You have my money I paid for express shipping a year ago where's my items or my money? Why can't you respond now that I want a refund?

Why can't I get items I ordered almost a year ago or a refund when asking to cancel the orders for items you have no intentions of ever shipping?

Answer:
They're stringing us along. It's too late to dispute with bank, they send emails with tons of apologies. They know they got us.

What made you choose Soft Serve Clothing over similar businesses?

Answer:
Benefit of the doubt. Just trying to give them a chance. Jogger set pictured looked very nice also. They have no idea that they lost a good customer in me. For real, for real! If they had of only kept their word.
