I ordered a pre-order hoodie in September of 2022 for a Halloween hoodie that was supposed to be delivered early November. I waited until the end of November and emailed them when it hadn't shown up. They said to give them a few more weeks. I waited until the end of December and was told to wait longer. I ended up asking for a refund. They gave that to me quickly and made no real apologies for the delayed product. I've read many reviews stating products that never showed up. Just terrible.
I ordered back in December. NEVER received my order and im pissed. They say they're going to ship it out. So I waited. A month later, no updates. I contacy them again and ask to cancel my order. They give me the same bs and tell me to wait for my order. I don't want it anymore! I want my $80 or so back.
I placed an order 4 months ago and still haven't received. Every month when I email for an ETA, I get the same BS email that when they have it, I will get a tracking email. Absolutely horrible company with terrible customer service.
I love it! I got a blue zipper for myself and tried to get one for my husband but it didn't come in a large zip so I got the pullover. Waiting for the jogger pants. I want a blanket next and just now I saw a robe! The only thing is that it is a little bit pricy. I have to plan my purchases and hope you still have what I want when I get money. Good job on the logo too. Thank you!
I absolutely love this Hoodies! It is super soft and comfortable and also warm but not to a point where you feel too warm, it still allows your body to breathe. Can't wait to get more! These joggers are super comfy! They are not too snug, they allow you to move around comfortably and are so soft. I wish they weren't always sold out of my size in every color though.
When I ordered 2 hoodies 10/11/22, the estimated shipping date was the end of October. On 11/8/22, I was told it would be the end of November. On 12/1/22, I was told it would be the end of December, "but we hope to see them sooner." I've sent my 3rd email to customer service to request a refund, but I'm not confident they'll come through.
I put it in two orders on December 2nd, 2022. They said they would ship out in January. It is now February 4th. I still haven't received my orders and I haven't received any email back from them. I've emailed them several times just to get no answer in return. I guess they have turned into thieves and need the money more than they need the business andthe merchandise. It started out pretty good and then eventually things got slower and slower. I had missing items they wouldn't replace and now it's just nothing. There's no way to contact them. There's no customer service phone number. I wouldn't recommend recommend buying anything from them ever again, but what goes around comes around and it's just a shame you say that you're selling these clothes to save the world, but that's not the truth. You're doing it for your own game and ripping people off
Just got my first order from Soft Serve and I think this my new go to hoodie. I mad at myself I should of ordered the blanket hoodie when I saw it because now they are sold out and I asked Customer Support when they would be restocked and they said it wouldn't be until fall. The problem is I live in the mountains and could really use it right now! Anyway, I will wait till those get restocked again. Regardless I loved my hoodie and liked the fit. So glad I ordered a size up because my arms are bigger and it really fit them well. PLEASE Restock Blueberry, I missed that color and I absolutely loved it. I ordered a blanket with my hoodie and wow its so soft. It matched my house too well so I use it as decor. I wish they would stock more blankets because all the colors I want are out of stock.
I placed an order on March 3rd. I sent a follow up a few later and at that time I was told that my order was a pre order item and that it will be sent out late April. First of all nothing that I ordered said it was a pre order. So I wait until April 28th to send yet another email, only to be told that it wont be shipped until the end of June. At this point I want nothing to do with this company or what they sell. I am seeking a refund. These items are too expensive for them to be playing with peoples money. I would like to hear real reviews from people that actual received their product.
Yeah this is a waste of money. The leggings were nice when I put them on, but after literally one day of wear, they started flaking all weird? Idk how that's even possible for leggings (see photo). Also, their hoodies are thin and cheaply made. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!
I ordered from Soft Serve Clothing last August and the items have STILL not appeared. Every time I've contacted the company I've been told that one of the items was a preorder that is taking longer than anticipated. I'll never make this mistake with this company again!
I ordered a new blanket it has been on backorder since January of this year. Customer service has excuse after excuse but no blanket or refund. I will no longer recommend this company.
I ordered 2 hoodies from this company not be in by Christmas which I understood because it was near Christmas. They were supposed to come in January. Then they were supposed to come in February. Then they were supposed to be there in March period after that, they didn't even answer my emails.
I ordered 2 sweatshirts December 14,2022, today is February 4,2023. I was told latest the end of January, now it is the first of MARCH. I dont need them when it gets warm. NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything else from them. Also charged my credit card in

Took forever to receive my hoodie, and it's awful. The hoodie was "mildly" soft - like a 2 out of 10 - but nothing out of the ordinary, and it certainly wasn't THAT soft, and after just one washing, it looked like I was wearing it inside out. It falls far short of being soft enough to be sold with the claim of being "soft as cashmere". It's a LONG way off from that. Also, I'm not "living on a cloud" as the little fluffy nubs on the outside of the hoodie (that I'm sure are supposed to feel great) simply don't.
Also, I used the word "fluffy" to describe the fabric but it's a huge overreach, so please don't interpret that word as indicating any softness whatsoever. If you're waiting for your order, just cancel it. It's so not worth it.
Ordered a hoodie in november of 2022 was told it would ship in Jan. In Jan i was told it will ship in March.
There is evidently no phone number? So this is all emails. I have requested a refund. Nothing yet. Some canned email about a credit keeps coming to me and that is a joke as well. Soft Serve Scam is what this place is. I would insert an emoji poo here if I could.
I ordered a blanket six months ago and still have not received it. I have been asking for a refund for one month and I keep getting excuses. DO NOT ORDER from this company.
I have written 11 emails to this company, spoke to 2 employees and have not received a refund or got my order canceled like I've asked in each email. They have countered with a $25 gift card or a free hoodie but I do not want to do any more business with Soft Serve Clothing.
I placed my order in April and every month the shipping month gets moved back. The company doesn't email to let you know there will be a delay in shipping, they don't communicate at all to the customer.
I can't believe how many hoops I have to jump through to just get my order canceled and receive a refund. My 1st email asking to cancel was Aug 29th,and im practically begging for them to please cancel my order and refund my money.
Never ever doing business with them again.
I ordered a hoodie from SoftServe Clothing in Dec '22. When the item didnt arrive by end of Jan, i reached out to cancel the order. They responded with "Unfortunately, we're experiencing heavy delays with our production team. These are now estimated to ship out early March. I am so sorry that we weren't able to get these out by the initial date we had projected. Once your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information."
Instead of delivering the item, in March they sent me a code (with a couple day expiration date) for a credit for the value of the hoodie, but when i tried to redeem it, it required purchase of more than 1 item, i.e. This 'credit' was a discount (max ~50%), instead of a voucher for the item. I reached out again and they sent me a credit for half the value of the item. Basically, they seem dead-set on either taking my money or applying charging me another 50% (for either more items or one discounted one).
Ordered September 2022, had e mailed them 4 different times and there was always a delay in production or some problem. Now end of July 2023 and nothing still, got charged right away though.
Answer: They're stringing us along. It's too late to dispute with bank, they send emails with tons of apologies. They know they got us.
Answer: Benefit of the doubt. Just trying to give them a chance. Jogger set pictured looked very nice also. They have no idea that they lost a good customer in me. For real, for real! If they had of only kept their word.
