I made a key error, and I didn't realize I did, however this team caught it, rectify the issue. They fixed it while I'm in the middle of re-registing the same vehicle, what would have cause an other charged, but before I could finish, they email me with the correct information. Saving me time and headaches, and not to mention Saving my cash from being tied up.
This organization is first class and took care of an issue I had so rapidly. Absolutely trustworthy company... which all of us hope and pray for when we work with an online organization. Trust them completely. They are truly a first class online company.
This is my first time to use online registration service and did not know the process clearly. The support team guided me step by step to finish the entire process. For some reason the web site did not recognize that I have/had car insurance. I received messages from the support team informing me of this. They responded almost immediately to every question. They informed me what they could and could not do. I asked my insurance company to re-post my insurance information and the team continued to inform me that the information was not available and ultimately when it became available they informed me right away. It could not have been a more helpful experience.
The website failed to recognize that I have or had vehicle insurance for some reason. I got texts from the customer service staff notifying me of this. They answered every question almost instantly. They told me what they could do and what they couldn't. I requested that my insurance company re-post my insurance information, and the team kept telling me that it was not yet available. Eventually, however, they informed me as soon as it was.
The team worked with me easily to correct some mistakes I made through the registration process. They emailed me quickly, guided me through the process, and we're friendly on top of it. Couldn't ask for better support.
Idk why this site shows up first in a google search but it does. And it fooled me. Make sure you double check URLs before doing anything online. I ended up paying for my vehicle registration twice because of all this nonsense. Luckily, this company actually refunded me after realizing that I very clearly didn't want someone other than the BMV handling my transaction.
I never saved my registration after renewal. I wasn't sure what to do. I emailed them and they had my registration to me in literally 3 minutes. They are the best. I know because I have been in the auto industry for 18 years.
My wife and I completed our first counseling session earlier this month with NACA and it went better than i expected. Our counselor Thomas Rhodes was great. He responds timely and is making this process less stressful. I would definitely recommend the NACA program to first time homebuyers.

Was worried my paperwork would go to an old address so took a shot at the link to stateregistration.org. Within 30 seconds I had instructions and support and assurance that everything was corrected with my new address. 30 seconds people! Then 2 follow up emails: "As soon as we verify the address update to zip *****, we'll immediately attempt to process your renewal and keep you advised." What?! - Awesome service.
This was customer service and support above & beyond! Every email was answered so quickly that I opened it expecting a canned reply letting me know my email was received and someone would contact me in X business days instead I received thorough answers and a helpful person on the other side who took care of everything both times. I am military stationed out of state and this service was a huge help to getting my vehicle registration sorted and a burden off my mind. Polite, friendly, professional and beyond prompt. Thank you!
Having just moved to Ohio this year, I was very confused by the idea of a private company handling a state function.
It was handled so well, with tact and accommodation that I will happily use this service again.
After not receiving my registration renewal, I became a bit panicked about being pulled over and receiving a citation. I reached out to StateRegistration.org via their support page. Not only did I receive a very quick response, but immediate remediation as well! I received an extension for my tags, and an explanation for an error that occurred sending to a different address. Everything was handled in under an hour, and there is no harm, no foul! Gotta love when it works out like that!

Good customer service was kept up to date on the process very helpful though I didn't like waiting for renewal in the mail mine was expired so the waiting sucked but nice if you wanted to use a month before yours expire.
After accidently purchasing a registration I no longer needed a team member from this department did everything in their power to make sure this situation was handled and taken care of in a timely matter!
