Horrible
March 14, 2016

I've been waiting 17 days for my supplements, even though it states 2-5 days. I emailed and was told I would get a response in 24-48 hours, but have never received a response. Phone number has a recording with no opportunity to even leave a message. I will never purchase from them again.

Ordered product over a month ago and have not received it yet. I sent five emails. Called ten times and no response. Also when I look at my order there is no tracking and no indication of my order. However my bank was charged the total fee and shipping. Please Please beware this is not a good company to order from. You will loose your money!

Worst experience ever
February 26, 2019

Ordered an item, had to keep on them about shipping it. Got the item and it was wrong. They dragged their feet getting it taken care of... had me ship it back to them... then I had to stay on top of them about shipping it out. Then they "shipped it" gave me a tracking number and it was for another order that shipped clear across the states. Had to threaten to challenge credit card charge to get my refund. They refunded but I will NEVER buy from them again. Worst experience ever is an understatement.

Worst service ever
January 30, 2019

I ordered a 2 week supply of energy drinks which took 13 days to arrive. When they got there i immediately placed another order for a 2 weeks supply... Here i am 2 weeks since my order and not shipped yet an they will not respond to emails or answer phone calls i have asked for a refund which has not happened.

Bought 4 containers of protein. They took three weeks to ship. I had already opened up a claim with my credit card company. They shipped one day after the claim was opened. I declined the package. They claimed they never got it back. So my credit card company won't refund my money. I'm out $100 and have no product. HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. Don't bother calling----you will only get upset.

The company charged my credit card but never shipped the product. They never responded to my email. And the provided tracking number? Not real. You cannot track anything with it. The worst shopping experience I've ever had.
If I could give it a zero star, I would, but unfortunately not an option.

SCAM ARTISTS!

I placed an order for vitamins, and a MONTH later still nothing. I looked up my tracking number, and no information as to where my order is. Emails customer support 3 times and nearly 2 weeks later, not a word from them. This is the most unprofessional, shady website I have ever dealt with. Will NEVER buy from them again!

Terrible
September 24, 2018

Do not use this company if you want your supplements anytime in the near future. I received an email a week ago that the package was shipped and a Fed-Ex tracking number. Fed-Ex says the label has printed, but they have no received anything from the carrier... Never again will I use this company.

NO product

After placing an order and paying for priority delivery, and waiting for several days for it to be delivered. On day 7 no product. I conducted a live chat where the agent told me it was on back order, and would take another week for it to come in. Should have showed not in stock and I would have moved on. Now out of 100 dollars till refund.

SJSPOT is a Fake company!... I purchased an item from them almost a month ago... Never received it. The tracking they gave me was BOGUS and did not work... Complete waste of time... Filed a claim with paypal to get my money back!

Very poor service
April 26, 2017

I ordered on 4/10. Nothing arrived and USPS said the package had never been received by the post office. Tried to contact them 4 times! No response. Sent another on 2/24 and told them I was disputing charge with credit card company. Miraculously, order arrived 2 days later! It shouldn't take this type of action to get an order already paid for. Ridiculous!

I placed order on August 7th 2019 and never got delivery for over 2 weeks, checked with the Website email phone calls. Tracking number showed on fedex site Label Printed.
They sent me another tracking number saying delivered but to another city.
This is a fraudulent web site.
Please keep away from it.
I filed a credit dispute.

Borderline Scam
April 14, 2019

Placed order over 10 days ago and have not received my products. Contacted Supplement Geeks and they placed blame on USPS. Package has not been delivered to USPS but a shipping label was created. I emailed company for a second time with no eval. Today I filed with the Better Business Bureau. This company needs to be shut down. Do not waste your money and time. Order from legit online companies like Bodybuilding.com, DPS etc!

Placed an order on 5/20/20 and still haven't received them. Their 800 number is some worthless recording telling you to email them. I did that twice and still no reply. What a waste of money. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered products on 6/28, today is 7/19 and I still have not received my products. I called and they said I would receive it in 2 days... that was over a week ago. I asked for an XXL t shirt and received a medium. Worse experience ever ordering from a supplementary company.

Absolutely horrible clueless customer service. I was thinking of saving a few dollars on supplements and 1 month later I'm still waiting for my product (if it ever arrives). I've called 4x in 3 weeks with nobody knowing whether the package was sent or not. Save yourself the aggravation and just spend the money on a major retailer with customer service.

Please don't buy from this company. They will take your money then give you a tracking number and never ship your order. I tried talking to a representative and got hung up on when I asked about my shipment. Look at their poor reviews. I made a mistake with this company. Please do your research and buy elsewhere

I bought and paid for supplements from here 6 weeks ago. They charged my card, and it still says processing. Can't get ahold of anyone via phone or email to get my money back. I wish I read more reviews than the 7/10 star site I had visited. Awful!

Ordered on 5/13. Said estimated DELIVERY was 3-10 business days. Well I got tired of waiting so I decided to cancel it on 5/24. And then it magically ships on 5/24. Judging from the other reviews this is no guarantee in delivery. No response from the company, Their number just goes to voicemail where I'm sure it wont be heard for weeks. Terrible. Awful. Garbage. You get the point.

Stay away!

Only ordered two things, got an email saying itemS shipped. Actual tracking number wouldn't show anything for three days. Package arrived a week later, only one of the items came. I emailed them about it, waited... emailed again 2 days later, got a response the following day "yes, it should be there in the next few days". No tracking number or anything, no apology for their screw up. I'll splurge the extra $2 and order from All Star Health or Bodybuilding.com.
