Got my new tag and registration in a few days ago. It's not the personalized tag i requested BUT, that's in the works of being printed. Already been stopped by a few people of the color of the disney tag i requested and told them where i got it from.
It was hard sending proof of residence since I moved out of state but I'm glad I finally received it. I thought once you paid the car off you received the title automatically for free. I don't like that you have to pay to get a title now
I got the renew your tag in the mail and decided to try to renew them online. The website was easy to find and to follow along entering data needed. Truly hassle free. I received my decal in the mail in a timely manner and very satisfied with renewing option online.
My overall experience was great but etags is expensive and my final price was different than what I was initially told it went from $288 to $349. I'm not sure why. But I think next time I'll just go on the regular DMV website to renew my registration.
My experience was good. Using this method to renew my registration was easy. I hope that the Motor Vehicle Adminstration will continue to use this method.

Had to produce a title to My truck that had been stolen for five years was finally recovered by the police. I went online to etag. Com and had my title within a week thank you.
Order for 2 years only got 1 year 2027 didn't get what happened to other money I didn't know you charged me 37 dollars out my credit card only 2025
First time using this and was much better then going into the Dmv. Did it on a Friday afternoon and got my tags Tuesday morning.

Yes, I received the registration and the sticker, but that was not the one that I wanted my registration expired on June, that was the one that I was trying to send for to make sure that I don't forget. So when I read the instructions, it says that I have three months before expired to put in my renewal and I receive stickers that not for the renewal are we stickers for now? I have those stickers. I'm in my car now so E tag charged me $248 plus $68 the $68 one I did not need but thank you anyway can I return the stickers the one that I don't need? I'm sorry, I do not find it necessary to leave any reviews of any sort since I have already done that and this irritates me that you would make me go through this again. More so, to instruct me to write a set number of words for a review? Sorry, this will not work for me. You guys are good and that is.
If I could give eTags zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute scam. I've been trying to register my vehicle for months, and despite providing all the necessary paperwork—including the title information—they keep moving the goalposts and refusing to process my registration. To make matters worse, they closed my case after I informed them I was waiting for paperwork from the bank. Then, once they finally received the title information, they suddenly claimed it wasn't enough—even though the DMV itself confirmed that it would be sufficient if I brought it in directly. So why is eTags making this impossible? Their customer service is incompetent and dismissive, constantly giving conflicting information and failing to resolve the issue. At this point, it's clear they either don't know what they're doing or they're deliberately making things difficult to avoid processing registrations properly. Do yourself a favor and AVOID eTags at all costs. They are nothing but a middleman that makes things more complicated than they need to be. If you're considering using them, save yourself the headache and go straight to the DMV.
