I ordered a bra on March 19,2021.
As of today, May 4,2021, it has not arrived.
My email to them was not responded to.

This is a mess of a company. They use photos of products lifted from other companies (I recognize some of the photos) I'm still waiting for a Tee shirt I ordered almost 2 months ago, and a jumper I ordered a little later is jumping all over China, per the tracking. Will it ever leap over to me in the US? Seriously, don't be enticed by all the photos of products that flash around in their site.
UPDATE- The tee shirt arrived about 10 weeks after I ordered it and the quality is awful. It's very cheap material that doesn't stretch, even though its supposed to be a tee shirt. Also, the jumper I ordered never arrived.

I'm very frustrated with Mordenmiss.
Over the past year, I ordered several dresses from them, which were nice.
However, my most recent order was a bad experience and I've received no reply from several emails to them. Also, the customer contact form in their site hasn't worked for a week.
On September 30,2016, I ordered item # MM671, which is the women's cotton solid loose sleeveless black dress for $18.94.
I received the dress and loved it so much that I ordered another of exactly the same dress on October 21,2016.
The second dress arrived last weekend and it is COMPLETELY different from the first dress, even though they are both item # MM671. The first dress is larger and the material is much nicer and not stretchy. The second dress is too small, with stretchy material of a bad quality that is so thin that it's a little see-through. Also, the second dress does not even have the Mordenmiss label on it that the first one and previous orders did.
I don't want to pay to return this item since it is their fault that I didn't get what I expected based on the first order. I think they should either refund my money or send me a dress which matches my first order and has a Mordenmiss label on it, but it's impossible to reach them.

On January 28th, I ordered a ring from Victorian Trading Company. I paid extra to get fast delivery, since it was for my grandmother's 100th Birthday Party on February 3. Victorian Trading Co estimated that my order would arrive on Monday, February 1. It is now Friday, February 5th, and my order has not arrived. I've been calling and emailing Victorian Trading repeatedly. There are no responses to my emails, and the calls have not resulted in any real help. When I spoke with someone earlier this week, she gave me the USPS tracking number, but whenever I enter that in the USPS site, there are no details, simply a statement that on January 30th the post office got info about my order. I'm very frustrated and upset and not sure what to do.

Tip for consumers:
UPDATE: Apparently the ring is coming today. Just checked the USPS tracking number again and now there are details. This company has many nice products, especially in the jewelry department, when they sometimes cast in original mold. However, this company needs to drastically improve their customer service, especially in the email communication department as well as in the shipping department.

I ordered a coat from Stylewe as a Christmas present. The coat was way smaller than indicated in the site, so I returned it with a request for an exchange. I've received no confirmation from StyleWe of getting the return, and no replacement. I've emailed them 5 times, no reply. VERY frustrating, since this was a gift.
