This company is horrible. They over charged us and claimed we purchase and upgrade & a rush which we did not. They don't answer the phone and clearly have set up their website to force an upgrade for over $200. I guess I have to give them some credit, they promise a money back guarantee for only $99 which pulls you in... then they screw you. I would not reommend this company at all, no ethics. Flat fee? No, they get you one way or another.
Received a LIDAR speeding ticket here in central cali and came across this site and moved forward with them and the documentation provided thinking worse case scenario i am refunded $100, turns out it this option really works and i wish i had known about it years ago. Case was dismissed my record is still clean thanks to you guys i truly appreciate your service and would recommend these services to anyone!

They have this set up so it appears like you have a great chance to fight and win at court. When you check out they offer what appears like a more sure fire way to win for $100.00 more so they get $100.00 even after they refund your original guaranteed amount. This is a scam plain and simple. I am talking to a lawyer about filing a class action suit. Hopefully can put this thief out of business.
I signed on with their service in July for a cell phone ticket, gave them all requested docs and received a confirmation email that everything was received. A month later, I received a failure to appear from the court, with additional fees. Tried contacting 2fix, impossible. A voicemail is the best you can get. A week later they replied to my email stating I did not complete the paperwork properly and to take it up with the court myself. No refund, no apology, no nothing. There are other companies that provide the same services, call them instead.
I don't understand why so many people have trouble with 2Fix. They were always there for me. If I had a question they would answer it in under 24 hours.

This has been a pain! I spent the money to get them to handle my ticket and when I got the document back to submit to the court, it wasn't even the correct information for my ticket. I lost the case by written declaration. I wrote them to refund me my money, and they said they would not since 30 days had passed. I told them with Covid happening I had not had the ability to be in contact with the mail and reached out to them as soon as I could. They did not reply.
I found this company to be totally useless. They put together a report that i could have produced myself and charged $200. I thought they know more than me so go ahead and use their stuff. I would have been better off making an appearance and representing myself. Any communication after they had been paid was difficult at the least and I got know real help when I did call. I ended up paying 150% of the fine... I have used ticket clinic in FL before and everytime they got a no points verdict... Good luck if you use them.
I used this site for a red light camera ticket. Their price was $100 but for $200 y ok u get special service. After getting a $500 ticket I paid them the $200. They stated that if I lose I would get $100 back. Guess what? I lost and after repeated emails they never responded. Total rip off.
This is the second time that I have used this company and so far it has been successful both times. I decided it was finally time to share the news about what this company did for me. I had one red light camera ticket (i think it was about $480) and a speeding ticket on the I-5 up near the grapevine. They provided me with a very solid defense both times and I felt very well taken care of by Karen. I could really tell that these guys had the experience and the knowledge I was looking for without hiring a lawyer. I've really learned my lesson from these tickets but I definitely know where to go if I need help again in the future.
Beware. This is a nice little racket, at least for those that received a red light ticket in Culver city. They will take your $99, you'll lose your case and you will not get your $99 back from them. Every communication is via email. No one to talk to on the phone (huge red flag). And the 100% money back thing is a lie as your email gets ignored when you mention a refund
We provided the client with the service as clearly described in our user agreement "Explanation of service". (See relevant section below). The service we provide is also clearly described in our "How it Works" page which is accessible from the top navigation bar on all the website pages. We are Legal Document Assistant and the service we provide is consistent with that. We assist people in preparing their legal documents based on information provided to us by the client (see user agreement) since we were not present during the time of the alleged violation and when the citation was issued. Therefore, we rely on the client to send us the information. Furthermore, we cannot change the facts of the situation or come up with alternative facts.
Also, the client indicated to us by email that he did not have the funds to post the $500 bail required by the court, therefore he could not use the documents that we had prepared for him. That was his reason for asking us to refund our fee despite the facts that we had spent the time and the effort to prepare all the documents for the client. It is important to note that we do not make the court rules such as posting the full bail amount when contesting a ticket with a trial by written declaration. We just follow the court rules.
On our website, we clearly explain that the courts require for the bail to be posted at the time of filing the trial by written declaration documents. This is a requirement by the courts. As indicated before, we do not make the court rules we just follow them.
At any rate, we issued a full refund to this client even though we did deliver the service as promised.

The first impression of this company was how they charged me $205 instead of $99. They designed it in a way where people would think that they are marking the box to agree to the original $99. I asked for a refund but they never followed through. The worst part about this company is that you cannot speak to anyone at any time. The many problems I had with the company were never resolved because they either don't respond or it would take days. Isn't it a scam?
I found the service to be excellent. They responded to all my emails within a couple of hours and when they finished the paperwork they sent it to me by email. Everything looked very professional with details. I would say that I spent a total of 10 to 15 minutes to send my information to them on the website. Finally, about 2 months later I received a notification from the court with a check mark in the not guilty box. I am very happy with this service obviously because my ticket was dismissed. But I would have been happy with the service I got even if the result had not been in my favor. Thank you for saving my driving record and a bunch of money.
I had a great experience with this company. They got me out of a red light camera ticket without much work on my part. I was extremely happy with their $189 flat fee as I tried contacting a couple other places and could never get a straight answer as to how much it would cost... anyway I had a really good experience with company.
I submitted the paperwork they provided but got assigned a court date, anyway. The court didn't act on their pleading at all. I had to hire an attorney who got the ticket dismissed and their service was a waste of my time and money. They wouldn't refund payment because the ticket was dismissed! Yes, it was dismissed at TRIAL in COURT where I had to hire a real lawyer to appear for me! Worthless. Hire a real lawyer from the beginning instead of paying people who ARE NOT LAWYERS and can't go to court for you in the event the court assigned you a trial date.
It works, I just sent the court this paperwork they prepared for me, court will send you back their decision by mail, NO WIN NO PAY. Very good policy. I just received mail from court today and found that I am not guilty for the speeding, very happy for the result, NO point No fine, worth the fee.

As a retired person on fixed income the last thing I want to do is to pay for a traffic ticket that I do not think I deserved. This company helped get my speeding ticket dismissed. I found the service to be efficient as I did not have to spend any time preparing anything or going to court. I just entered my information online and then followed the instructions to sign and send the documents to the court and it worked the verdict came back not guilty which makes me happy that I will get a refund from the court. This is a situation where a Mom signed up for her son, she placed the order on 1/14/21. When signing up, she selected Upgrade II, Expert Analysis and comprehensive written expert opinion prepared by a Professional Traffic Engineer Licensed in the State of California. There is an additional fee of $99.00 for upgrading the service. She also selected a rush option to receive the document on expedited basis for an additional $25.00. The rush option was appropriate as she placed the order on 1/14/21 and the due date to file the document with the court was 2/1/21. All the fees that the client was charged was based on her own selection of the services. During the signup process our clients are provided with a simple and clearly designed table to visually explain the details of services provided for each level and the respective fee. We cannot change the client’s order or the selected service level. Based on the client’s order, we prepared the document as ordered by the client with the expert review and opinion and emailed it to the client in a timely manner on 1/17/21.
Subsequently, the client sent emails stating that they never received the document. We promptly responded to the emails. Additionally, we have software that tracks our emails and shows the time and date when the email containing the documents is opened. The client opened and viewed the document on 1/18/21.
