I wish I could get my dress. It's been over a month. All I get are excuses from customer service. It's a sham. It probably wont fit when it does come and then I'll be stuck with a $69 rag from China.

Stylewe advertises "Sign up with your email account and receive a $30 coupon to use on any purchase." Well, not really. The coupon is actually three coupons. One for $20 to use on any purchase over $149; one for $7 for any purchase over $49; and one for $3 on any purchase over $4. When I contacted the company to discuss this discrepancy in advertising, they confirmed the coupon is actually three coupons and to use them all, I would have to make three different purchases. SITEJABBER also states they've been notified that STYLEWE offers discounts for good reviews. When I can't trust their advertising, I certainly can't trust they will provide any quality in service or product.

I would give them a zero rating if I could! I ordered multiple items on 1/5/19. I received them. Most were too small, so I had to spend $150 to ship them back to China (per their directions). My packages arrived back on my doorstep SIX months later. They never made it to their destination, so a COMPLETE waste of $. They then gave me a CA return address. They received my items via Fed Ex on 8/15/19 & acknowledged receipt. I received several emails on 8/21 & 8/23/19, telling me that my refunds would be issued in one week. I did receive one of my refunds. However, it is now 9/27/19, & I still have not received ~ $800. My complete return shipping costs were just over $200 & I STILL haven't received my full refund. I am just getting the constant runaround from them with NO offered solutions or actions. It has been NINE months! This is the biggest SCAM of a company & they have NO right being in business! Do NOT order from StyleWe! Biggest nightmare EVER! Packages that came back to me below.

I have placed an order in August. Until today they are emailing me back saying the order is not ready to ship and they are preparing it in bulk. No further information is provided.

This place is super cute and very lively! I love the mini couch area where you can take pictures and the clothing are such nice material!
The t-shirt i buy here is made from a light but good quailty material and looks great paired with high-wasted jeans or shorts. It is perfect for warm, summer days, and when autumn comes, I think it'll look good with a jacket or cardigan.

I spent $513 purchased dresses at StyleWe on March 15,2019. I received my dresses around April 11. I quickly tried and I decided returning 2 items that not expected as online pictures and 2 items need exchanged size. I spent $65 through USPS with their return label on April 13. But it's been over three months till today I still couldn't get my money back or exchanged. I was keep contacting with Customer Service through email and phone calls to confirm my package status. They always claim they didn't receive it And told me sometimes would take Months. I can't get a refund money back and dresses exchanged. I have USPS official receipt that I shipped out on time according to their policy. The funniest things I got the 2 items exchange size original package back after three months Traveling from China. The returning package is still claim didn't get receive yet. I can't get a refund. Finally they offer me solution is 50% refund or 60% credit to continue purchase. I refused. I want my fully refund. Then they email to me next day: either I have to continue wait more time to receive the package then I am able to get fully refund or they offer me 30% refund or 40% store credit. All their solutions and offer are really ridiculous and bull$#*!. I am totally lost. I returned my items on time by their policy I should not take any their mistake responsibility for their system errors to take my $320 loss. What do you think? Should you purchase on this site and trusted them? I DON'T THINK SO! I see some other reviews. I doubt it that's real or fake. You may get your stuff and happy you put a five stars over there. But when your items has problem you need them to help you to solve the problem. Such as refund or exchange according to their policy that's not real at all! You can see the pretty ugly face behind the business smiling. Pathetic site.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world.
