Soft Serve Clothing

I have purchased many soft serve items over the years. Love them. BUT my last 4 orders NEVER CAME. It's now been over 2 years and over 30 emails and I haven't received a refund nor the purchased items. Emails and calls are now unanswered. HORRIBLE customer service. What a mess of a company!

I like many other have been ripped off by this company, we place our order in good faith we would receive what we ordered and to date we have not. We have received nothing, well nothing by promises. Two years. I have waited two years on their promises to deliver and give me a hoodie as well as a bag, it is easy to make all of these promises and not carry through. My orders, two orders, totalled $209.00, and I have nothing and they have everything. They won't even give refunds to any of us. Please don't order from them if you don't want the same to happen to you. They had a great product but that means nothing when you end up doing shoddy business. Don't get RIP'OFF. I would provide proof of purchase but I don't want my personal info put out there.

Do not do business with this company. I made a purchase a year ago and still haven't received it. Their costumer service department keeps kicking the can down the road. When a refund was requested all communication stopped. SCAM!

I purchased two hoodies from this company several years ago and I love them. Placed an order for myself, my wife and my sister last November 2022 and I never received the order. I have received many,many, many empty promises by the way of emails from Soft Serve Clothing. Now I am demanding a refund, and I am reading where there are many people still trying to get their items and refunds, and they are not getting them. If you order from this place, you will be throwing your money down the toilet.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered so much from this company and they kept saying for over a year that they will ship my items and never did. I lost hundreds of dollars. Stay clear of this shop, so upset over this

I ordered two sweatshirts from this company on 03/05/2023 and have yet to receive them 11/12/2023. I've tried complaining to the BBB to no avail, and the company doesn't respond and hasn't refunded my money after multiple requests.

I had ordered from SoftServe previously and had no problems. But my last order was almost a year ago, in April, which was paid for, and I have received NOTHING. I received a couple of emails back, pushing the delivery date, and as soon as I asked for a refund, they stopped responding. Horrible business practices. They need to take their site down if they're not able to fulfill orders.

I ordered products from Soft serv and initially received products without any issues. I ordered more products from them almost a year ago and the products never came after several months. After countless emails back-and-forth (which I have saved), they continued to apologize for delays, offered free products, but still never sent my order. I finally canceled my order and requested a refund. I continued to get excuses from them of why they were delayed with my refund. Don't order from this company ever, they are scammers!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are nothing bit thrives they will quickly take your money and hope that you forgot you placed an order. They DO NOT reach out letting customers know there are delays you only hear from them if you contact them and they reply with a generic form letter response that can be seen posted in multiple reviews here with just the dates changed. It has gotten to the point that they don't even respond to me any longer since I requested a refund and it's been so long I'm not sure if my credit card company can or will do anything about it either. Save yourself some time, money, and worst of all the headache of dealing with these thieves and close that browser and don't ever look back! Sad that a California company with their very strict laws is able to operate and steal people's hard earned money like this and nothing is done in legal terms to them.

I have multiple orders worth hundreds of dollars, paid, that have yet to be filled. It's been over a year now. They just keep stealing money and not sending product. I've had successful transactions with them in the past, but it seems like they got behind and just kept selling rather than fulfilling orders. I've given them the benefit of the doubt until now. They've answered my emails and promised they would deliver. I placed my orders right before the summer of 2022. It's now summer 2023. The real kicker? Their site is down.

Ordered on 11/5/22, still have not received the order as of 5/28/23. Contacted them multiple times asking for a refund and they kept offering to give me free stuff if I waited. I refused every offer and they eventually said they forwarded my request to their refunds department. This was a month ago and I have yet to receive any further communication or a refund. Avoid at all costs.

I have been ordering from this company for several years. Over the last year they have hit rock bottom! Order placed in August 2022, after several emails about products being delayed, 10 months later no products and no refunds. Refund had been requested 4 months ago. All I keep getting is I am sorry but our refund department is working on it!

I've been waiting for my order since 10/8/22 and they keep pushing out the shipping date. Now it is early March. I've sent multiple emails to get a refund but never get one. I receive an email back with an offer to receive a free item or a refund. Ask for a refund. No response. These must be horrible horrible people to scam people out of their money. It's a shame that people exist out there. It's disgusting. I will continue to post negative reviews and report this business as a scam. Hopefully it will make a difference and save someone else from losing their money.

I absolutely love all the things I've gotten from here, but they started having 'production issues'. Now I'm waiting months for my order! They said they were told that things should be straightening out. I hope so! Products are all awesome!

DO NOT order from this company! I have 2 orders from January that I still have not received. These were pre-order items and quoted to ship out early March. Here we are, almost May and was just told Mid May for shipping. And no refund.

I never received my order from November of 2022. I have contacted them several times. Every response was we are sorry for the delay and give some date in the future. When that date came and went I would email again and again there would be another date in the future. Finally I said cancel my order and refund my money. Ok we can do that and it will take 7-10 business days. After that came and went I emailed again and this time the system that does the refunds is down but our IT department is working on it. That was a week ago. Now I don't get any response from them. This company is a bunch of lying thieves.

I ordered their products over 7 months ago. Kept getting emails saying production was delayed, etc. Finally asked for a refund and that is delayed due to IT problems. I will likely never get my money back. Don't order from this site!

Emailed them multiple times asking to know when the order would ship. Iordered in January. It's June. I never received my clothes. They refused previous requests for refunds telling me its delayed a few weeks.

It's been 5 months now. Cross your fingers they actually give me a refund ‍

I'm going on 18 mos waiting for order. The customer service folks are super kind and responsive but that eventually wears thin and stops working.

I got a car built in less time(during the height of covid 19), heck I had my house built in less time.

I was guaranteed it would finally ship at the end of August. Not only did I get nothing no one proactively reached out to tell me.

I'm sure I'm a sap with no recorder with so much time expired now, but I will explore any chance to recover my money. I'm sure I'll never see any clothing. Shame.
