Every time I renew my tags, they say that I owe money on tolls. I have an epass. How would I owe on tolls when I always use my epass. Anyway, that's the issue I'm sure many people have.

When I ordered my registration and tags through eTag, I realized I made a mistake and realized too late that my tags and registration is not due until October of this year. So I paid for all of this thinking I was paying up for the next two years only to realize, I wasn't. It's not eTags fault but my own and I just wasted money for something I already have. Your system worked perfectly and timely.
My fault, but I didn't realize the 3rd party fees with this company. $50! And I could have used my local county office with no fee and receive it sooner in the mail than with etags. I was in a rush, so my fault. Would not use them again in the future.
The site is very efficient but so many add on fees. I renewed for two years. Processing fee, $19.99, a $5.25 agency fee, Credit card fee of 7.64, then a $4.95 shipping and handling fee.$37.83 over and above the registration fee. I will seek to purchase through the county site next time.
My overall experience was great but etags is expensive and my final price was different than what I was initially told it went from $288 to $349. I'm not sure why. But I think next time I'll just go on the regular DMV website to renew my registration.
The service was fast and easy although I think the add on fees are excessive to pay annually. The demand to get 100 characters to submit a review caused this review to loose a star.

It was very easy, and quick. I was able to order the tag on line and pay for it without any difficulty.
I have used easy tag for renewals with no issues. I decided to register an in state vehicle that I purchased at a dealership. I had every document rejected wasting a week. I uploaded the same picture and they accepted them the second time. I paying late fees for registration now, which is my fault for trusting this service. They received a fee for nothing.
Don't use easy tag for registration.
Completed the paperwork, paid for the tags and received them without any problem. Happy! Then I started receiving emails the I still hadn't re-registered.

I was going to get a duplicate title for my car. I found out after I changed my mind that the fee is non-refundable.(around $200) It is much cheaper to go to your DMV instead of using this third party group.
Renewing my auto tag was simple and easy - it took less than 3 minutes to complete. I received notifications that order had been placed, processed and shipped. The tag arrived promptly in good condition.

Answer: Hi Karl, yes, you can. If you are already an owner of the vehicle, you can order a duplicate or replacement title if you lost your original copy. If you need to transfer ownership into your name, you can also request a transfer of the title only without applying for a registration. We provide both of these services in Florida, California, and Pennsylvania. New York services will be online soon. Visit eTags.com to choose the state and service. If your vehicle is not currently registered in any of those state or you are not transferring that title to that state, you can still do the same service directly with the DMV in the state you are in. You will be able to still use our service if your vehicle is registered in California or Florida. Please keep in mind that the DMV will require we collect the past due amount along with the fee to bring your tag current through the next year. If your vehicle is registered in Maryland, the MVA requires you renew in person if you are more than 6 months late so you will not be able to complete the order online with eTags. On our website, both before and after and order is submitted for Florida registered vehicle, we itemized our service fees and we disclose that your state registration fee is to be determined (TBD). The Florida registration fee is not listed on the website becuase, since we are not the DMV, we have to send your plate information to a state licensed agency to calculate that amount and that is done offline. We do provide a resource before the order is placed that allow you to estimate the amount of your state registration fee and we also disclose on our website that we are not owned or operated by any government agency.
