This was a very simple process to get eTags. Instructions were clear.
Was easy enough to replace my registration, but it was in limbo until I came up with more information. Probably due to thieves and such, so I guess I understand. Price wasn't exactly reasonable considering what it should cost. Wanted to avoid DMV and didn't really save me time or money.

I was thinking eTags was scam Company but it was not so,they did a perfect job.Bravo eTags.
I received my tags quickly and it was easy to order. But WHY does it cost $30 in fees is beyond my understanding. Doing it on line should save money, not increase the cost by $30. Next time I will mail the application and save the money. So like Maryland to gouge people with fees and taxes.

My experience was good for the most part. The part that was not so good was that I did not have a total cost (or any warning that additional fees could be added to my order). A charge of approximately $192 was shown and charged to my credit card. When I got my credit card statement, the total was approximately $243. I had to submit an inquiry to find out why the total cost had been changed. I sent an inquiry and received a very timely response to my question which completely satisfied me. I just think I should have been notified that additional charges might be added depending on State charges that couldn't be calculated at the time I placed the order. Everything else was great including the layout for selecting the tag I wanted and placing my order. I was also informed when my order was received and when my order was shipped.
This was my first time using etag and I felt very comfortable doing so. I didn't have to join any line because I did everything on my personal computer with such ease and speed. A few days after my Tag was mailed to me. ETag is a very good App.I will always recommend them!
Whomever processed my order needs to pay closer attention to what they're doing.
I elected to pick up my tags directly
Rather than make them available, they shipped the tags, meaning my car had to sit/was undrivable until they arrived the following week.
I'm not at all pleased with that.
I was reminded of my tags and went from there. Very easy.

Notwithstanding the obvious irresponsible nature, in general, of a State auto plate licensing system, which omits any kind of 'annual inspection' of the safety and emissions of the subject automobile - it was perfectly effective.

Easy...but too much extra money. To lower your prices we have to pay for a lot of extra things nowadays and people can't afford it we all would appreciate it if you would lower these prices because we don't deserve or have the means to pay 40 or 30

This is a fast and easy way to stay current with your vehicle(s) registration and tags, which isn't is totally clear up front. Also, note to user, the box titled "shipper" is actually the address you want the registration or tags mailed to.
I needed to renew my license within a few days and wasn't sure the mail would make it in time. I had never heard of eTags but I had nothing to lose so I thought I would give it a try. To my surprise it worked and in time for me to be in compliance with my renewal. Since I'm really not fond of using the computer, I was truly grateful for this process.
