I'm very frustrated with Mordenmiss.
Over the past year, I ordered several dresses from them, which were nice.
However, my most recent order was a bad experience and I've received no reply from several emails to them. Also, the customer contact form in their site hasn't worked for a week.
On September 30,2016, I ordered item # MM671, which is the women's cotton solid loose sleeveless black dress for $18.94.
I received the dress and loved it so much that I ordered another of exactly the same dress on October 21,2016.
The second dress arrived last weekend and it is COMPLETELY different from the first dress, even though they are both item # MM671. The first dress is larger and the material is much nicer and not stretchy. The second dress is too small, with stretchy material of a bad quality that is so thin that it's a little see-through. Also, the second dress does not even have the Mordenmiss label on it that the first one and previous orders did.
I don't want to pay to return this item since it is their fault that I didn't get what I expected based on the first order. I think they should either refund my money or send me a dress which matches my first order and has a Mordenmiss label on it, but it's impossible to reach them.
