Purchased a deep purple jogger hoodie set from these people on December 15th, 2022. They immediately accepted my payment. Here it is March 11th, 2023 and I have yet to receive my set. Mary, Wanda, Sue, and whoever, even the so-called Customer Claims Specialist "Darryl," come up with every excuse that's stated in the above previous reviews. I can't believe so-called "companies" are actually on here doing this. Then they have the nerve to test your intelligence by still offering something free, but with a purchase of something else.
SEND ME MY $#*! THAT I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED! ORDER#*******527. Tired of excuses. Will be reporting this company very soon. And that is my WORD!

If you order clothing that is "In Stock" all should be fine. If you "Pre-Order" you are SCREWED. Their fulfillment sucks and there is NO COMMUNICATION when delivery is NOT met. Pre-order placed expected shipping a month later. Month goes by NOTHING, no contact, no shippment, nothing. Have to email, to find out it will be another month. Reach out the end of the next month cause agin NO CONTACT. To now find out more delays and shipping now pushed back two more months. This is POOR handling of FULFILLMENT for a company to their customer's for PRE-ORDER that people already PAID for their ITEMS. Get your act together and get a better handle on your shipping and fulfillment please and get these items shipped out to folks who pre-order back in Nov already.

I had been wanting to order from this company for forever, but due to it's price could not bring myself to do it. I finally took the plunge though and pre-ordered an exclusive Halloween zip-up hoodie along with some sweatpants in mid-October of 2022, and then made another purchase shortly after during their Black Friday sale. When I did not receive my first order within a month, I emailed the company and got told there were delays. I waited awhile longer, sent another email, got told the same thing. By close to Christmas I was over it, and asked for a refund. They tried giving me two different excuses then of why my order wasn't ready and trying to offer me free gifts, but I just asked for the refund and I actually received it quite quickly.

I gave the second order a chance because maybe it was just the pattern I ordered the first time around. However, it was not. I emailed them a couple weeks ago asking where my Black Friday order was, and got told two different excuses again, one being it'd be another 4 to 6 weeks till I got my order due to product issues. Once again, asked for a refund and I'm still waiting on this one and it's been a week.

This company literally sends me emails daily trying to get me to buy their products, yet they can't get any of it shipped till about 6 months after your order was made, and even that's iffy? Why are they even trying to sell anything if they are so "behind." I don't understand how they are able to still keep their site up.

I ordered 3 hoodies on January 4th 2023 as a Pre-Order End of January ship date, I reached out on Jan 27th to get a ship date, they replied the dame day that it was scheduled to fill early March. I replied asking when I was notified of this delay because I had not received and email about it and I requested a refund on February 2nd. They replied " We've never experienced delays like this" and "doing everything humanly possible" and "as these are handmade" delays can cause a shift in delivery date they also said that they Share production team's ETA and the production team was unable to meet the projected completion date. They said they would add a "free tote" as a token of appreciation for my patience. I did not reply so I guess they took that to mean that I would wait and did not issue a refund. Knowing in my gut better, I waited. I contacted they again on March 7th 2023, inquiring about my ship date. They replied the same day that they were "sorry" to have to bring this update, their production team "just notified" there is a "halt in production" and it was going to take 3-4 weeks to wrap up now and now shipping out early April. They sent me a gift card for the inconvenience. I insisted on a refund 3/7/2023 and it did not get issued by the company until 3/16/2023 and then i had to wait 1-10 additional business days for it to go back to my credit card. This company needs to get it together, buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE TERRIBLE! I ORDERED BLANKETS IN DECEMBER AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME IT IS DELAYED. NEVER AGAIN.

Do no order from this company. I ordered a suit for my grand daughter in November for Christmas. I have never received the order and trying to get a refund now for several weeks. They do not have a phone number and only respond to any correspondence that they will contact you with a couple of days. They never contact you. Cannot give an opinion on the quality since they have yet to fill my order. I have contacted them several times and get the same excuse every time. I was even supposed to get a free hoodie with my order. Below is my order, two of the items were canceled by me.
