Why can't i get items i ordered almost a year ago or a refund when asking to cancel the orders for items you have no intentions of ever shipping?

Answer:

They're stringing us along. It's too late to dispute with bank, they send emails with tons of apologies. They know they got us.

Answer:

Benefit of the doubt. Just trying to give them a chance. Jogger set pictured looked very nice also. They have no idea that they lost a good customer in me. For real, for real! If they had of only kept their word.
