Soft Serve Clothing

This was a great company a few years ago, but have quickly gone down hill. Like another review I read, I ordered in October, waited for the anticipated delivery date of November. Never came. Emailed them and got nothing but excuses. Waited till February. NOTHING! After giving me the run around and trying to convince me to wait longer, I finally got a refund. Decided to give them one more chance and ordered a hoodie 3/12 with an anticipated shipping date this month. Haven't gotten so much as an email. I doubt I'll be getting my hoodie... again. Don't know what happened to this company. Highly not recommended.

This company is probably doing me a favor by not sending me product ordered 10/22. After reading the reviews on people that did receive their orders. I can't say anything about quality, only buying and shipping (lack thereof). Piss poor company. I'll probably never receive the sweatshirts I ordered. They won't refund my money either.

I bought a sweatshirt when they were featured on Deals and Steals. Got it for a good price. I liked it because it was very soft. It looks messy because of the fabric but I only use it for casual wear. A few months later I decided to get 2 more. Well, that was in March and I am still waiting! Customer service has pushed my order back at least 4 times! I don't have any hopes of EVER getting my order since I have waited 6 months! No product…no refund! Horrible!

They have a good product, a bit pricey but good. Sadly, over Covid they ran into production problems. It's my deepest hope they move past their problems as I've been waiting a long time for delivery. Each time I've written them they were polite, helpful and apologetic. I chose to wait it out as I live in these hoodies in the winter. Finger crossed. Don't over wash them as they will age like all fleece feeling clothing. I wish this company the very best.

The hoodie is advertised as being the "Softest. Hoodie. Ever." It's not. I think that's why the reviews are so bad. That being said, the hoodie is really comfortable and lightweight. I wore it without a t-shirt underneath and it felt like I wasn't wearing anything at all. It's kinda cool that it's made out of recycled bottles but my husband said, "it looks cheap". We received a free blanket that actually is soft. They should advertise as the most Comfortable. Hoodie. Ever. Then consumers expect comfort over softness. For me, the purchase was worth it WITH the free blanket. Also, shipping is very slow.

I absolutely love all the things I've gotten from here, but they started having 'production issues'. Now I'm waiting months for my order! They said they were told that things should be straightening out. I hope so! Products are all awesome!

I purchased a hoodie back in Sept of 2022, and yes, I knew it was supposed to be a "pre-order". However, here we are, only a few days from January 2024 and it still hasn't been sent to me, even after much correspondence AND promises from the company. Now, I've been trying to get refunded for the last 5 months and even after saying "we're expediting your refund" I STILL DONT HAVE THE REFUND OR THE DAMN HOODIE!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They're thieves and steal money, with no expectation of ever repaying, or sending you your purchased items. I posted an example of their emails to me. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered in February 2023, and they kept saying production was delayed and delayed. Offered me a refund, mid March. It is now mid April and after following up multiple times, I still have not received anything, nor have I received my clothing. I just called my bank. Stay far, far away from this company!

Had successful orders with this company early on in 2022. Around November that year everything went belly up with them, no communication, "production issues", whatever that means. Pretty sure they went bankrupt and now are into nefarious practices to try and stay afloat. I ordered products around Thanksgiving 2022, they have no intention in fulfilling my order or reimbursing my money. Avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered a hoodie in October 2022. I sent multiple emails and I keep getting the " high demand that can't be full filled yet " emails other people received. It is almost JUNE 2023 and no product or refund! Stay away and save your money!

All this company does is lie and break promises. I currently have a dispute for an order I placed in Nov. Of 2022. They are refusing to refund me and many other victims. If you purchase something unfortunately you will not receive it. They are having internal issues within the company and production. Which is causing them to not be able to provide the products that are being purchased. Do not buy from this company or you will be sorry, just like me.

Please do not do business with Soft Serve Clothing Co. Ordered from them over a month ago, the site says "ships within 24-48 hours from time of purchase," but have not receive my purchase, however Affirm continues to bill me for the purchase knowing they never sent it to me. Affirm states that I have to deal with Soft Serve Clothing Co. Directly, however there's no phone number for them, only an email address which never gets answered!

I "pre-ordered" a dark purple sweatshirt from them in Sept 2022. $49. Now it is January 2023 and I still have no sweatshirt! The site did not give me a date of delivery when I purchased it. I emailed customer service in November asking where my shirt was. They actually did email me back and said "your shirt was a pre-order so it will take some time." They delete negative comments about orders not arriving on their advertisements on Facebook. I mentioned that in my email to them. It is disgusting because people have no idea when they see the advertisement and read all of the positive comments that it is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY!

I have 2 orders that are over 6 months unfulfilled that Soft Serve kept telling me that they would ship "next month." Beginning in early December I told them I wanted a refund. They have not sent my orders or refund and stopped responding to my emails. They owe me over $355. Don't ever order from them.

I don't know what is the problem here, but I've been waiting for four months on a shipment of 3 items of clothing. Yet, they still have 2 for 1 sales, and are offering sales. The products are great, but this waiting is horrible.

I ordered and paid in full in June 2022, and I still have not received my hoodie over 8 months later. Customer Service keeps telling me the production is delayed, ignores my request to cancel, and asks if I want a different color instead. I will probably never see my hoodie or my $74.95 again.

Have been waiting for order for over 9 months. I talk to customer service and they keep pushing the shipping date further and further out. And they will not give a refund. They should be imprisoned for stealing money. SCAM
