I am in Iraq and will be unable to have my vehicle inspected or registered before the expiration date. The customer service representative was helpful in handling my situation, and they explained what I need to do when I return to the states.
I had a issue with renewing plates and I emailed and was helped with Amazing customer service. Being a single mother of 4 money is hard to come by and the customer service really took great care of helping me.
The agent made it looks so easy, showed he/she really wanted to help and at the end made me check the address that I gave so I don't go through the same wrong mailing address problem.
Last year my Sticker was mailed to the wrong address that I forgot to change and I forgot to change again this year, but last year I did not receive any help and had to go to the registration office. I have a busy schedule and work really far from the Registration office.
One thing though, I could not tell who I was talking to and that confused me when addressing them. Didn't know "Sir" or "Ma'am".
I have had difficulty getting my vehicle inspection because of the flooding. I travel extensively on business, so I register my car (an Aston Martin) by mail. I'm currently in California and the dealer (where the car is being serviced and inspected) is closed due to flooding. Knowing that I could not get the inspection before Monday, I took a shot and responded to the text nesssge I had received. Much to my surprise, not only was my text answered - it was promptly answered and we were able to work out an extension - what a pleasure dealing with a governmental agency that actually WORKS!
As the owner of a cyber-security company, I understand the importance of good customer support. Your people are the most courteous and pleasant I have encountered... ever. Wish I could hire them. Have a great day!
Was emailing back in forth with ( what I thought) the DMV. It was actually a private org that the DMV outsourced to. What a wonderful experience. I hope our government does more outsourcing to private companies that understand the concept of service.
I really appreciate all of the communication and texts to ensure that I was able to renew my registration on time. I get busy and forget each year. This year I managed to get everything done on time. Last year, I waited in line, forever, just to get my car inspected, because I went the last day of the month.

Had issues with leasing company supplying the wrong address to my registration. State registration had very fast response times and resolved the issue in order to expedite the registration renewal process the same day.
I needed a duplicate registration card printed, for I couldn't find mine when inspection time came. I emailed the support team with my confirmation number, which was given to me when I renewed in 2018. They emailed me back a copy of my registration (FREE of charge) in less than 5 mins.
I am very impressed with the quick, friendly, professional service I received this morning. I received an answer to my question within five minutes! I will not hesitate to use this support service in the future.
I had lost my registration card and needed to replace it. I went on this site to try and renew on line. Unfortunately I had no clue where to find the title number for my car. I thought I had found it on the papers I received when I purchased the car, however I was wrong. When I was notified that the number did not match any car in PA, I replied more out of frustration and merely venting... NEVER expecting anyone to answer. But they did and they were extremely helpful! I was able to locate my title number for my car and I was able to obtain a form to fill out and mail to get a replacement. I am very grateful for all their help! :)
Via email I have received some of the fastest replies I have ever gotten for my current vehicle registration. It was almost as if I was there specking to someone, that's how fast it was. The folks there double checked my safety inspection because I had been in the hospital for my gallbladder and gotten it later on. Great customer service and lightning fast!

This may seem a strange comment. I needed to renew my registration and thought I was on the Texas DMV website. The registration was easy, but looked a little different from previous registrations. It wasn't until I had paid that I realized I wasn't in the state site. I was nervous because I didn't know about the company and because it was the end of the month, I was concerned renewal would take longer. I decided to cancel. I wrote State Registration. They immediately wrote back and told me that it was too late, they had sent in my registration, but they would refund my agency fee, which I saw from a credit card message, they had already done. I realized this was a company with integrity and one I could trust. I would recommend them to anyone as a quick and trustworthy way to complete registration.
I ran into a little problem receiving my registration because my address wasn't updated. I recently moved and my registration was mailed to my old address. I notified them with my issue and they assured me I would receive my registration in 10 days and also offered me a print out so I can legally drive! How awesome is that! 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know!
I accidentally used this company thinking they were the ohio bmv when trying to renew my wife's plates. When I confronted them, they were very upstanding and professional handling the matter. They said they understood my error and would refund their fee to me. This kind action is very rare and I wanted to take the time to give them a good word.
