I submitted the paperwork they provided but got assigned a court date, anyway. The court didn't act on their pleading at all. I had to hire an attorney who got the ticket dismissed and their service was a waste of my time and money. They wouldn't refund payment because the ticket was dismissed! The first impression of this company was how they charged me $205 instead of $99. They said I marked a box wanting to upgrade but if I did then they designed it in a way where people would think that they are marking the box to agree to the original $99. The service we provide is also clearly described in our "How it Works" page which is accessible from the top navigation bar on all the website pages. We are Legal Document Assistant and the service we provide is consistent with that. We assist people in preparing their legal documents based on information provided to us by the client (see user agreement) since we were not present during the time of the alleged violation and when the citation was issued. Therefore, we rely on the client to send us the information. Furthermore, we cannot change the facts of the situation or come up with alternative facts.
Also, the client indicated to us by email that he did not have the funds to post the $500 bail required by the court, therefore he could not use the documents that we had prepared for him.
