I thought I didn't receive my registration in the mail. However, as usually I looked through my trash and there is was! I am so grateful for this site. They were very kind and thoughtful. This truly was a great experience.
I love this service because it saves me time from sitting and waiting at the county office to register for my tags. I have a lot going on and don't necessarily have the time to make it happen in person, but this service makes my life easier especially being a disabled veteran. I always register my cars through this service and it has never failed me.

I inadvertently renewed my registration before the emissions test had been completed. The Support staff kept in continuous email communication with me as I sat waiting for the test to be completed and transmitted.
I accidentally entered the wrong e-mail address and my purchase was already complete. However the staff resent the registration email to my new email address immediately after I consulted with them. I thought it would be a hassle but they made it very smooth and easy! Great company
I ordered my new yearly auto registration but after 3 weeks had still not received it. I emailed State Registration about it and received a prompt reply - Support (who remained nameless so I can't thank them individually) contacted my local auto registration site, sent me a replacement (which arrived promptly), emailed me a letter to keep in my wallet if I was stopped in the meantime, and was friendly and thorough.

I had re registered one of our vehicles before expiration. I could not cancel it; however pa registration credited back my payment as a curtasay. All connnunicatikn via text was prompt, clear, and professionally handles with kindness.
This site came up on top of the google search when i typed in renewal express utah, which is the official government website. I was busy, so i plugged in my info and credit card before i realized it was not on the Utah DMV website. My mistake, but it is wrong that google lets them come up before the legit website. They did actually pay for my registration, but it cost me $17 that i didn't need to pay and now some sketchy Florida company has my card number and info. EDIT: these guys promptly refunded my transaction when I complained; that is service that you don't normally get on the internet. They even refunded my actual registration fee even though it already processed. I wasn't expecting that. Anyway, I don't see the need to pay a third party to register my car for me, but at least these guys do seem to stand by their reputation.
I needed a little extra help with accessing and printing my temporary registration. This customer service team replied to me right away and gave me the help I needed. It's so nice and unusual to get support like that!
I have to say, I never appreciated text as much as today. I had to renew my car tags, and I'm also a busy Realtor. I didn't realize I needed an emissions test, so I submitted my renewal to the online WA car registration site. Since it was missing the emissions test it was rejected. However, instead of US Mail and a long drawn-out process, I got a text reply about it, from a very friendly, professional who turned out to be human. We resolved everything with a couple of texts. WOW! Texting DMV and getting it done online, both great ways to communicate with customers. I don't know the person's name, but my Human did a great job of quick and efficicent service, which is all a customer wants. Very satisfied WA resident today.

Since i was late I sent an email asking if my Registration could be sent earlier. But I did not think i would be able to get it. Much to my surprise, i got an almost immediate response. I was told that i could get another email indicating that Registration was in process and that i would be able to keep driving past the expiration date. This is an awesome for me since I am retired and did not want to lose the use of my vehicle. THANK YOU...
My tags and registration had not appeared for a couple of weeks after they were expected. I realized this late and night and emailed them. They still responded in a matter of minutes. Took care of everything on my behalf so I didn't have to deal with the BMV. They were also polite and friendly.
