I made a mistake by clicking on the third party site while trying to renew tags for my car. Once I realized what i did, I e-mailed the site and asked them to cancel my transaction. They were very prompt answering me and let me know that it would be taken care of very soon. My situation was taken care of very quickly, and all of my questions were also answered very professionally. I am so thankful that there are still compassionate and caring people in this world, who realize that we all make a mistake once in a while. Thank you again for such great customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover there was a text service available to those who chose on-line renewal! I received prompt service by Bridgit and the other agents who processed my renewal. We recently changed to an online payment system and at the same time, I received renewal emails from stateregistration.org to renew my vehicles' registrations. I assumed it was one and the same and it is 100% my fault for not reading the entire email that they are a third party. It is after all everywhere on the website.
I have since opted out as I do not need the benefits that come with this service; however, after reaching out to customer service they responded in less than 10 minutes and 100% resolved my frustrations more so than I would have thought.
I agree with the other reviews, impressively fast customer service! The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that the email received did not make it clear it was coming from a third party.
Was surprised to see that I received a prompt by a living human about my renewal process. Turns out I had missing information. I emailed back and the changes were made quickly and kindly. Very impressive.
This site provides one of the simplest processes to renewing your registration. By far some of the best customer service as well. I've used them for 2 years already, and I am so grateful to do away with the outdated methods of the past.
I was very impatient and upset and at fault for not reading my car on time! I have not driven the car but my car got impounded based on the property that I stay after so many months and it's because I have been getting a ride with a friend and saving extra dollars ever since being divorced and losing it all... long story short... I thought my car was stolen and found out it was impounded because of it not having a registered plate... sure enough I googled something instant because I wanted my problem sorted out right away. I was rude and very impatient and they helped me faster than me trying to find a hundred solutions to the problem! I got my registration and I'm ready to pick my car up and not only that... I don't to worry about those long lines at the tax collectors office... everything was done online and handled efficiently! Thank you so much again!

Woke up Saturday morning and realized I either never got my email with the registration or had accidentally deleted it. Emailed customer support and put phone down and bam there it was. Never expected it to be that quick. Especially on a Saturday.
I noticed while compiling receipts for an expense report that the third party charges were not shown on the registration or showing on the confirmation email. I sent off a request for an itemized receipt and literally within minutes received exactly what I needed. Fantastic service!
It is my opinion that this site is misleading. I did my registration through them because I was not paying attention. Their support staff was prompt in correcting the issue and returning my funds.
I had not received my tag renewal by the expected date and decided to follow up with State Registration. I received a reply to my email within 15 minutes. The associate was polite in asking for additional information and kept me up to date with the steps they were taking. Within an hour, my issue was resolved. State Registration took care of everything. Their service was excellent and I would not hesitate to contact them again should the need arise.
I am blown away with how quick and efficient this was. It's rare to have someone get back to you so quickly and get things taken care of quickly and easily. I appreciate that I got emails sent back right away, even in the late hours of the night. They made something that usually can be frustrating and inconvenient, very simple and fast.
I had to review my car, and pay taxes and get the emissions and then take care of a ticket, because we didn't know it had expired... but anyhow none of that was really what I wanted to do... but luckily the new service was so easy and so helpful! Fast and reliable. The customer service cannot be beat. I will pay the fee not to deal with the courthouse or DMV any day for my vehicle registration. They are very open to communicate with you no matter what your question is and they guide you through the whole thing. This is the second time I have used this service and I will be back next year as well.
Unlike most support services that try to give you a run-around and result in 4 or 5 messages to get a simple answer, My experience was the exact opposite. In just 1 reply from them, I recieved not only the answer to my original question, but extra information that made it to where I didn't even have any follow-up questions afterwards. Good job, guys.
I mistakenly entered the wrong address during my attempt to renew my registration. I have loved the customer service process that notified my of the mistake and what needed to be done -- the text message update to check my email was so helpful to deal with it right away, and the fast response with a clear way to resolve the issue from what seems to be a real person (ha!) at 8:30 at night was awesome, too. You guys have an amazing customer service system!
Today my vehicle registration renewal got problematic; I eventually was able to get it straightened out and went on the state DMV website to renew. It then turned out that, contrary to what the service station told me a couple of weeks ago when I got my car inspected, I needed an emissions inspection. It was through an exchange of messages with stateregistration.com that I got all this clarified and straightened out. I was frankly astounded when I got a response literally within minutes of my first query. After a follow-up with another exchange, I got renewal all straightened out. Pretty good service, about which I am equally impressed and appreciative.
