I would give a zero if I could - I received the wrong ticket and called immediately to make it right (it's impossible to get someone on the phone it took more than an hour) All they said was prove it. Who the heck records themselves while making a purchase. They said I should sell it before it's too late, what kind of pyramid scheme is this? Now I have several unwanted tickets, I get 30% less money even if I sell it at the same price because there are "service charges" and you know what? They also require your tax information on the tickets you have sold. The people who call themselves as managers are extremely rude, unhelpful, and they yell at you and call you out for "refusing to provide evidence". Guess what even if you did provided the screenshot, they say the proof is in the transaction and they see no signs of error. They want you to get screwed and have you start selling the tickets so that they can collect fees from you from the seller and from other people who will be purchasing (if you are lucky) the tickets from you. I will pay extra to avoid Stubhub. To them, customers are always wrong, and soon enough, they will pay for their arrogance.
I sold my 4 U2 concert tickets to STUBHUB Europe 4 months ago and they just won't pay me! They doubled the price with their commissions and got the whole amount from the purchaser before the concert last July, but they have never paid me back my share and I doubt they ever will! In all these months I contacted them several times but they only came up with the same ridicolous excuse of unspecified "technical problems". 4 months! It takes 2 minutes to make a bank transfer! Now I can only go through legal action spending money on lawyers, but my strong advice is to stay away from this incompetent dishonest company!

Stubhub will not issue a refund for a concert that was postponed then rescheduled under new terms that include requiring a Covid shot which makes me unable to attend.
When looking for good dodgers or lakers tickets, there is no other site that I like to use. Tickets come quickly easily downloaded and printable, good customer service.
Order No. *******
1. It is my first time ever selling tickets on stubhub. I could not make it to Hamilton for the dates I had the tickets and attempted to sell on stubhub - $700 for a pair
2. I updated all the details of the tickets as accurately as I could - there was an usability issue with their site, which I will get to in a bit.
3. I received an email a few days later that the tickets had been sold and to mail the tickets within 48 hrs else I would be charged a hefty penalty. I went out of my way on a weekend to make sure the tickets get mailed via UPS
4. The next day I get notified that the sale has been cancelled due to 'wrong sale' and I had been charged a hefty amount of $538 without any explanation
5. I panic and call the CS trying to figure out why I was charged, since the ticket number matched exactly with the original tickets in hand and they responded saying the tickets mentioned partial view on the face and I didn't mention the same before selling. It took me 10 mins to walk with the CS over the phone to 'learn' how to tick this check box hidden in the pop-up window for partial view.
6. It has been over 10 days since this incident, and I have not been returned my original tickets or paid for them and I have been charged an extra $538 - apparently to provide buyer with new tickets.
I was selling tickets that I bought from Ticketmaster on their website to an Alicia Keys concert. StubHub didn't have a section 13 listed on their website when putting a description of the tickets. Due to this, I chose the only 13 that they had listed (S13). I believed that S stood for section (and they didn't specify the difference). The tickets sold and the customer returned them. StubHub then decided to charge me for not being able to give the customer the correct tickets. I called StubHub and talked to 3 different people before they were able to figure out that S stood for suite and not section. They still decided to charge me a fine for not being able to give the customer their correct tickets. Yet they themselves didn't have a section 13 listed on the website. They said that I could have called them at anytime and they would have helped me give the correct ticket description but their customer support number is hard to find and I didn't know that it existed until they sent me an email about the ticket selling issue. Horrible customer service
July 28 2023 bought vip table me n friend. Im disabled so I figured mudvayne show stay out of mosh pit and bought tickets cause my birthday the 27th of july long story short when I went to event they wouldn't let us in they said you bought v.i.p entrance not entrance to event spent 100 dollars on vip now they want another 120 to get in main event stub hub should say vip ticket only had horrible birthday $#*!show iwas so mad stub hub needs to make you aware 0 rating in my opinion watch out guys
I thought that I could rely on a name and brand like SubHub. But on the night of the concert, I couldn't download the tick, after weeks of trying to get them. Then, at line at the concert, I was on hold for 40 minutes with StubHub, while the said they were trying to figure it out. After 40 minutes, I was disconnected.
At the venue, we bought tickets for $100 EACH less than the ones we never received!
After the concert, at 12:30 am, I received a very simplistic terse email saying that StubHub couldn't produce the tickets, and they were "Sorry for the inconvenience."
What about my hotel fees, 5 hours of travel, gasoline costs, etc.
I WILL NEVER USE STUBHUB AGAIN.
From now on, it's only to the artist or direct venue site.
Tickets chosen and paid for. Printed off by myself no tickets being sent/picked up. So at this stage very happy and hopefully there will be no problems when we arrive at the 02. Will keep you posted.
I purchased tickets to the US Formula 1, an event that has now been cancelled. The cancellation appears on the official websites of Formula 1 and of the host Venue Circuit of the Americas (COTA).
I have called Stubhub on three occasions to request a refund. Each time I get the same story, " our system does not acknowledge that the event is cancelled. Our events team are working on this and will advise of the outcome in 48 hours" The customer service reps are clearly reading from scripts and guess what? 3 out of 3 times the "events team" has not responded. My last customer service rep found the cancellation notice on line within about three minutes, yet the events team have not been able to confirm it within 3 weeks! Its clear that the customer service reps have been placed as cannon fodder for dissatisfied customers as no-one that has any authority to make a decision is able to be contacted, either directly or via customer service. Stub Hub have my money and I want a refund, clear and simple. Holding customers funds by denying the irrefutable fact that an event has been cancelled is dishonest, Unethical and will result in me never using this sham service again.
