They are truthful in the services they provide. Through my skepticism upon learning I chose wrong site I contacted the tax office, my registration was processed and is on its way to me. I contacted the premium customer service they provide and though phone support was not available email was responded to very quickly and we reached a suitable solution. Though this site is not for me it certainly might prove useful to someone else.
I am nothing but so pleased and overwhelmed by Morgan's assistance beyond call of her duty. I just could not do it without her patient, diligent hello to me for trying to renew rigistration for 3 vehicles which registration expire same day. I just could not match PIN with correct registration car plate number.

I asked for a breakdown of the charges because I thought I was overcharged. It turns out there is a new law in Texas. The inspection fee is collected at the time of registration now. This was explained to me by customer service. They have been most helpful and their responses have been very quick.

Following the discovery of our out of date registrations, immediately went on line to get everything updated and then discovered through an immediate follow up email by your registration support member that one of our vehicle's registration addresses was still on old address.
Thanks to the offer to help get this corrected (and not simply a form email redirecting to another site), the support agent provided all the necessary questions to be answered and offered to get the issue corrected themselves immediately.
I was first blown away by the offer (and not simply redirected) to help correct the item via our email correspondence. This rarely happens in my experience with many agencies, not to mention frustrating experiences with other state DMVs.

I didn't need automatic renewal and requested a refund of the fees associated with it. They replied within minutes to say they had issued a credit back to my card. Very, very unusual to get a response like that.

I had thought that I was sort tricked into something online that I did not really want to do i. E. using a third party agency for my Texas License Renewal. And I guess I was... It annoyed me when I read that I had to pay over $16 for something that I can normally do at HEB for $1.
Anyway, I was stuck; but then I was pleasantly surprised when the other end responded almost immediately to any questions I had. So, yes, you are doing a good job.
But I do want to know this: are all those line items for extra fees voluntary or are they compulsory?

I sought to reregister my husband's car unaware an emissions inspection was required. I was contacted by your online registration support staff who let me know what information was required; upon receiving it the registration was approved within minutes. I am very impressed by their efficiency and politeness. Excellent interaction!
As soon as I needed help with a problem or I had a question about it, the customer service here assisted me in understanding the situation and making sure I felt secure and knew that they were looking out for me. It was instantaneous, as well. Very nice and very responsive staff!
Online auto registration, at first, realized I made an error and left the site, not paying attention and did enter my credit card number. Thought it was strange, that at the end there was no notation of the transaction. Left the site and came back in and realized I made a mistake, the first time. And went through the whole process again, did not take long, and success when I saw the transaction number and then received an a mail to confirm the transaction. Had faith in the system that it would pick the first transaction up and notify me as incomplete, and it did, and was notified that I will receive a return of the funds charged to my credit card, on the first mistake. Only took a couple of days to complete the process.
I truly appreciate the great and fast customer service I received today when renewing my registration. I made an error when I was filling it out online and submitted my concern when I realized. The folks responded back quickly and fixed the error faster than I could get a cup of coffee! Amazing! If only everything worked this well. Exceptional service!
