I have an email stating they would refund my money because I lost my case. I have had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They still have not refunded the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON.
This company is a scam outfit. Despite slick advertising, they offer no real help. They do not have a money back guarantee. Do not be fooled and do not waste your money.
I got two tickets last year the first one was in July driving south for Sacramento I was ticketed for speeding on the 5 freeway. I looked around for help on the internet and found this company. At first I was reluctant to use them because of a few bad reviews but I decided to take a chance and I am glad that I did that is why I am writing this review to share my experience. They did a good job preparing my paperwork for the court much better than I would do. I sent the papers to the court and about three months later the court found me guilty. I sent in the letter from the court to them and a few days later they did refund $99 back to me. I was able to do traffic school which is what I would do in the first place if I did not find this company. So, I at least tried to beat the ticket and it did not cost me anything to try.
When I was ticketed in December I used this service again knowing if it does not work I can get my money back. This time it worked and last week I got a letter from the court for not guilty. I am happy with the service they gave me.
I used the service of this company after reading good reviews on the internet and I am glad I did. The ticket was dismissed. I recommend to anyone who needs hlp with a traffic ticket.
Read this before you use their service. Their service is awful, if you sign up for their service, and then you will be asked to briefly describe what happened on their website. And 7 days later, you will get your TBD form, and what they do is just copy and paste what you write on the their website on that form, and tell the court that you want to dismiss that ticket.
First of all, a 10 years old kid can do that. Second, just a copy and paste work will take them 7 days?
I don't think this kind of paper work will work, so I bought the book "Fight your ticket and win in California" and I decide to write the paper work myself, because you will have to find a "REASON" to fight your ticket, not just tell the judge what happened and ask for a dismissal. That's crazy.
And the worst part is, I filed a dispute on Paypal saying that 99 dollars for a copy and paste work is very unfair, and they fight back saying that if Paypal authorize my claim and issue refund to me, it will be very unfair to them, I don't know what's in their mind, 99 dollars for a copy and paste job? Just awful, if I can leave a 0 star feedback, I will.

5/29/2017, Fu L. Signed up for our service to fight a traffic ticket with a trial by written declaration. Our Service Fee was paid by Dan Y. We prepared the documents for the trial by declaration as per our Terms and Conditions (user agreement) that every client must agree to prior to completing our online sign up process. We emailed the final documents for the trial by written declaration to the client. We delivered the service the client signed up for as promised. So calling our service is scam is a far stretch.
We did not hear any complaints or any issues with the documents that we had prepared for the client until we had a chargeback with paypal filed by the client. According to the chargeback statement filed by the client on Paypal, the client indicated that the item was not received. That was an absolutely false statement. We provided paypal with proof of delivery.
The service we provide is clearly described in our "How it Works" page which is accessible from the top navigation bar on all the website pages. The service we provide is consistent with the description on that page. We assist people in preparing their legal documents based on information provided to us by the client since we were not present during the time of the alleged violation and when the citation was issued. Therefore, we rely on the client to send us the information. Furthermore, we cannot change the facts of the situation or come up with alternative facts.