I bought tickets to the USC versus Arizona game. Tickets say $25.00 on each of them. StubHub charging $700 for the four of them. A $600 mark up. A mugging would have been cheaper and less painful.
DIDN'T REPLACE MY TICKETS WITH COMPARABLE TICKETS AS THEY ENSURE TO AND JUST GAVE ME A REFUND WHEN MY TICKETS DIDN'T WORK AT THE DOOR. COMPLETELY A SCAM. SAID THEIR WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. CLEARLY IN THEIR POLICY THEY WILL REPLACE TICKETS. STUBHUB GOT TOO BIG AND NOW THEY DICTATE YOU. BEWARE YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE IF THEY $#@! YOU OVER AND YOU WILL BE SITTING ON YOUR COUCH WITHOUT TICKETS.
Terrible and rude customer service. I was charged $12 for a packing slip since I was not able to upload my tickets via PDF (which no one told me the PDF's had to be originals). Will NEVER buy/sell from StubHub again and I am telling ALL my friends the same thing.
I bought 2 tickets to a Harry Styles concert for my daughter as it turns out she could not attend. So I listed them on Stubhub. They sold! The concert was postponed! So what they did was collect the money from the buyer and will not pay me till the concert goes off till September of 2021! SO I SHOULD JUST WAIT A YEAR AND A HALF FOR MY MONEY HELL NO
DO NOT ORDER FROM STUBHUB! Its my fault for confirming the order when I had doubts while placing it, I own my part but the way the tickets were worded read Parking Passes Only Willie Nelson Tickets, the price would be the cost of both and it listed 1 under tickets that read GA (did not read Parking). I assumed it was for General Admission. The seller knew what they were doing when posting the tickets! Stubhub does not do refunds or cancellation of orders so my complaints fell on deaf ears but to top it off by adding insult to injury the manager (NOT IN THE USA) who took over the call told me she wouldnt have made that mistake because she is careful with her money. Thank you Stubhub for taking my money and insulting my intelligence! Your seller knew what they were doing when posting the tickets as they did. This will be my last time using this service and I will make sure to warn people about placing orders with your company.
Stub Hub. You better know what you're doing before selling your tickets through them. A few weeks ago I decided to put two tickets up for sale- NY Giants vs Dallas. Always a good game with plenty of folks in secondary market willing to pay good money for tickets. Mine were on the 35 yard line, 20th row. Great seats. When I submitted my tickets with a sale price of $600 each (They're $190 face), I got an email from Stub Hub, telling me that the price was too high since others were listed at $320 each. I agreed and reduced the price to $320-$00 range. Within a week Stubhub emailed congratulating me on selling my tickets for $360 each. Then I see that Stub hub took 15% of my sale price for their services or $108. In none of the Stub Hub website does it say how much they will charge me for selling my tickets. And then of course they will charge the buyer "handling fees" so Stub Hub cleans up on both ends. What really pissed me off was that i went to another ticket selling website and found tickets for sale to the same game I sold my tickets to, listed for $1,200! I understand they may not sell at that price but what I do know is that Stub Hub's goal is to sell your tickets, no matter how low they end up getting. This way, they collect their fee w/o risk of not selling them or me finding a better buyer. I've learned my lesson. Stick to the price you feel the market will bear. And stick it to Stub Hub.
Bought tickets at 4 times the price, because website fraudulantlysaid only 8 seats available. Then found out on news that plenty of tickets available. Was NOT pleased!
I suppose Covid killed StubHub?
Their customer service used to be exceptional--NOW--its Non Existent
Trying to get tickets to buyer--been on hold for 2 hours ---waited over 2 hours yesterday as well
WOW--talk about falling off the planet
Do not do business with this ripoff company! Posted tickets for sale on their website for a concert couldn't attend. Almost 3 weeks later and over a week before the event, they still haven't sold. A friend offered me a decent price for them and I sold them myself. I immediately deleted the posting of the tickets for sale on StubHub. THEY CHARGED ME A $500 CANCELLATION FEE!
I am currently disputing it with my credit card company. Then I went online on several different websites and saw that other people have been through the same thing with these shysters. No satisfaction calling them to clear up this disaster. They are a rip off company, move on to someone else.
Answer: That's my assumption. Some other people on this site might be able to answer that from actual experience.
Answer: They sell tickets they do not actually have yet. They started selling tickets for a Garth Brooks concert in Salt Lake City before tickets even went on sale. They have no way of knowing if they will actually get tickets to fulfill orders, and just cancel the order the day before the event if they don't have the tickets. Its pretty much a gamble with Stub Hub if you will get your tickets or not.
Answer: Stub hub only does resales so they can rip off the seller as well as the buyer
Answer: Hello Gisela! We aren't able to have you sell will call as an ID will need to be presented for pick up. Hope this helps!
Answer: Hi Rachael, If you purchase a ticket labeled as Instant Download you will receive your ticket as soon as you order. If you purchase a mobile ticket or electronic download then you will be notified when your ticket is ready. Which would be no later than the date advised when you purchase. It is very rare to not have your ticket prior to the day of event. There are only a select few shows that require ticket delivery day of event. I hope this helps and we are here to assist if you have any additional questions!
Answer: Some of these sellers do not own the actual tickets so they are buying time to get the tickets from someone else who can't attend the event and wants to sell their tickets.
