I ordered in March and they did not inform me of this being a preorder until I reached out to them. No confirmation emails sent. I have reached out 3 times and they have changed the ship date due to delays. I have asked for a refund twice now and it has been over 2 weeks and I still have not received it. I wish I had read these reviews first. This company is nothing but a scam.
Buyer beware! I placed an order in September and have received excuse after excuse as to why I haven't received my items. Not once did Soft Serve reach out to let me know about "delays", I emailed for updates every time! We are now 9 days into December and I've been told yet again that the item ordered is delayed for the 3rd month! I asked if I could pick something else and exchange the items holding up my order and they said yes! I picked the colors and sizes and I'm now being told they are no longer in stock even though they are still showing available on the website! I suggest you dig into this companies reviews and complaints before ordering.
I made the incredibly stupid mistake of placing not one but 2 orders over 3-4 months that never showed up this year and the crazy thing is my closet is filled w hoodies from last year. Something is wrong and if you notice there's not address or phone number to call
Super soft and comfortable clothing. My cloud cotton stash of clothes has its own section of my Closet. I can't get enough. And their blankets are the best. I have one on every color. Their customer service is top notch They make things right immediately if something is wrong or you have. A question. I highly recommend this company and all their products. With cloud cotton/soft serve, you can't go wrong. So come on and order already. It's time to jump onto this band wagon! Thnaks
I bought a zipper cloud hoodie for my daughter, thank goodness it was on sale but it was still $40. When we got it the outside was softer than the inside and it felt very cheap. After just a couple of washes on delicate it is falling apart. I would not recommend this company and/or product to anyone. Go to walmart you will get better quality.
None of the items I ordered October 2022 arrived. Softserve continues to refuse to reimburse my $135. Company is stealing money from people. Needs to be shut down.
Ordered clothes in the fall of 2022, received email after email about how my clothes would be sent "in 30 days". 6 months later, still no clothes. After multiple requests to be refunded, I had to order a refund through my bank. Complete scam.
The hoodies are such a rip off! They are super soft... ON THE OUTSIDE! The inside isn't even fleece, let alone soft! Biggest waste of money ever. I'm really angry after waiting over 2 months to get this junk!
I placed in order in November for 2 outfits. I spend about 200 dollars. They hook you with the "buy one get one sweatshirt". I only revived the cheap made free "hoody". Every time I asked where my clothes were they responded with "another 2 weeks"z they send constant coupons, that are "about to expire." It's a complete scam! Don't do business with them.
I am reading other reviews here and unfortunately I have the same story. I purchased a christmas gift for my girlfriend in November expecting it to arrive by Christmas last year and I have been emailing the company every month about this delay. They keep pushing the date back. Its been 7 months. I've been holding out on making a return because my gf really likes soft hoodies but this has gone on for way too long. I have no confidence in this company and I don't recommend doing business with them. I have now told them to cancel my order and hopefully I get my money back but we will see.
My first order went through great and my granddaughters loved the product but my second order in August 2022... that has still has not been received to date 05/06/2023! Like other reviews I have been reading excuses about production and my not understanding my order would not available until the next production and offers of gifts but still no order. Since when Soft Serve is nearly a year for product I have paid for been acceptable? Not sure if I will receive my goods or when I will receive a refund for goods purchased.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend anyone purchase anything from your Company. What is the saying buyer beware - wish I had known this before and I certainly will not be purchasing anything from you in future.

This company seems to have a severe supply issue. This wouldn't be so bad if they were more responsive to requests for information/refunds/other customer support. I eventually received my two shirts which I love, but the process was so long and the periods of silence kept me wondering if I was going to lose my money. It's a shame they can't fulfill the orders in a better time frame.
Initially, I was not very happy as I had an issue with my order, but I believe it was with the post office and not the company. I spoke to a representative and she went out of her way to make it right for me and for that alone, I will be a repeat customer! Aside from that, I absolutely love the feel of the fabric! After about 2 months I finally received my sweatshirt. The size runs large which is fine for layering. But after wearing it for a couple hours the material looked matted and pilly. Not what you'd expect for the price.
I never want to take this off! I need to find a way to get my employer to make this business casual! It is so soft, so well made, so absolutely dreamy. I have gone back and ordered more for friends and family because no one should be without these hoodies! Thanks for good service
I ordered on 01/24/2023 and am still fighting to get my order. I contact them nearly daily. They told me the sale is be shipped in March because the promotion in January was for March. I have never heard of such a ridiculous amount of BS. I wish I would have read these reviews first and I never would of spent my hard earned money. Your choice but I would steer clear of them.
These are the softest clothes I've ever worn. The pull overs are wonderful. I love wearing the jogging pants around the house or to run out. The blankets I had I gave a couple of them for gifts and they said that they are so soft and wear I got them from. They would like to get some for gifts for family members.Thanks
My daughter has not taken off the mint color sweatshirt since it arrived and both my daughter and I have shark steel blues so we sent that one to her bestie and I have the light blue 1/4 zipper from the mystery package. We both own several colors of the soft serve sweatshirts band we wear them a lot.
My experience with Soft Serve Clothing is especially disappointing because I KNOW they used to be a real company; I am wearing their very comfy joggers right now as proof! But in July 2022, I placed an order for some of their newest pre-order products, and then in November 2022 I used a $25 gift card to place another order...and it is almost March 2024 and they have still not shipped. Customer service has lied to me over and over again about "guaranteed" shipping dates, made vague excuses for why my items haven't shipped, and have provided no real evidence that these clothes even exist. For the first six months or so, my emails were so polite and understanding and now I am furious. (In response to one of my very frustrated emails, customer service wrote that they were "happy I'm so excited" lololol) When I asked them how they can still run a website when they have year old unfulfilled orders, they offered me a "free" hoodie. Just another piece of clothing to never see. The last fake ETA they gave me was late February 2024, and I have sent multiple emails this week with no response. Just really disappointing because I love their product.
These hoodies are extremely expensive and the material is very thin. They are super soft on the outside but not comfortable on the inside. After one wash, the material is all knobby. I only wore it a couple of months and just have it away. SO disappointing especially given their marketing.
