I just paid for my registration renewal on this website and then realized it is a fake website. did anyone get their moenyback from them?

I am responding to you on behalf of StateRegistration.org. We are not a "fake" website. As stated in prominent places throughout our site, you may either renew directly through the Official State Portal, or you may appoint us as your agent to renew your registration on your behalf for an additional fee that includes several benefits unavailable from the DMV, such automatic renewal. We present both options to our site's visitors so they can choose for themselves. Furthermore, before we accept any funds from anyone, we require that each person check a box consenting to our terms and the fact that we are a third-party agency that charges a fee to renew with added benefits. It is not possible to renew on our site without checking that box. In any event, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Because you did not intend to appoint our agency to process your renewal with these added benefits, we have cancelled and refunded your transaction. An email has also been sent to you notifying you of the refund. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@stateregistration.org. And please retract your negative post about our business if this matter was resolved to your satisfaction. Thank you.
