Ticket description was exactly what I received. Seller reached out personally to make sure I received them and offered to be available if I had issues. No issues at all.

I admit I was stressed.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to use services of STUBHUB!
Money was charged from the card without verification of the cash card.
Not to make the claim in bank as website jurisdiction in the territory of Spain. Money WILL not RETURN to you!
Delivery of the ticket a day before the action. If you in Russia, and a concert in Europe, then you DO not MANAGE to visit an action!

This site facilitates scalpers stealing money from the fans and should be shut down. No tickets should be allowed to be sold over face value. This is an unfair business practice.

I paid $69.20 for a non-existent parking space for the Oregon vs ASU football game in Phoenix on November 18th. ASU ran an adjacent space to this scam lot for 40 per vehicle.

I have bought and sold thru stubhub and NEVER had any problems.The rates might be high but they have been a life saver many times. FYI, fake tix are pretty rare through stubhub!

Buyer Double Beware!
August 4, 2019

Stubhub cannot guarantee the authenticity of a ticket. Bought one ticket to the Rolling Stones at MetLife for Aug. 1. I thought it would be easy. First, it was two hours before the show started and I thought it would be quick. I purchased on-line and it took over an hour to get the tickets. So, by the time I got to MetLife, the first band was done. Then, I waited in line for 20 minutes to enter and when they scanned the ticket, it said 'already admitted', which means the ticket was sold more than once. So, they sent me to the ticket resolution office. I spent 30 minutes in this line and the gal behind the counter told me the same thing as the gate person, 'there is nothing we can do.' I then went to the box office to buy a ticket and the line was super long, so this was a bad idea. Also, as I thought I had a ticket, I only brought $100 with me (thinking I didn't have to buy from scalper). Big mistake, I didn't have enough money to buy from a scalper and there were no ATM machines outside the stadium. Finally, I found a guy that would take $100 for a bad location ticket. Good thing the Stones were late starting, otherwise I would have missed the start.

I contacted Stubhub the next day and they said they would credit me money. I told them they needed to do more than this and the rep said he would escalate the problem. He said I would get an email in the next two days. It's been two days and nothing from stubhub.

So, buyer double beware! I will never use StubHub again as they cannot guarantee an authentic ticket. You do not want to go through what I went through.

NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN! I ordered 3 tickets ($248) to the Romeo Santos concert here in Houston Tx. The tickets are marked as delivered but I NEVER received them. I called stubhub and they had no electronic tickets and they couldn't give me a refund because tickets are marked as delivered! Concert was yesterday and I missed it I'm soo mad!
Don't purchase from them!

I was scammed by StubHub. Bought my concert tickets over one month in advance and was very much looking forward to the event. I received my confirmation e-mail and printed my tickets with no problem and didn't hear anything else from StubHub, so I figured all was well. So, boy was I surprised when I get to the front of the line at the event only to be told by the worker scanning tickets that my tickets had been refunded! Checked at the box office, and indeed, the tickets had been refunded by the original buyer and of course the event was sold out, so there was no way my boyfriend and I would be getting in. I called StubHub that night and while they were very apologetic and quick to refund my money, there was nothing they could do to get me in to the event. At that point, I didn't care about the money - I just wanted to see the show my boyfriend and I had been looking forward to for over a month.

You'd think that StubHub would be on to a loophole like this and would further look into refunds before they are issued, or at the VERY least, notify the person who bought the tickets from StubHub that the original buyer had refunded them so this whole mess doesn't occur in the first place. I am beyond disappointed in my experience with StubHub and will never buy concert tickets from them ever again. Lesson learned.

Worst Customer Service
December 28, 2017

I have been a StubHub customer for a long time, but the customer service has gone completely downhill. I purchased tickets for a Rangers game in Denver and the listing said that the tickets were in the first row. When I went to download the tickets, the tickets said on their face that they were actually in the 4th row. I was buying these tickets as a present and it was important to me to sit in the first row so that others would not be blocking my view. Despite the fact that the seller materially misrepresented the tickets' location, StubHub refused to refund the tickets. Their "fan protect" is completely bogus. Moreover, I was on the phone for an hour with a StubHub manager named TWONIA and she was rude and argued with me forever over the the simple concept that the 4th row is NOT the 1st row. Unbelievable. If this is the customer service that StubHub is currently providing to its loyal customers, I don't know why anyone would use it anymore. There should be an option for no stars. Also, I never take the time to post reviews of businesses, unless it is to help them out, in this instance, people should be warned about StubHub's abhorrent customer service and misrepresentations.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

