warehouse. Worst customer service ever they did not even apologize. It wasn't until I went through some online reviews for this site that I realized this is some sort of scam they have been running lately and almost all reviews had the same problem as I did. I tried calling them to confront them about it and they just hung up on me. Do not waste your money on these dishonest people

Do not recommend shopping with them. Normally don't write negative reviews but this is a really bad experience. They sent me the wrong product and rather than apologizing for their mistake, they made me jump through hoops to return the wrong product they sent me and they are requesting I pay for the return shipping fees! On top of that the product they sent me was opened and damaged! Unbelievable. Will not shop there again!

After I placed my order, I read all these bad reviews, and got worried I was going to be ripped off. However my order came as promised. The only not too good thing was I did call customer service, and got VM and no one ever called me back. Not a problem since my order was taken care of as offered. NC

I placed an order on 12/8. On 12/17, their customer service told me in response to my e-mail that my order had already shipped after I threatened a chargeback. Well, according to the tracking information, it didn't actually ship until 12/29--three weeks after I ordered! And apparently it won't arrive until 1/5.

Please avoid this company like the plague, and warn others too.

Ordered thinking 3-10 is not that bad. But, 10 days is "business days" and it took 12 business days to arrive. Ridiculous. So, make sure when you order that you can wait up to 2 weeks to get your product. Customer service will not do anything for you other than say "we said 3-10 business days." Terrible customer service.

I used this website to order several muscle milk options for the next 6-9 months. 2 containers were expired the day they arrived and were so stale tasting I simply tossed them. 2 others will expire in 2 months. With a large order of six containers, who sends out expired or near expired containers?

Unreliable

Went to their website and ordered from them. Payment was made but no item was received. It isn't worth it to me to try and gain a refund, in addition to the fact that it was not a large enough some of money to be worth all the time to get it back. I would not trust this website if I were you, I learned my lesson, hopefully you don't have to.

You are wasting your time and your money if you order anything from this company, it won't arrive, your get a voicemail that is totally not understandable! I will be posting this on Facebook as well! Totally disgusted with an apparently bad company! I should have checked with Better Business Before I ever ordered!

Scam scam scam. Unethical company and bad business. My company was on the supplier side and they ordered product from us; at which point we agreed to deliver product and they would pay based on net 30 terms via written agreement. Its been over 100 days now with no responses back on anything we've sent. Now our attorney is dealing with this.

I should have believed the negative reviews. Supplement Geeks is the worst business I have ever dealt with. They sell lies to their customers. They even posted lies on my order page. They told me my order had shipped, they posted on my order page that the order had shipped (see attached photo). They gave the USPS tracking number and for two days kept telling me that the USPS tracking number will be updated after 24-48 hours. Than after 4 days, they tell me that they refunded my order because they ran out of stock and could not ship it.

TERRIBLE - Do not buy

I really wished I'd read these reviews before I bought. They sent the wrong flavor of protein powder. I called and they never apologized or even acted sorry. Said I'd have to send in proof of the incorrect order and then they'd send me a label to return incorrect item that same day. After sending in proof, I had to call back and request the return label. After sending it back, I had to call daily and send emails and every time they'd say that they would get the correct product sent out to me, but it took almost 2 weeks. They even assured me they'd express send it and it was not sent express. They were terrible and I'll never use them again. Terrible customer service!

Sent me Melted Product

I ordered preggy pop drops from supplement geeks for my pregnant wife. I didn't open the package for about two weeks until she ran out of the ones she already had. I opened it up and they were all melted and claimed they melted in my air conditioned house? Crazy and they would refund me or replace them.

Ordered an item. Never came and telling me it is out of stock. Would have a appreciated an email telling me but nothing. Ordered from them again and chatted with them to verify that they had it in stock. They confirmed and I placed the order. Time goes by and nothing. Chatted with them about 6-8 times. They keep saying they will send it but the status of my ordered remained "Processing". Finally shipped and now it it missing one of the items. Will never do business with them again. The only positive is that issue refunds right away.

Immediately after placing an order, I realized that I'd ordered the wrong supplement. I immediately contacted them via email repeatedly and finally received a response the a few hours later stating that it'd already been shipped. I stated that I would simply return to sender and they stated I had to have a return packing slip included for returns so I had to wait, open the package, and include the slip (which I assumed a label would've been provided). However the only thing I had to include was a series of bogus numbers and I was responsible for paying return shipping. When I checked my tracking label, I saw that the label wasn't even generated until the next day, however they chose to lie and state it was already shipped so that the could charge a restocking fee of which I knew nothing about since it wasn't stated in their return policy or "about us" section. This company is awful, stay away.

Not only did they refuse advertised military discount, they made in appropriate comments towards my veteran status. After I requested a refund 3 weeks after order due to lack of shipment, I r curved shipping number. When order came in 2 weeks later it was only a third of what I ordered and they will not respond to correspondence or phone calls. I want a refund! They stole money and disrespected not only me but all veterans!

My first order arrived perfectly and so I tried to order the same product for a second time. It arrived promptly but it was the wrong product (it was similar), I thought I made and error and just dealt with it. For my third order the wrong product arrived *again*. I double checked that I didn't make and error and tried to get in contact with them. The live chat seemed extremely helpful but the return label was never sent after five (5) attempts to get it resolved. Still trying to get it sorted out but all the hassle is ridiculous for a misrepresented product on their end.

Fellas and ladies, I've been buying supps for over 10 years and never had a problem worse than this one. They gave an eta of 3- 10 business days for all of 5 hours distance btwn me and the shipper. I have emailed and called several times to see whats going on with less than no response. They even blocked my phone number talk about horrible customer service. Avoid this site at all costs.

This company charges your card, sends you BS tracking info and never ships your product. They don't respond to emails and the phone number sends you to email. 5 months later still disputing with CC company and still no response from. SG
