I ordered three shoes & a slipper size 4. I received wrong sizes (because they don't have the size I requested contrary to their website). FALSE ADVERTISING! And quality of material is disgusting! Made in China are of very poor quality - shame! This business insults their country, unless this deceitful business practice is sanctioned by their country!
The products are poor quality and the company refuses to give full refunds! Poor business ethics and poor customer service! Will never purchase from them again! If I could give them a negative star rating I would. They are less than zero.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THIS IS A SCAM. THEY SHOULD BE STOPPED. I bought 5 pieces of clothing from them on May 9th. It took them a month to ship 4 pieces and the fifth one never arrived. The dresses I ordered looked very beautiful in their website but the actual dresses were soooooooo bad that you won't even clean your floors with them. Forget about wearing them or donating them. I just threw it in the garbage. After reading how hard it is to return, I didn't not bother. I've never seen a bad material like that. I shop online all the time, but this was the first time I got scammed. I wish I read the reviews before ordering.

The last comment from StyleWe is a TOTAL lie! They never tried to help me as a matter of fact they emailed me privately and "offered" to process my refund but only if I would remove my review. I was not going to be bullied and I knew they had zero intentions of doing anything but stalling until the 30 days had expired for their fake return policy so I responded to their email and refused to delete my review and I allowed my bank to handle the situation. By doing so I received a full refund and I will NEVER order anything from this website again... EVER.

I previously gave them a (1) overall rating and that is only because I have to at least select the number (1) in order for the review to be posted. I would really like to give them a zero (0) since the latest email I received after my initial review.
REFUND IN PROCESS (BY MY BANK) AFTER I DISPUTED THE CHARGE!
If you do not read any further pay attention to the statement above. That is the only way I got my money back from this company.
After weeks of stringing me along regarding my refund it became obvious that StyleWe was not going to willingly refund my money so I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company and let them take it up with the bank.
The bank immediately took the money back from StyleWe and notified them that I was disputing the charge and they had to respond. Miraculously, after putting me off (literally for weeks in what was obviously an effort to stall so that I would have no recourse and they could then keep my money) I received one email from StyleWe saying that my refund "is being processed" and SIMULTANEOUSLY I RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL TELLING ME THEY "WILL PROCESS MY REFUND AFTER YOU TAKE DOWN THE REVIEW".
My answer is NO! What nerve these people have to not only be disreputable but to threaten not to return my money if I don't take down the TRUTH because they cannot argue with the facts. Except I didn't fall for their stalling tactics and I got the bank involved.
This company was trying to take advantage of me as I see that they have done to others after reading their reviews on this site, however, they are unable to do this with the bank. Again, after doing nothing to return my funds for weeks within just a few hours after the bank notified me that they had already taken the money back all of a sudden StyleWe was able to get around to "processing" my refund minus the shipping cost which I originally had no problem with. Since I got the bank involved it was either get the shipping cost or nothing at all. I also filed complaints with the FTC and Consumer Affairs both of which will require a response from the company as to why they did not immediately return my money despite numerous emails responding to my inquiries and following up on those inquiries where they SAID they would do it in a week, or in a few more days and then it became "when we get a chance".
Since I have no intentions of communicating with this company again, I will wait to hear from my bank regarding what is next and I will only continue to supply the public with THE TRUTH!
I will not be taking their word for anything and I am no longer asking this company to do the right thing because it is crystal clear that they had no intentions of doing so and to now tell me that you will only refund my money if I take the review down will also be reported to the proper parties.
At this point they have nothing at all not even the shipping fee which after the latest email will also be disputed for making me have to go through all of this to get my money back which is rightfully mine.
You will not have the unused product back and keep my money as well.

Beware! I ordered what looked like a cute dress online from Style We online. Took over 2 months to arrive and was only mailed after I contacted them about the status of my order. The dress arrived and was poorly made. For example, the buttons and buttonholes did not line up, which made the bodice of the dress hand wonky. I took it to my tailor and she said she would have to completely tear the dress apart to fix it and recommended I donate it to Goodwill. Took the time and spent the money to return the dress to China with the exact shipper they recommended. Three months later the dress was returned to me with "return to sender" stamped on it. When I contacted their customer service about the return, they made some allusion to "customs delay" and offered a 50% refund. After 3 months of exchanging emails about the refund and them promising to provide one, I gave up.

We ordered 3 dresses. I paid $22 for express shipping and it took 3 1/2 weeks to receive our order. 2 of the dresses were too large. Like other reviews (I sure wish I had read them before ordering), they do not want to give my $ back. They told me they'd give me a 15% cash refund to be used for alterations or a %20 store credit. If I choose to return the merchandise they said they can't tell me how much it will cost due to customs or how long it could take, also due to customs. Soooo... basically we are out $170 for dresses we don't want. Do not use this company! I've never experienced anything like this! They are a fraud. Believe every negative review you've read!

I have been the loyal customer for more than 4 years, sometimes put up with delays and sloppiness. During last 4 months I ordered 3 items from my and my husband account. For two of them after 30-40 days struggling with customer service I had to cancel the order. I emailed them several times and ask them to send my order or at least let me know when it would be ready. No specific answer. I had to cancel them. Last time I ordered a final sale item 2 weeks ago. After 2 weeks no update on my order and no shipment information. Maybe I have to cancel again and no style we anymore. I think they are satisfied with their sale and don't need customer satisfaction or even more customers. They don't care at all.

Good afternoon, my package arrived a few days before the date indicated on the web, I am very happy with what you order, the customer service is very good, and have affordable prices.
I ordered 2 tops, I chose a size more grabde than the one I normally use, and I think it was a good choice!
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