FOUND THAT THE TICKETS I PURCHASED FOR THE WWE EVENT IN BOSTON WERE LISTED AND I BOUGHT THEM FOR MY NIECE WHO HAS BEEN BEGGING ME TO GO. I GOT THE TICKETS FOR INSTANT DOWN LOAD ONLY TO FIND THAT WHEN I LOOKED AT THE SEATS THEY ARE OVER DOUBLE PRICED THE SEAT VALUE. I WANTED TO CANCEL THE ORDER BECAUSE WITH THE FEES I PAID ALMOST THREE TIMES THE PRICE OF THE TICKETS. I FIND IT POOR THAT THE TD GARDEN DIRECTED ME TO THIS SITE FOR PURCHASE AND NOT ONLY IS IT NOT A REAL VENDOR BUT I COULD POSSIBLY BE SCAMMED WHEN I GET TO THE DOOR. I HAVE TO SAY THAT I AM APPALLED THAT I CANCEL THE TICKET ORDER AND HAVE THEM RELIST THEM PRIOR TO THE EVENT OR GET AN UPGRADE ON SEATS IF I FOUND THAT I WAS MISLEAD. CAN YOU SAY RIP OFF

I understand if a seller doesn't have physical tickets in their possession, but there is absolutely no reason that StubHub should allow a seller to sell electronic tickets without uploading them to the site first. Electronic tickets are immediately available to anyone who purchases them, so someone selling electronic tickets that they don't actually possess is just a scam. I made the mistake of buying electronic tickets on stub hub, only to find out after my purchase that the tickets had not been uploaded to the site, and I was going to have to wait 2 weeks. I didn't want to wait and hope that this so called seller would actually upload the tickets, so I called StubHub to cancel the order, so that I could order instant download tickets. I was told that I was being transferred to customer relations and promptly hung up on. Many reviews say that people will sell electronic tickets and not immediately upload them, so they can wait and see if the demand/value of the tickets go up. If this happens, the seller will cancel your transaction at the last minute and sell them to someone else for a higher price. Meanwhile the buyer who thought they had secured their tickets is left in the cold. I would recommend avoiding this site at all costs. It's a scam, and I'm fairly certain it's a matter of time before a lawsuit or government intervention puts them out of business

To start off my husband bought tickets for us to go see a musical. He bought the tickets 2 months prior to the event. We were told that the tickets would arrive the Wednesday before the event (which took place on a saturday). Long story short tickets never came then they said oh you'll get it 2 days before and it will be an electonic copy. Do you think they came? Nope. We had to call and say we still never recieved them. They they informed him that the tickets were never validated. What does that mean? How do you charge people but not give them their tickets? They then said that they would have to bump us back a couple of rows. Which once we got to the location we were expecting to see a Broadway play but arriving at the location and find its a tiny theatre with a bunch of no names and we paid $700 for 2 tickets after taxes to find out that tickets were only being sold for 30 per ticket. We called stubhub to complain. According to stub hub this is ok?... no its not! I wish I could rate this 0 stars. We will never be using your site again. Please never use this site!

If you want tickets to anythings from shows to sporting events in the NY area this is the place to shop. You wont find cheaper tickets or a more organized system really great site and great app.

They sell you tickets get all your info. Then a day later they tell you oh those tickets are not available you wait 4-5 buisness day for your 2094. 00 dls and this is on a Friday. Worst service ever!

My event was cancelled due to covid they changed there policy in March so the wouldn't have to give out refunds but they would only give out credits. Customer service is a joke too

I purchased 2 tickets to the 49ers vs. Chiefs game on August 14th 2021 and the digital tickets through the StubHub app never scanned in. Not only my tickets, but about 400+ people were in line at Levi's Stadium with the same issue. The kind people working the gate at Levi's Stadium told everyone with StubHub digital tickets that they weren't working for unknown reasons. With everyone trying to get a hold of customer service the game was going into the 2nd quarter so I left and watched the game at a restaurant instead. This was my first football game and I will forever recommend people NOT TO USE THE STUBHUB TICKETS. The game was on August 14th and it took me about an hour and a half to speak with a representative and get this refunding process started. The rep told me that it may take more than a month to get the refund. It's September 2nd and I haven't heard a word back. Buy your tickets from the box office to avoid this issue. I would never trust StubHub again.
