I just paid my fee. How long will it take for my registration sticker to arrive at my address?

How long does it take to receive you new decal and registration in the mail? Also I am having it sent to my daughters house as I am in the process of moving and no longer receive my mail at the address on my current registration. Is that a problem or will it only be sent to the old address on my registration that expires in about a week?

I too paid money for my sticker renewal and they said that I was accepted and then declined. I'm still waiting for my refund.
