Support contacted me to point out an error in my on-line application for registration renewal. Everything was cleared up after a few quick emails back and forth. I did not expect such quick and personalized assitance. Kudos to the massDOT RMV support team.
I attempted to renew a registration for a vehicle this morning that we lease and we lease it under my wife's name- the renewal was not able to be processed because I had submitted the incorrect information but with exceptional support from the support team, we were able to get the correct information submitted and the registration renewal was processed! The best experience I have ever experienced, RMV related, since moving to MA 13 years ago, by far! Bravo!

Trying to get a copy of registration is impossible. The government site is aweful and sends you in loops with how to fill it out. But actually doing it is the worst experience ever! These guys helped me with where my copy was. And even told me I have a valid registration. Pendot just never sent it! So I am still the DMV trying to get it. And I will never deal with gov again
I applied for my registration and didn't realize that the inspection had not been done before the registration. I was contacted right away. That helped me to make an appointment at the dealership to get my inspection done in a timely manner. My application for registration was not lost or denied or cancelled. It was held until my inspection was complete. I did not have to reapply or submit new forms. I only had to answer their email. There was no drama as there has been with every other govt. Agency that I have dealt with. Due to my home being flooded 3 years in a row, I have had to deal unfortunately with Harris County, Fema, Houston City Water Dept. and everything in between. This is the only agency that has been efficient and treated me with respect. And for that I say THANK YOU! 1

Had to renew a registration and got great service. The team was phenomenal. I was not sure how to renew a registration for a company car. I couldn't tell if it was the same as doing so for a normal car. The team gave great insights and helped me to understand the process. I renewed my registration successfully.

Was stopped by the police for non-registered pickup. Registration certificate said vehicle was registered through 11/18.? Was told not to drive it as RMV computer said no registration. Couldn't be w/o work truck for weekend. Registered online and within an hour had the registration renewed and back to work. Extremely pleased with the prompt help!
Simply amazing service! I renewed, but they came back and notified that my address was different to what BMV had on file (all done on a Saturday afternoon).
Without prompting or me having to ask, they said they would get hold of BMV on Monday morning to help me get it changed. Its Monday morning and I received confirmation its been changed and renewal being processed by the BMV.

There waa an issue with my address and my registration and sticker were going to be sent there instead of my new address. They were able to update my address contact the DMV and have them send it to my new address.
In our very busy and let me say OUR VERY BUSY lives, and I'm talking to Y'all. It was a breeze to register my car with StateRegistration.org. A few key strokes and I was done.
Now I don't have to go down to the DMV, grab a numbers, sit will all the folks, watch the numbers being called and counting down till my number comes. I realized I had not registered my vehicle while out of town, & googled "Nevada Registration Online"... I rush through the information and paid, then realized I hadn't actually paid my registration on the Nevada DMV site... Out of concern, I emailed support on Saturday, because my registration would have lapsed on Monday... I got a response in about one minute. I would have never got that kind of response from the State of Nevada... Especially on the weekend! I have worked with the StateRegistration.org for the last two years. I have issues renewing my tags due to my military status. I have an out of state address even though my vehicle is registered in Ohio. I also have an out of state drivers liscense as well. They have always promptly responded to my emails and have been more than willing to assist in my registration renewal. I am always met with helpful replys and kind words. I renewed my registration a month early, and still hadn't received my renewed registration. I contacted support to figure out what went wrong and where my registration was. Support got back to me within minutes and was already in the process of contacting the BMV on my behalf. Within 30 minutes I had all of my questions answered, my issue resolved, as well as a letter of extension to keep with me just in case my registration was still late. I appreciate the service very much.
I have to admit, I thought I was being scammed because of this "3rd-party" solution to a problem I could've taken care of on the County Tax Assessor Website, and would've done so but I was slightly 'misdirected', IMHO.
It's all done! Other than the $16 surcharge, I'm completely satisfied with the results. If this is the way you must go, No worries, it is legit.
